Suri let out a soft sigh, sure her brother would have heard it but... she could always play it off as he liked her cookies. She was actually relieved that he had bought her story about mother and father. Everything wasn't fine... but as long as Rai thought it was fine she'd.. be happy. Besides, now that she was with him, everything would get better.
Speaking of which! Suri had smiled, fidgeting a bit in her seat. She was a bit anxious to ask Rai about his clairaudient. Especially because of what had happened when they were children.. but it should have gotten better by now right? "Rai? How is your clairaudient? Has it gotten any better?

As he wolfed down more of the cookies, he became messier but he made sure to dab each crumb with his finger to scoop them up into his mouth. He was sure, with the amount of crumbs, there was enough to make a entire new cookie.
However, Suri's question caused him to hesitate. He thought for a moment, his mind reflecting on the times he had used his clairaudience to the Student Freedom Force's advantage. Like at the Winter Dance, when they were spying on Sven and his little playmate...
He then averted his eyes back to Suri, his grey-blue eyes meeting with hers, noticing how they were the same colour. He hadn't noticed how lovely they looked on her. "Ah, yeah, it's gotten a lot better since I was little, I think they were just disturbing me because I was so young," He laughed, "What about you? How's your clairsentience? He remembered Suri's gift and wondered if any other members of their family tree had the other kinds of clairvoyance.

Her? ... Well, her ability really hadn't... gotten better or worse, honestly. She really tried not to use it as much... and the reason for that was.. personal. Which she would not tell Rai. It was when she saw her mother and.. someone else in her bed. Letting out a soft sigh, Suri closed her eyes halfway her gaze drifting back to the side.
"Me? Not much... I haven't been using my ability or really.. trying to use it. I still get confusing images and.. I'm not sure if I'll ever really be able to understand them. "
Shaking her head a bit, she turned back to Rai with her childish smile upon her face, the one she had quite a lot when they were children. "But I'm glad! That your clairaudient has gotten better! I was worried about you a lot when you first left... "

Rai sighed a little. His heart went out to his sister, he knew what she went through when it came to the horrid or confusing images that were implanted in her mind just by even the slightest touch of someone else's flesh. He tilted his head to the side, "Hopefully things will be clearer one day," He said to her before turning back to his food, taking a small bite of the rice in his obento.
"Well, my clairaudience is helping me a lot in the Student Freedom Force, I go on a lot of missions, especially since me and Haruka are partners," He continued, his voice holding hints of pride and confidence for using his ability to someone's advantage, he felt useful.

Yeah... hopefully.. now that she was at this school. If Rai had gotten help with his clairaudience, then perhaps she could get help with her clairsentience! The thought made her heart flutter a bit, a small smile coming to her lips. Oh that would be wonderful if she could control it better one day... However when Rai mentioned the Student Freedom Force, she became a bit puzzled. She thought about it for herself for a moment, remembering some letters where Rai had mentioned it briefly and then reading some things here and there about the student freedom force.
Turning her head to look at her brother, with the still slightly puzzled look on her face, she decided to ask what this organization was. "Rai? What.. exactly is the Student Freedom Force? You've mentioned it in your letters a couple times... I think... but I'm not entirely sure what it is and what it does. "

Rai blinked.
"Oh! I'm so sorry Su-chan! I should have explained it before," He had reached out, his hands grabbing hers out of habit and reaction. His light grey-blue eyes scanned the surrounding areas of the library, looking out for eavesdroppers or unsuspecting ears, there was no need for another bystander to know their positions.
He used his clairaudience to try and detect human movements and came up negative, it was alright to start his brief description. "In a nutshell, we're just an organisation that opposes the Student Council, we believe the Council has too much power and we believe in student equality, so we show our rebellion through sabotaging Council related events, festivals, dances etc." He took a breath, looking up at his sister again, "Does that help?"

