Rhiannon greedily took her sister's hand, her feet scrambling a bit on the side of the building before she was hefted up into the room, glad to be on solid ground, almost kissing the floor they were on. As she looked up, she noticed that they had ended up in the bedroom... which was very neat, prim and proper, with everything in its place. It almost looked unused! At least it wasn't pink.
The girl hopped to her feet at her sister's request, and sat down at the computer, booting it up and getting in. She scoffed at it, clicking through some things while making other various disgusted noises. "Nothing on here... geez, does she even use it, or is it just decoration?" the elder twin wondered aloud, before shutting it off and putting things back how they were. "How are things on your end?"

Cerys ignored Rhiannon's near make out session with the floor and continued snooping through the President's things. Looking at a few of the items lying around and how prim and proper the room looked only gave her more confirmation that it in fact was the Student Council President's room.
She glanced over at Rhiannon who had booted up the desktop on the desk near the window, she grinned knowing that was probably the first thing she would have gone to anyway. But she frowned at her sister's remarks about it.
Desparate to find something, Cerys opened the President's wardrobe, finding blouses, ankle length skirts and some of them were brown yuck! She grabbed a brown ankle length skirt from off the hanger and held it to her waist, the material no longer being able to free fall due to the fact that Cerys was way shorter than Nicolette. "Well, I discovered her poor sense of style." She laughed and put the skirt back after her sister had seen it. "I dunno, everything's just so... neat"

Rhiannon looked around again, and then kicked the chair in frustration; there were no real signs of where something could even be hidden, everything was so obvious and bland. She then winced and rubbed her foot; it wasn't such a good idea to kick hard plastic. She should keep that in mind for next time... stupid chair... she would teach it a lesson some day, oh yes.
At Cerys's remark, the older twin turned to laugh a bit at the clothes that the president had in her closet, shaking her head. "The only secret this girl has is poor taste," she replied, before grinning impishly, looking back at her sister. "We should leave her a little present for when she gets back!" This was mainly to see what was here, but the view was boring; they needed to add some excitement!

Cerys searched through the rest of the clothes, only finding more blouses, ankle length skirts and other grandmother like things, was she like from England or something? Cerys laughed to herself and finally closed the wardrobe door and turned around to face her sister.
"Weeeellll... We could, what kind of present did you have in mind?" Maybe like a smilely face somewhere written in... lipstick? If the girl had any. And where? On the bathroom wall? Oh this was proving to be more fun than she expected! Here she was expecting it be bland and boring ever since she set foot in the room. It was just so ugh and capital B, Boriiiiiing!

Rhia paused, placing one finger lightly on her lips as she mused. What would be fun to leave? A smiley face would be a blast! Cause she would expect the vandalism to be all hateful and rude and such, and then to come across a smiley face? Priceless! They really needed something to draw it in... oooorrrr...
"I dunno," the elder twin admitted, hopping onto the bed and bouncing a few times before sitting properly. "We could draw a smiley face somewhere, like on her mirror or maybe her wall... or we could remark on her bland clothing." She thought some more, then spoke again. "I guess the second would be better if we had some ridiculous pieces to plant in her room that brighted up the place. Thoughts, my dear sister?"

Cerys took in Rhiannon's suggestion and fell in love with it. It was perfect, her room was so bland and lame that it needed brightening up somehow! "Excellent idea my dearest sister that I love so much~" She said as she rummaged through Nicolette's drawers in search of lipstick or some kid of make-up hanging around but she didn't find anything.
Exiting out into the living room, Cerys spotted a small art area by the living room's window. A playful smirk slipped onto her lips and Cerys ran up to it, picking up yellow and some black paint, "Let's paint a giant smilely face on her wall! And then with the other paint we'll just... I dunno, flick it around or something and maybe hang her clothes around her room with bright paint on them.." Oh her room would be bright and colourful then!

Rhiannon nodded in agreement, joining her sister in the scavenge for make-up. However, she too came up empty handed, which shocked her. Really? What kind of eighteen year old girl lacks make-up? Now that she thought about it, the president never really dressed up or looked anything beyond average... which was weird, cause she did look nice. Must be natural beauty... she hoped she was like that when she got older. Right now, she had cuteness on her side though!
The older twin saw the paint and grinned evilly, taking one brush, but pausing, placing one hand on her sister's shoulder. "We have to maintain some morals," she said seriously. "We'll color one article of clothing, and leave a note that she should probably brighten up her wardrobe before the rest end up painted. You can't rob a girl of all of her clothes."

