They were officially settled into their dormitory. They shared a room together which was good, Cerys wasn't too sure what she would do if they weren't.
Sitting at her desk in her room she stared out the window and thought about the railing outside. She popped up from the chair, the material bouncing back to as if no one had sat on it in the first place. Her right hand grabbed the lock on the window and she unlocked it and opened it up, peering outside. Her eyes scaled the walls, seeing there was steel piping and a few ladders, it was as if they were made to be climbed out on.
Ahahahahahahaaa...! Perfect, then!
Cerys left the window open slightly and convinced herself that it was ot let fresh air in since the room was getting a little stuffy. "Rhiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~!" She called out to her sweet, adorable older sister.

Rhiannon Levenworth had officially made herself at home in their dorm room. No, it wasn't just that they had come back after break and had replaced all of their clothes and pushed the suitcases out of the way, and it wasn't just that both her and her sister were hanging out together in their room. Nope, it was being back in their grind, and having her nose in a play while lying comfortably on her bed.
The girl felt a draft and looked up to see her sister calling her, most likely after looking outside. She glanced over at the open window, not as good with heights as the athletic twin. "Is someone planning on going out on an excursion?" she asked, closing the play in front of her. "I'll tell you again, as much as we are alike, I am not as comfortable as you are at hanging over an abyss."

Cerys's hopes were torn apart when Rhiannon just happened to remind her about her phobias and killed her buzz. Cerys pouted and folded her arms, making a small 'hmph' sound as she turned away, her eyes tightly shut. However, a few seconds later one opened to check if Rhiannon had brought it, obviously not, though, "You don't even have to look at the ground! We'll just be scaling across the ninth floor bedrooms for now, besides, I think we're next door to the Council President!"
Imagine the kinds of things she could have in there? Or even the things they could hide in there. Cerys gasped as an imaginary lightbulb shone above her head in her own mind. However, she would keep that idea for later, once they figured out the President's daily routine and habits. "And it's nice and cool out there."

Rhia sighed, and shook her head, rising from the bed to cross past her sister to look out the window, making a point to look at the long drop down. "Why couldn't they make balconies?" she moaned slightly, before looking back at her sister, taking in a deep breath to suck up her courage. "Fine, but I'm not going far, and I expect you to be there for me. But we should probably wear something besides skirts so people can't see up them while we're out there."
However, her anxieties were put on hold by the discovery her sister made, causing her to squeal before she slapped her hands over her mouth, afraid someone else had heard her. "Really? We're next to the president?!" She had met the girl before, and had joined the Student Council, but to be so close... that made things soooo much easier! Her mind was already coming up with how they could dump things into the girl's room, or even break in and take something! It was going to be a blast!

HAH, score!
It was so easy to convince her sister otherwise. She would make her face her fears! She would not fear plummeting to her death no more! Well actually it was a very high possiblity that she would considering all they have to stand on was plastic pipes and a steel like rail to hang onto. They both didn't weigh very much so it shouldn't be tooooo bad...
"Yes! Mustn't give those pedos a reason to look at us," She replied as she went back into her room to get out of the skirt she was in. She opened her drawers and pulled out a pair of denim shorts and slipped them onto her form and brought the skirt down over top of them and eventually took it off. She dumped it on her bed and climbed up onto the window sill, waiting for her sister.

Rhia nodded in reply to her sister's enthusiasm, taking a moment to close her eyes and take deep breaths. Yes, she could do this... she could face her fear. She just needed to not think of how they would be several yards from the ground... supported by flimsy materials put in who-knows-how long ago... and that a misstep or something breaking would lead most likely to death or, even better, a vegetable like state where every waking moment was extreme agony. Nope, just couldn't think like that at all.
The girl opened her eyes and walked over to her clothes, digging through them to find some fun shorts to wear... but for some reason, all she could find were windshorts. Why, these weren't hers... why were they here? She turned to find Cerys wearing a nice pair of denim shorts... and things made sense. "You took my clothes again, didn't you?" she said, smiling still as she wadded up a pair of blue windshorts and hurled them at her sister.

Cerys shook her head and smiled innocently. "Did not, but I still don't know why we even have separate drawers for our clothes! We are the same size, you know," She had a point and she was enjoying it. Besiiiiiides, she wanted to wear denim today. She caught the windshorts as they were hurled at her and she threw them on her bed.
"The rest are in there somewhere, just come ooooon~~" She was excited and had forgotten that she was trying to preserve her innonence. She gripped the top of the window sill above her head and peered outside the window. Her eyes scanned the outside, looking for any damage to the pipe and if the President had any windows open.

Rhia smiled at her sister's comment, shrugging as an opening for her reply. "It's because I like having too many clothes for us to shove them all in one place. Besides, do you really want me to come bursting into your room everytime I felt like changing?" It was a valid reason, considering that theatre had made her very open about different attires, causing her on less spontaneous days to wear only three outfits.
The girl turned her attention back to the drawer, leaning partway in to better dig through it, before finally coming upon an identical pair of denim shorts. "Found em!" she stated merrily, sliding them up under her skirt before removing the outer layer, matching her sister once again. Rhia had to take in a few new breaths before standing next to Cerys at the window. "Let's do this before I realize how stupid it is."

