Alice stayed quiet for a moment, her hair swaying a bit with the soft breeze. She felt... well she wasn't entirely sure what she felt right now. It was like... fear, anxiety, nervousness, excitement... all rolled into one. She was curious to see Faye's reaction, yet incredibly nervous and frightened at the same time. Taking a slow, deep breath, she clenched her hands a bit at her sides.
"You know how... this school is for people with.. special gifts right? Well what if I told you that... I'm one of those people. I'm not.. really thirteen years old... nor am I a human. I was born in Romania and I am attending the T'zenshin Institute because I am learning to be human."
Pausing and gathering her breath, and her thoughts, she slowly closed her eyes. She let her fists relax at her sides, slowly opening her eyes halfway as she looked down to the soft sand below their feet. "I'm a vampire."

The way Alice was talking it seemed she was about to say she was outright not a girl, but the non-human part confused her, what.. what was she? An Alien?
Then she said it.
Vampire.
Like Ozase..
Ozase..
She stumbled back a few steps in the shock of the explanation, but it explained a little bit about her, enlightening the situation just a tad. She wasn't frightened, just shocked that she had met another, there seemed to be quite a few coming to the island for a fresh start. "Well.. I can help you with that, if you want, besides going to the being human class.." Was what she said, completely different to what she was originally going to say but her realisation about Ozase changed her mind.

Alright. That wasn't as bad as she thought it would be. In fact, it went much better than it did in her head. Faye was not as scared or frightened... nor was she angry with Alice. It actually... surprised her. She blinked as Faye stumbled back, holding out her hand to help Faye up if she had fallen but she did not, thankfully. A small smile came to her lips when Faye spoke, though, slowly putting her hand over her mouth.
... She could help with that? Oh~ Faye was so sweet...
"T-thank you... Faye you... you are ... not ... what I thought humans were. Are you ... are you sure you're human yourself?"

"As far as I know, I am, haha,"
Being at the T'zenshin Institute taught you to not be as surprised when people revealed what they really were. Not many non-human creatures came to the school but there were a few, mainly those relating to animals like werewolves. "Since we're making confessions, I'd like to say that well, I have the ability over lightning," She said, standing up properly with her hands hanging at her sides, "Although control isn't the word I would use... I have no idea how to control it, but when I feel intense emotion usually anger and excitement... lightning strikes somewhere near by..."

Oh this was going excellent. Alice had smiled, having a .. childish nature about her now as she smiled and giggled slightly. She could control lightning, to an extent. She was having trouble controlling it at the moment, but Alice was absolutely sure that Faye would be able to control it someday. "I'm ... sure you'll get a hang of it, Faye~ You seem like someone who will be able to control it perfectly in the future."
Now wasn't the time to talk about her past. Now was not the time to talk about how she killed the people in Romania because her parents were killed it really... was not the time. Though, it probably never will be the time. So she would keep quiet for now, absolutely quiet. She would just smile and.... enjoy the moment.

"I sure hope so, I don't think I could take accidentally hitting someone with it again.." She said without thinking it through. She didn't realise her second confession as she continued to look down at the rock pools, seeing the fish swim through the water so gracefully she swore they weren't really in water.
She took her shoes off again, setting them down beside her and sat down on the sandy surface, dipping her feet into the water as she watched the shrimp come to see what had disturbed their still water.

Accidentally hit someone? Watching as Faye put her feet into the water, Alice closed her eyes halfway. Did Faye mean to mention that...? She was sort of fighting with herself on whether she should ask more about the question... it wouldn't hurt, right? Human feelings were fragile, but... how did she know if she was pushing the boundaries? By testing it out, of course, but should she... really do that with her.. new.. friend?
It was hard to think that word. Especially with what she had done to her last friend. Wincing a bit at the though, Alice slowly sat down next to Faye, keeping her feet out of the water, though. "Faye, what do you mean.. accidentally hit someone? Did that happen to you..?"

Sighing deeply, Faye nodded.
"Yeah.. but it was an accident!" She still felt very guilty over it when her power was brought up but she was always trying to not like it get to her. She had things to focus on. "It's why I'm here, though! To make sure it never happens again~" She said, her voice showing obvious and true signs of optimism as she flashed Alice a smile.
She swished her feet through the water, making small splashes, the fish darting away from the sudden movement.

Placing her hand lightly on Faye's shoulder, Alice had smiled. She did her best to try and make it a true smile, because she... she somewhat understood what Faye was going through. Though could she really be happy and smile at Faye? If she could so easily make the same mistake again, couldn't Faye do it too? No, maybe Faye had more will power than she did... and Faye didn't have the feelings she had... for humans...
"That's good, Faye~ If it makes you feel better, I'm also here because... I've .. accidentally hurt someone too. "
... Okay, more than someone. Faye didn't need to know that though! It was just one person in particular that she really cared... that she really did accidentally hurt. Everyone else she killed on purpose. Mostly.