Cerys took her paint brush in her opposite hand and set the yellow paint down on the bed side table in Nicolette's room. She opened it and stuck her paint brush in it, taking a nice big blob of the paint and placed it on the wall where she began drawing the outline of the large circle.
"Fiiiine, but we have to draw on one of those ugly ankle skirts," She said as she thought about what skirt to paint on. But her sister did have a point. Even though they were thieves and all that jazz, they did have to have some morals.. "You can write the note, write it on the computer or something so she can't recognise handwriting," She had finished the outline of the yellow smilely face and began filling it in.

Rhia nodded, picking up the black and splotting it on the wall, using it to make two large eyes and a smile. Her sister was talented enough to paint around them... and if she wasn't, well, then she needed to work on painting more. Her flexibility and good looks wouldn't get her everywhere in life; she could use a bit more art!
The girl smiled and nodded at the plan. "That's a good idea; I was just thinking of painting it somewhere, but that would probably be hard to read." She placed the paintbrush back where she found it, getting paint there, and scampered back to the bedroom, booting up the computer and quickly typing on it. "Dear Miss President. Your clothes are all so bland. Get some color in your life! This is a start, so I suggest you color it up, or we'll come to finish the job! From your friends, the Fashion Police."
The girl swayed her feet as she waited for the printer to spit out the note, turning off the computer again without saving the evidence and returning to the main room. "Alright, where's your handiwork?"

Cerys filled everything she could around the eyes until she had to carefully paint around them so that it wouldn't mess up the paint. The smilely face was now complete and Cerys felt rather proud, she took a few steps back and took a glance at it, thinking it was quite good. Very bright and made her room look much nicer~!
"Well, the face is done~!" She gestured to the wall as Rhiannon returned with the note she typed up on the computer. "Where should we put that and... what skirt should we paint?" She wandered over to the wardrobe again and opened it, scanning through the very bland looking colours. Maybe that brown one...

Rhia had to pause at the doorway to inspect the large smiley face that now adorned the walls. She had to admit it, they did a darn good job there; the whole room was brighter and more friendly now! It was almost like a different place... and not just because of the wet paint on the wall and the used paintbrushes being a sharp contrast to the prim and proper arrangement of everything else.
"I really like the face," the girl said happily as her sister passed her to rummage through the closets. She turned to look carefully over her shoulder. "Get that brown one, and we'll leave this on it after we're done. What do you think... red stripes or green polka dots on it?"

Once her sister had agreed with her on the brown skirt, she pulled it back out from the closet and set it down on her purple and tan coloured comforter that was laid out perfectly on the bed. Now that she looked at the place, she wanted nothing more than to rummage through it all and mess it up, to make it look like it was lived in at least...
Cerys looked at the paint and thought about her sister's suggestions, "I can't decide, why not half red stripes and half green polka dots?" She said as she grabbed the green paint and dipped her paintbrush into them, drawing circles on the brown material. They had been in there for around fifteen minutes now, they would have to leave soon and lock the window, put everything back and make sure it looked like they weren't there despite the vandilism and the note.

Rhia nodded at her sister's reply, picking up the red paint and her paintbrush. "Excellent, as usual," she remarked, wiping off the rest of the black on the wall before getting red on it and running it down the opposite side of the skirt, leaving nice lines across it. They weren't evenly spaced and sometimes even overlapped... but she decided that she was just being creative. She could do that!
The girl paused, looking at what they did, to the window, and back to her sister. They did need to leave... but going back outside wasn't really her cup of tea. "Do you think we should mess with her more by leaving the door unlocked?" she asked, a bit of hope infiltrating her voice. If that was the case, then she could just walk out in the hall back to their room, and not have to have another near brush with falling doom.

After she was satisfied with the amount of green polka dots on the skirt, she looked up at her sister as she screwed the lid back down on the green paint pottle. She grinned, "Fabulous idea! We'll leave that unlocked but we'll leave her window alone since it was unlocked when we got in anyway.." She said as she went to retrieve the yellow and black paint. She would put them back in the art area in the living room on their way out.
"We should probably get going, we have just over five minutes until she should be coming back..." She continued walking out into the living room where she put the pottles of paint back on the table and dumped the brush into a cup of dirty looking water.

Rhia breathed a soft sigh of relief as her sister agreed to her plan. True, it was genius, but more importantly, it wasn't dangerous. Besides, it would be the feather in their cap for this expedition, making the president know from the moment she turned the knob that things were going to go downhill... or uphill, if she took their advice and got some better clothes! Seriously, brown on brown? Blegh!
The older twin followed her sister, capping off the bottle of red paint and placing it with the rest, before dropping her brush into the dirty water. She strolled over to the door, unlocked it with a simple flick of her wrist, and swung it wide open, gesturing out with one hand, considering that they needed to get going. "After you, Miss Cerys," she said with a grin. This had been fun; if only she could be here to see how the older girl looked when she found out!
