Appearance:
When one sees Andrea, they would never guess that he's over fifteen years old. Standing at 5' 5", this boy is still short for his age. His body seems to be too thin and unproportional, like that of a boy that just entered puberty. His skin is quite pale, but is slowly getting a healthy tan.
His hair is thick and messy, reaching the boy's shoulders. With it black color, it makes the paleness of Andrea's even more obvious. His eyes are a shade between brown and red, as an effect of a drug he used to be taking to make his power strong enough to be useful.
Andrea's face is rounded, but his chin and cheeks are more angular. His lips are thin and his left fang can usually be seen, even when his lips are closed, as it's about half an inch longer than his other teeth. His other canines are longer than they should be, but the difference in length isn't so noticeable. His nose is strait, yet short. His eyes are narrow and slightly turned inwards.
Clothing Style:
When not in his school uniform, Andrea's clothing consists of mostly wide and baggy things. He wears his pants low, bellow his hips. This, however, doesn't leave his midriff bare. His shirts are long enough to cover it well. He usually wears a long-sleeved shirt in some dark color and a bright-colored T-shirt over it. His baggy pants are usually either black or olive-green.
Special Accessories:
Andrea has a small earring in his right ear. Also, he cannot be seen without one of his three watches on his wrist - a black one, a dark green one or a brown one. None of them is digital.
PERSONALLY
Over-all Personality:
Andrea is a boy with fast and strong reactions to the world around himself. However, his easily-changing emotions don't make him unpleasant to be around. He's quite energetic and is not shy.
Andrea's not a brave person, but when he makes a decision, he will do that, no matter what. He knows what he believes in and doesn't let anyone try to change him. He's extremely proud person, yet insecure when people mention his looks. Andrea is highly self-aware of the leftovers from those wicked years he spent as a lab rat.
Andrea is quite tolerant to other people and their actions. Well, as long as they aren't vampires... He's quite friendly with most people and isn't prone to hate. Still, he has some prejudices that he got from his "guardians" while growing up. Andrea tends to talk a lot, especially if he finds a way to start bragging, yet no one can get a word out of his mouth about his past.
As for his duties, Andrea knows them well. However, he's way too lazy to do what he is supposed to do if he doesn't like it. However, if he starts doing something, he won't drop it until he finishes it. If he, for any reason, makes a pause in his work, he most likely won't continue doing it.

BACKGROUND
History:
Andrea was found on Trieste Centrale Railway station before he was even a year old. It is unknown who his parents might be and whether he has siblings or not. The child was left there without anything that might be a hint to who his parents were.
He spent a bit more then four years in the orphanage when he was adopted into Brizio family and got a full name. At that time he was already showing a talents of psychometry and remote viewing combined and was probably the reason he was chosen by Mrs Selvaggia Brizio.
At the time Mr and Mrs Brizio were working on a new drug that would increase the strength of one's powers and even awake them in the humans considered "non-gifted", as it was believed in the organization Sevaggia and Enrico were working for that every human being has a gift and they just need to awake it.
Made from various monsters the organization hunted, but mostly of vampire's blood, the drug, or Serum 16, as the organization called it, was given to Andrea under excuse that it will help him get big and strong. Of course, the boy, naive as he was, believed them.
It did make his powers stronger, but it had side effects, as well. However, it wasn't until he was ten that the side effects could be noticed. At this point Andrea's body started shifting a bit, making his constitution more beast-like. At the same time his canines started getting longer and his eyes changed color and Andrea felt need for fresh blood and uncooked meat.
His guardians dropped him out of school at that point and started home-schooling him, telling him about the world they knew - the world of paranormal, as other humans called it. For two years this lasted and Andrea kept getting the drug through that time... And finally, on his twelfth birthday the project was canceled as all of the test subjects showed too many side-effects next to the increased strength of their powers. That year it was decided that they should be overdosed and it was expected that their bodies, unable to accept so much drug, would die.
Well, they were wrong. What the overdosing brought was ten new monsters and five children that didn't react in any way. Among these five was Andrea. While the organization eliminated those who turned into monsters, they put the children that didn't react to overdosing on rehabilitation. All rehab-processes were semi-successful. They eliminated the instincts these children developed and most of physical changes were neutralized. Their powers didn't stay the same strength as they were with the drugs, so the children were sent to be trained. Italy was able to find people who would train other children, but a psychometric person could not be found.
This is the reason why Andrea was sent to T'zenshin Institute. He has been been in this Institute ever since then.
Secrets:
Andrea's guardians took him in only because they needed a lab rat. For eight years that he lived with them he was being given a certain drug that made his powers stronger.

Andrea is capable of feeling owner's energy in objects. The more owner is fond of an object, the more energy they store in that object. However, even though Andrea can feel whether the energy in two objects is from same or different person, Andrea cannot say whose item is. Interesting thing is that he has to touch the item in order to feel it's energy.
The drug Andrea used made this power strong enough for him to feel the energies without touching the items. At that time all the sensations he was feeling were making him neurotic, but he's OK now.
Remote Viewing
Even though the term remote viewing is defined as ability to travel to the specific person, time or space, in Andrea's case it is not that strong. While holding an object with it's owner's energy, he can track and see the place where the energy of the same person is the strongest (in most cases that person's room). However, he is unable to see anything that contains spiritual energy (humans, animals and plants) and when someone is in the room, Andrea sees them as floating clothes. Also, this sight of his is not very clear and it often happens that the energy in the object isn't strong enough for him to track it.
While he was using the drug, this power of his was strong enough to find any place with the power he felt in the object, no matter how weak it is. He was also able to track the owner of the item, though he couldn't see the person clearly. He does miss his power being this strong, but has no intentions of taking the drug again. He'll try to reach that level by practicing, though.