Faye took a few moments to register what Alice had said. Her eyes watched the swift swim of the fish, how the shrimp floated in the water as if they were flying. Her attention was glued for a short period of time before her brain clicked. People probably would have sworn they heard the ticking of the clogs turning.
She glanced up at her friend, confusion laced within her eyes, "You did..?" She asked, silently asking what happened with the glint in her eyes. Alice was a vampire so saying she hurt someone was frightening.

Alice's smile had faded as quickly as it had come on, looking into Faye's bright blue eyes. Seeing the glint within Faye's voice, and the wheels slowly turning in her head.. Alice felt a emptiness in her chest. What did Faye piece together in her mind? She had said, with a smile, that she too had hurt someone. That was the wrong thing to do... saying you hurt someone with a smile... but she... she was happy when she murdered wasn't she? Slowly turning her gaze down to the still water, well, it seemed still to her now. Nothing moved in her vision, she felt as if time was slowly stopping.
She was not happy when she was murdering. She was angry, bitter, frustrated... confused. Slowly closing her eyes halfway, her eyes glossing over slightly as she remembered the events. They were quit clear in her head, them flashing rather quickly before her eyes. Towns people, murdered by her... holes in their necks, some of their necks just snapped. Some towns people with their arms ripped off, gashes in their neck, anyway she could kill them she did... and then...
Aurore...
Tears slowly rolled down her cheeks, Alice slowly lifting her hand to her cheek and then removing it, looking at the clear liquid on her hand. Tilting her head down a bit, so that the sunlight would cast a shadow over her eyes with her bangs, she forced a smile onto her lips. "Sorry.. I... should get going... "

Faye sat in silence, watching Alice as she just sat there, watching the still water which rippled slightly around her legs as they rested in the water. The inhabitants of the rock pool investigating the new visitor, seeking out all the points of it, seeing if it was a threat or not.
What was mere seconds felt like minutes and slowly turned into hours, it felt like forever before she saw a glistening drop fall from Alice's face. She then peered down, seeing more droplets fall. Was.. was Alice crying...?
Just as she was about to put an arm around her to comfort her, Alice spoke, she jerked her hand back, not sure what to do. "Wh-why? What's wrong, Alice..? I'm here for you, I didn't mean to sound scared when I asked about.. the person.. you hurt, it was just odd to find someone else that has hurt someone without intending to," She hoped she made sense, she was unsure of what to say.

Alice shook her head slightly, keeping her head down to try and hide her eyes which were still watering slightly. She lifted her hand to quickly wipe her eyes, slowly taking her feet from the water. "It's... It's not something you did, Faye ... I w-was just remembering .. is all.."
Remembering... Memories which should never be forgotten. If she had never hurt Aurore, she would have continued killing. She would have continued murdering innocent people, because of who they were. She felt a rage start to build in her stomach, her own body and mind starting to fight with herself. It was their own fault they were being killed, anyway! They were the ones who killed her mother and father for just being vampires, while they did nothing to hurt the humans. Each one had a dark heart that was full of hate and unlike towards things they didn't know!
...No! That... that wasn't true. Aurore wasn't afraid of Alice, nor did she hate her... and neither did Faye. Not... not all humans were... like that...
"I haven't eaten yet today, so I ... I better get going...Faye... I forgot my tablet box." That was a good reason to leave. Though she did not really want to leave, she did not... really want anyone to see her feelings like this.

Faye slowly let go of Alice as she became more persistent with leaving. Her arms fell to her side and she pulled her legs out from the water as they were starting to get cold as the sun passed over the trees, casting a large shadow over them. "If that's what you want... but, at least let me walk you back to the dorms," She insisted, concern laced in her tone and facial features as she gingerly put a hand on top of Alice's.

It wasn't really what Alice wanted. She wanted to stay with Faye and continue talking but... she was having some.. personal issues. She was not sure what she wanted anymore, why she was here... why was Faye so nice? Why did she and Aurore like her as a person, when she really wasn't any such thing. They should hate her, and she should hate them too. But she.. didn't. Faye wouldn't hurt her, and neither would Aurore.
"Thank you for offering.. I ... there are things I can't explain to you .. and things ... of myself that I can't explain, either. I want to hate all humans, kill every single last one of them for what they did to my mother and father... but then... I think of Aurore... and now you and... I start to think maybe..coming here was the right thing. You..remind me a lot of her... of.. Aurore... " Was... that why Alice was so open about her past at the moment? So open to telling Faye what she was feeling, or at least trying to convey what she was feeling.
