Is She Alright? {Private}

[Faye]

Rai stumbled back a few steps as Haruka flung her arms around his middle, he was shocked and confused but the feeling of her arms around him made him smile and feeling all tingly inside. It... was nice... she was being much better about him being around, well at least he hoped so.

He waved his hands in front of him as she stepped back, blushing and apologising, "No, no, don't apologise, I didn't mind, at all," He said, with a bright smile again.

With that he started walking her back to her dormitory again, since the note said he was to escort her to her dormitory, he didn't feel weird about the fact that he would be going into the girl's wing. "So does this mean you still want to be friends?" He asked, referring to before she had fallen.

[Nicolette]

The girl began to walk with him, keeping her gaze down as she held her laptop tights in her hands. Her backpack hung loosely against her back. They walked together and she heard his question. She thought it over for a moment.

It wouldn't hurt to have another friend... She had had Natasha and now she had Faye... But they were both girls. Having a male friend would be a little different. She'd remembered back in elementary school when the girls didn't hang out with the boys because the boys had cooties. And then about the time she came to T'zenshin, she saw that girls were hanging around boys more, and young romance was blooming...

Could that ever happen with Haruka...? Highly unlikely...

However, the girl looked up give him a small smile. "Of course, Rai-kun."

[Faye]

For the first time ever, hearing her actually say his first name caused some butterflies to assault the insides of his stomach and he felt all warm throughout his entire body, along with a tingly feeling. Why...? Surely her saying his name like that couldn't have such an effect on him? He was really starting to like having her around, maybe it was a good thing. But... Didn't butterflies mean like crushes or something?

Definitely not!

Haruka was his friend.

But he did just kind of like.. save her, didn't he? Plus, he was meant to be mad at her!

He wasn't, of course. Reason why he ran back to her.

Ugh.

He pushed all of that out of his mind and just focussed on getting her back to her dormitory safely, hopefully the teachers would find their note acceptable and willingly let him pass through to make sure she got there. "You do know I'm taking you right up to your dorm, right?" He asked, wondering if she had any idea.

[Nicolette]

Haruka raised an eyebrow, but she knew there wouldn't be a way to talk him out of it. It didn't bother her, really... She hadn't planned to sneak away once she got up there or anything. The sun was out and shining brightly, so she was thinking about opening her curtains and sleeping for a couple of hours.

"Alright...." She said with a small nod before focusing her eyes forward to the ground ahead.

They made their way off the campus grounds and they were on the path that would fork out, one path leading to town and the other path leading to the dormitories. She wasn't sure of what to say at this point. She was never good with conversation.

[Faye]

He felt a rush of triumph fall over him along with many other emotions due to being around Haruka but mostly triumph. She didn't protest~ yay, before she didn't want the teachers finding out about him sneaking up to her dorm that night that they spent together. As they walked they passed a few classrooms, students looking up and staring through the glass of the window, watching Rai and Haruka as they passed them by, envy spilling out from them.

Due to his ability, he decided to tune into some of their conversations, a lot of them were talking about their weekends and how boring it was to be in whatever class they were in. He laughed quietly to himself and then looked ahead of him so he wouldn't walk into anything.

For a moment their silence continued before Rai broke it, "How are you feeling, now, Haru-chans?" He asked politely, trying not to make her angry again.

[Nicolette]

"Surprisingly, I'm feeling rather alright. The crackers helped settle my stomach and provided me with enough energy to at least get back up to my room, I'm sure."

It had been a while since she'd been able to say she felt alright. Well... There was some pain on her, but it had been easily ignored since she'd grown used to the burn of oxygen meeting open cuts.

[Faye]

A smile crept onto Rai's lips as he listened to her words, they made him feel so much better now. She was alright and not feeling uneasy and about to faint again. However, he still remained on his toes to make sure it didn't occur again. "Would you mind if I stayed a bit at your dorm?" He just wanted to keep her company for a little while at least... he didn't want to say good-bye to her yet. Maybe he could make her something else to eat... but if she wanted to sleep or something, that would be okay.

[Nicolette]

There went that plan.

She wasn't going to deny him access to her dormitory. The company was wanted. She could catch up on sleep later.

"Sure." She said simply.

They soon arrived at the dorms and entered through the lobby. However, they passed the small shop and she paused, reaching to grab Rai's uniform sleeve to stop him from walking. She swallowed and shoved the laptop's handle to his hand, as if instructing him to hold it.

She slipped inside and browsed quickly. She decided on a bar of chocolate and a bottle of soda. She went to the woman at the counter and punched in her student identification number that would link to a tab she held (which would just tap into her credit card at the end of each month).

She came back out, clutching the items, and looked at Rai with a small, apologetic smile, before she led him to the elevator.

[Faye]

Rai smiled, oblivious to her original plans on sleeping. "Yay~" He sounded excited and pleased to be able to spend more time with Haruka than what would normally happen.

