Hologram relaxation rooms (Little rooms where you can relax anywhere thanks to all round holographic/special effects technology. Maybe a few combat sim rooms, special armored versions for gift lessons.)
Fountain room. (A mo'fo'ing HUGE room with artificial seasons that can be set with a water fall at one end leading into a pool with fountains, for meditation or relaxation. Tones of trees and other rare plants scattered about too. So people can enjoy summer indoors when it's winter or the like.)