Suri had blinked when Rai had taken her hands, feeling a slight excitement coming from him as her hands touched his. He must really enjoy being in the student freedom force, and having equality because... his emotions seemed to show that. At least at the moment. A smile slipped onto her lips because of this. How could she not help but smile at seeing her brother's enthusiasm for something school related?
They sabotage Council related events, but wouldn't they like to have just an even where they do not sabotage anything? It couldn't have been fun to sabotage every single thing, could it? Not to mention it was ruining the other students experiences, if they were not a part of the Student Freedom Force or the Student Council. Did either organization really consider the other people involved, who did not care what either... organization did? "Don't you want to just have fun at at least one of the events, Rai? I mean.. its good that... you want student equality but.. there must be better ways to try and sabotage them than.. ruining every students experience at one of the events.. Right?"

Well, he had never thought about it like that. However, it was of no surprise to him that Suri did think of it in that way. That was just the way his sister was, she always looked for the good in people and wanted to just have a bit of fun. Rai sighed, frowning a little, "That would actually be quite nice.. we haven't really.. had any ideas for the Spring Festival coming up.." He mused aloud, tapping his chin lightly.
"I hope we don't now that you've turned up, it'd be nice to go to the festival with you for the day~" He said, his tone picking up in optimism as a smile slipped across his lips.

Suri had smiled, laughing slightly at the optimism within Rai's voice. "I'd enjoy going to the festival with you too. Even if you are doing something, I'm sure you could find some time to set aside to do a game or two with me." Her smile widened a bit at the thought. Oh she hadn't played any games with Rai in a long time~ This festival was going to be fun!
What was she doing for the festival though? Her class really hadn't talked about it ... She could bake something. She was good at baking. Maybe that would also be a good way to...get to know more students around campus? Just the thought made her heart race a little, swallowing lightly as she looked down to the cookies she had made. She needed to be mature about it, and not get so nervous. Meeting people wasn't so bad. It was just the.. trying to form conversation part.

Rai let a casual laugh escape his lips and he shot his sister a competitive grin. "I won't go easy on you, just because you're my sister," He said with a smirk as he heard the bell ring.
Wow, the time just flew by them and now it was time to head to class. Bugger. He wanted to catch up with her some more.. "Stupid bell.. what are you doing after class, Su-chan?" He didn't want to just leave it at that, he was going to spend more time with her!

Suri let a laugh escape her lips, but a grin also slipped onto her lips at the thought of beating her big brother at one of the games. It was always fun to compete with him. "And don't think I'll go easy on you, either."
Hearing the bell dampened her spirits ever so slightly, her grin slipping from her face just as quickly as it had appeared. She folded the last cookie she had back into the napkin, placing it back into her shoulder bag. What was she doing after class? She wasn't quite sure...
"To be honest, I don't know. It is my first day here and I was still trying to get used to the campus but.. If you're free would you mind showing me around?"

Upon standing up from the chair, he reached his arms into the air, leaning back a little as he stretched most of the muscles in his body. After, a yawn escaped his lips, ugh, stretching always made him tired for some reason. Oh well, more the reason to fall asleep in class! Now, what did he have again...
He propped his backpack up on the chair he was seated at and unzipped it, retrieving a small, A5 sized piece of paper that was folded around five or six times vertically. "Well, if you meet me out by the gates after school, how about we go catch a movie or I show you round the island some more?" He said as he searched for today's set of classes. Ah! He had government. Oh. Then maybe he couldn't fall asleep. Since Haruka was in it, she would probably stop him from falling asleep by distracting him because she's so beautiful~
Once he was finished looking at his last lot of classes for the day, he shoved the piece of paper back into his bag and zipped it back up, slinging one strap over his shoulder. "Sound good?" He asked, flashing his sister a warm smile.

Suri had smiled, nodding her head. That sounded wonderful~ An afternoon around the town with her brother. Maybe even catching a movie.. She hadn't watched a movie in quite some time. It might be nice. "That sounds good. I will see you after school then."She picked up her backpack, placing it on her shoulders and waving to Rai with the smile on her face. Oh it felt so good to smile like this again! "See you, Rai! Don't fall asleep in class." She knew that was a habit of her brother's. Falling asleep in class when he should have been paying attention! ((Should we end this, Faye? Or would you like to do the outing in town? ))