"Touche,"
She didn't like the idea of Rhiannon walking into her room to get changed randomly. Ahah! But they didn't have to have it in her room, why no in the lounge? Wasn't like they were going to be having any visitors. They were thieves they wouldn't dare invite people into their dormitories who randomly turned up unless it was planned prior. But she decided not to press the arguement further and moved out of the window onto the plastic pipe.
Her feet sank into it a little but it was stable enough when she grabbed a hold of the steel rail. "Nothing I suggest is stupid," She said as she moved out of the way for her sister.

Rhia did consider the fact of putting all of the clothes in the main room... but that would be more awkward if people came over then. Besides, that would involve moving furniture, and after all the rearranging they did at the beginning of the school year to have enough hiding spots for their trophies, she was done with that.
The girl giggled at her sister's ego, moving over to the window and hopping up on the edge, holding on carefully to it and forcing herself to watch the younger twin so that she wouldn't look at the drop. "Such cockiness. Oh, Miss Cerys, how is it up there on your pedastel looking down at us petty mortals?" she replied dramatically, gingerly placing one foot on the pipe followed by the other, and reaching out for her sister for support as she stepped out of the window.

Cerys looked in front of them and made sure there were no trees coming up. There weren't any for another three dormitories however there were trees behind them which actually concealed them from onlookers and people who would grow suspicious for them scaling the outside of the girl's dormitories.
They could be labeled as lebsian perverts! Oh ew! Cerys felt a weight on her arm and looked back to notice Rhia was silently requesting her support and then she remembered her asking for her to be there for her. She shook her head and grabbed her so she knew she was alright. "It's a wonderful view, everyone else is running around like a headless chicken," She replied back, knowing her sister was joking, because she was as well. Deep down she knew this was a pretty stupid idea.
Slowly, they moved across the pipe, one hand held the rail and the other held onto Rhiannon so if one fell, the other did too. Seemed fair. The rail was just beneath the window sill of each dormitory so they would have to jump up a little to see inside the actual rooms. A few minutes later they stood outside the presumed Council President's room, Cerys slowly let go of Rhiannon and jumped up a little on the railing, her upper body strength coming in handy.
A small smirk slipped onto her lips as she peered inside the room. "I think it is her room, there's like Council stuff all over the place."

Rhia's confidence grew as her sister held her arm back, helping balance her as she hung onto the pipe, her free hand holding the rail. In this case, they would at least go down- no, let's not think about that, she was doing good so far. It was much easier to act like her sister when there was solid ground beneath her feet... her daredevil behavior didn't rub off as much.
Small steps led the girls down to the next window, where Cerys hopped up to take a look inside. Rhia took the chance to plant both hands on the rail, helping her feel safe, though she was a bit envious of her sister peeking in. Why couldn't this school install cameras into the rooms so she could just do it on her computer? Stupid privacy! She should be a bit thankful about it, though.
The girl spoke up, yelling slightly to make sure her sister heard her. "Shall we go in? We should still have a half hour before she gets done with class!" Ah, the benefits of being a student council member: she could look at the student's schedules and it wasn't even breaking any rules! However, that did make it less fun.

Even when facing her greatest fear her sister always came through for her. "I love you my dearest sister~"She said as Rhiannon suggested they go in. Cerys grinned and swung her leg up onto the rail so she could kneel on it. As much as it hurt she would have to if she was going to see how they were going to get in. Though she did notice that the railing was off the wall enough for her legs to fit through the gap so she could sit.
Using her gymanist like moves she lifted her body up using her arms and hands and swung both her legs up, sitting on the rail. Her legs just fit through the gap but they were hard up against the rough wall. As she went to let go of the rail she felt a near loss of balance, "Woah.." She said as she grabbed the rail frantically. "Half an hour is plenty of time, now let's find a way in..." She said as she began to inspect the window. It looked off it's hook, was the President not expecting people to come in through the ninth floor? Well she wasn't a very smart cookie.
Cerys put her finger under the window and popped it open, "Do you need a hand up?" Cerys asked as she climbed into the President's bedroom.

Rhiannon sighed and rolled her eyes at her sister's comment, though she was still smiling. "Love you too. Now get in before I leave you out here alone." The younger twin probably wouldn't mind that, considering that she could exit either back to their room, or into the president's room and out the door back around to theirs... and then she would have to help Rhia back inside since she would just be clinging to the outside, not wanting to risk falling.
The girl nearly had a heart attack as her sister slipped, but managed to remember to breathe as the younger twin righted herself, popped the window open, and snuck inside. "If you could help me, I'd love it," she shouted, managing to get both hands on the ledge, but not daring to try to pull herself up alone. "Not all of us are adorable little monkies out here."

Oh come on now. Their stealing job was a duo! A team effort! Sure there were some stupid ideas here and there but it was still a team thing! Nothing happened unless they both did it. Unless it came to hacking, then Cerys would opt out. She had no clue about those coded word... things that Rhiannon understood so well. "You wouldn't!" She retorted as he held out her hand to Rhiannon.
She grabbed a hold of her sister as she lifted herself up onto the ledge and carefully brought her inside. Once she was safely inside and could jump down onto the carpet safely, Cerys took a moment to scan the room. "Typical, really, all professional like.." She said as she looked over the white painted walls and the ugly tan coloured rug and comforter on her bed. Mixed with purple? Yick. "See anything interesting?"