However, he felt incredibly puzzled when she tugged on his uniform sleeve so he would stop walking, which he did automatically. He stood and stared at the shop, and also took Haruka's laptop in his arms as his eyes followed her into the shop.

Weird.

What was she doing in there?

He stared at the shop signs and figured it was just a dairy with lots of junk food and sodas. Which is exactly what Haruka walked out with. A smile brightened on his face, perfect, junk food was always good for situations like this. Especially chocolate. "Good~ you got chocolate, it's good for youuu~" It really was, it released endorphins to make you feel good and that. Quite handy.

[Nicolette]

Haruka smiled shyly as they entered the elevator. She stepped forward and clicked the button for the fifth floor, stepping back as she watched the door closed. She noted her laptop was still in his possession and she reached out to take the handle.

"Thank you." She said as she took it, letting it fall to her side, the handle clutched tight in her hand.

It didn't take long to reach the fifth floor and she led him down the quiet corrido, the lights coming in through the windows at the end of the hall as well as the lights above them. They went down a few doors until they came upon room 507. Below the room number on the wall was a little tablet with papers that could be slid in. Two papers were slid into this one, the first one reading 'Faye Clement' and the one beneath it reading 'Haruka Amagi'.

Haruka slipped her backpack off one shoulder and reached into the small, front pocket. She took her key out and slipped it into the slot, opening the door and flipping on the light. She walked across the room and pulled open the curtains in order to let the light in before walking to the couch and setting her laptop on the coffee table.

"Make yourself at home."

[Faye]

As they went up the elevator to the fifth floor, Rai stood facing the wall and watched the lights move from the top of the small enclosed room to the bottom of it, as well as the change of scenary the higher they got. At least this was built in and they didn't have to take the stairs. However, if they did, Rai would of carried her.

He waited behind her, not caring if a teacher saw them, as she unlocked the dorm and opened the curtains. It certainly looked a lot cleaner than his. Definitely smelled better too. His smelled like fish. And vanilla.

He stepped inside and stood still for a moment, scanning the room, it was most certainly lived in by girls. He smiled as she said to make himself at home, but he wasn't, this wasn't his dorm or anything so... He followed her round to the couch and sat down on it gingerly. Once he was seated he pulled out his cellphone to check the time, ah.. School hours would be finishing quite soon. "Does Faye come back here straight away?"

[Nicolette]

The room smelled nice because of the incense that Haruka enjoyed burning throughout the dormitory room. She had asked Faye's permisson (who, obviously, approved) and she would burn the incense. Of course, this caused the dark haired girl to smell like incense most of the time.

Walking back over to the window and looking outside, her eyes scanning over the school grounds, she shook her head. "Not usually. She usually spends after school with Juno. The two are quite close friends." If not more. "She would be home even later if she went to Juno's dormitory room, though Juno only resides next door. We'd know if they returned."

She moved away from the window and walked over to take a seat next to the boy. She motioned to the remote on the coffee table.

"Help yourself."

[Faye]

"Ah," He said simply. "They sound like a pair of little elementary girls..." They kind of did with the amount of time they spent together. They seemed inseperable.

The room smelled like incense, which was nice but it often carried a strange burning smell along with it which kind of bugged him a bit but the smell was still nice and relaxing too.

He raised an eyebrow as she gestured to the remote sitting on the coffee table, he felt reluctant about using someone else's television and watching something that they may not want to watch. However... he still picked it up and flipped it on to see if anything good was playing at the moment. Since it was near the end of school, silly baby programs were on but there was a decent looking action movie playing on one of the channels, so he left it on that one.

"Is this okay?" He asked her, motioning to the television screen.

[Nicolette]

Haruka simply nodded at his question, letting her eyes rest on the television for a few minutes. She let herself relax and enjoy the company of the male next to her. However, she started to feel a little drowsy, and with him sitting so close and his warmth radiating from him, she couldn't help but relax too much.

Her eyes slid shut and she soon dozed into a light sleep, her head falling lightly against his shoulder.

[Faye]

Noticing that she wasn't going to reply with any words he turned his attention back to the movie and began watching it. It was around about a quarter of the way through now so he hadn't missed too much of it so that he wouldn't be able to understand it. Although... he could of sworn he had seen this movie before. Probably had, they did like to repeat things.

However something made him jump a little, he peered down to see Haruka had fallen asleep on his shoulder. A warm fuzzy feeling welled up inside of him and spread out through his body, he melted on the inside. It was so nice to have her there... so content and cute as she slept. Slowly and carefully, he got more comfortable in his seat on the couch so he was further down in it so Haruka's head was almost on his chest so it would be more comfortable for both of them. Also, he sneakily held onto her index finger with his.

A smile remained on his lips as he watched the movie while she slept.
