Is She Alright? {Private}

[Faye]

Rai was feeling quite pleased with himself as he had absolutely no flaws within his sentence and every bit of him was radiating warmth, even his expression. But it immediately fell when she turned away and began speaking. His heart sank a bit and he went to explain himself when she got up and walked over to the window and stared out it. A confused and worried expression came over him as he hesitated before standing up and following her.

"What wrong?" He asked, noticing that she was trying to control her breathing and had obviously started saying something she wasn't supposed to. The concern he started to develop before only increased.

What could be the matter?

Would it turn out like before?

Oh god. It better not. If was sure it would be the end of their friendship by then.

Haruka shut her eyes and took in a few deep breaths. Maybe he hadn't noticed she started to talk about such horrible things. She turned to face the male, leaning her back against the window.

"I apologize... I'm not feeling too well..."

[Faye]

Rai's eyes softened and he moved closer to the girl as she leaned against the window. He gently grabbed her hand for a few moments and rubbed it softly with his thumb, hoping to give her some form of comfort, he wasn't sure how to since that was probably as far as he could go without her getting upset. "How about you go lay down and I'll leave so you can rest, hm?" As much as she didn't want to, he would leave for her. She did need some rest. Proper rest...

Haruka looked at their hands as he took hers and she moved her hand to gently lace her fingers with his. It was another bold move on her part and she continued to look at their hands linked together. Though they were about the same height, her hand was smaller than his.

She rose her eyes to look at Rai.

"I'll see you tomorrow in school." She stated softly. She could tell he didn't want to go.

[Faye]

Mentally sighing, Rai gently squeezed her hand as she laced their fingers together, his heart fluttering with her acceptance of what he was doing. It meant something to him... and it meant a lot, too. "Yeah, I'll see you in government," He hesitated. He contemplated hugging her for a moment and for a second or two, it looked like he was going to but he stopped.

"See you," He waved to her and made his way to the door, opening it and exiting Haruka's dormitory.

Haruka watched Rai leave and once she door shut, she fell to her knees and brought a hand to her head as tears filled her eyes. She was such a fool... How could she have been so careless and dropped her guard?

What was Rai Aikaryu doing to her?

She swallowed hard and rose to her feet, her legs shakey. She walked to her bedroom, but paused as she looked over at the bathroom. She swallowed hard before disappearing into her bedroom, flipping on the light and shutting the door before opening her curtains.

With the lights on, she slipped her glasses off and set them down on the table next to her bed before her headache hit and she fell on her bed, losing consciousness as the tears slipped down...
