John blinked as Adrian grinned, slowly grinning a bit and standing in the doorway and putting his hands in his pockets. Wow, this night was great! Not only was Adrian now grinning back at him... they had a fresh start! Perhaps instead of leaving the two of them could go get a cup of coff--
He stumbled back slightly, feeling a small push in his chest. He slowly raised an eyebrow, looking to Adrian whose grin seemed to have widened. "What the... how di-- Hey... Hey!" He quickly took his hands from his pockets, waving his arms about as his hair was pulled and his clothes were pulled in opposite directions. He stumbled a bit, going in the direction of the way his clothes were pulled and them stumbling to the other side as they were pulled to the other side. He looked over at Adrian as he laughed, quickly putting his hands up over his head. "Not the hair! Watch the hair!"
Though he wasn't sure exactly what was doing this, he knew ... it was what saved Adrian early and cleared the room. He had read a couple things about mythical creatures and such. He learned from his Uncle. So he wanted to play that game huh? Good play... good play.... He grinned even wider, getting more excited about the next night.

Adrian glanced back still grinning from ear to ear. He waved once more and laughed as he felt the joy of the sylphs combined his own amusement. He was looking forward to tomorrow, it was odd to be walking away from someone only to be looking forward to seeing them the next day, well more because it was of his own volition. At home his schedule had always been rigorous and well maintained. Here, he was free to do mostly what he wanted, when he wanted.
With John in a state of disarray behind him, Adrian called back before he turned the corner. ”Geuss I’ll see you tomorrow... might want to comb your hair first though.” He liked having the last word, it gave him an un-needed but welcome feeling of superiority. As he walked back to his room, his thoughts wandered, failing to return to the reason he had actually come to the science room. He had forgotten all about his questions in biology... and by tomorrow, it would be too late. Strangely, even if he had remembered, the concept wouldn’t have bothered him too much.
