(You people keep your clever names and thread titles... mine are just as good)
Steph leaned against the wall in the waiting room. The nurse was apparently busy, not that he was all too eager to actually enter the room she practiced in. The fact that he was here at all was a miracle, but in truth, with his sisters nagging, he really didn’t have a choice. His headaches had been getting worse, mental overload. What he really needed, was someone to dim the affects of his combined physiology, but his go-to-guy was currently somewhere in Somalia. So he just sat with his back against the wall skimming a magazine… the fact that it was a medical issue about breakthrough surgeries. He had no aversion to the sight of blood, but the thought of someone doing such things to him was almost too much.
The waiting room wasn’t all that full, in fact it was empty. Still, there were too many people to have a mental breakdown. He pleaded with his sister to take over… not that it would do much good. He spoke to her inside his own head, ’just go in there for me… I can’t do it myself, I know the nurse can probably help… but I can’t do it, last time… last time he tried to.’ even mentally he couldn’t state what had happened when his sister had convinced him to go to the doctors last time.
'not a chance Stephan, you can have fun on your own, there’s not much I can do anyway… you’re too agitated, and you know we can’t switch once you’re in this state.'
If Stephan could have glared at himself, he would have. It was all he could do not to snap back at her. Besides, she got the point, she could sense his thoughts. He bit his lip, smoothing his uniform, he had gotten used to the female uniform, but he never enjoyed being in public wearing it. But it was either that or chance someone seeing Stephanie acting like a complete slut while she was in control… and despite the fact that he was a loner, that would be terrible. So he sat in the waiting room to talk to a nurse, posing as a girl and verging on a breakdown.

So what if he had a class, he wasn't about to go in there and let people see the scars on his arm, they would begin asking questions, he'd never hear the end of it. If they didn't, he'd never see the end of the constant stares from those pathetic curious faces laid out on them. Sitting on his shoulder as he casually strolled down the hall was a small rag doll, his little sister, to be precise. She clung to his shoulder as best she could so she wouldn't fall.
He needed to go to the nurse's office to get some new bandages, his writing engraved on his own flesh wasn't doing too well in terms of being healed and he certainly wasn't going to let the nurse use whatever she had to make it go away. It was a memory... just a fragment of the memories he thought about the Queen and Will.
He found the door to the waiting room, opening it and noticing someone in there already, he screwed his face up, disappointed that he wasn't alone now. Well he never was, but Emilie didn't count. "You alright there?" He asked without thinking as he moved over to a small cabinet with supplies for people who were waiting but needed bandages, band-aids, ice etc. Yes he was a teacher but he didn't act like one.

Stephan glanced up at the man who walked in, he was a teacher… one who was quite probably insane. At least that was if the casual conversations were to believed. And while it wasn’t casual conversation directed at him… although occasionally his sister had conversations, when they weren’t in uniform and obviously Stephan. He was pretty sure people assumed that they were two entirely different people. Stephanie’s attitude and makeup… and clothing choices… and hairstyles changed so much about him. But the point was, the general consensus as he understood it, was that this man… a Mr. Bezarius, was strange.
Steph attempted a smile, and leapt to his feet, smoothing his uniforms skirt. ”Perfectly fine sir, I was just stopping in for a check-up with the nurse, I believe she is indisposed at the moment.” He pushed his hair out of his face, and attempted to act like his sister, it gave him a small measure of confidence… mostly he just wanted to be out of this room so he could be safe. He was never particularly good at hiding his emotions and his nerves showed. ’oh you’re ever so convincing Stephan’ Sarcasm was somewhat heightened when it came from inside your own skull… He attempted not to let her feel his annoyance… and failed, it wasn’t something he could actually achieve. ’nice try pretty boy, but you should know better by now’ Stephan bit back a response as his teeth clamped down on his lower lip and he pulled his attention back to the matter at hand.
Speaking out loud to the teacher instead of inside his own head to his sister, Stephan finished his earlier line of speech, ”I am sure that she will return soon enough.” After such a long pause in between, Stephan hoped the teacher took it as a sign of concentration.

Seth wasn't expecting the boy to stand from the chair he was seated at, he flinched but brushed it off, turning to the cabinet that held the items he wanted. He hoped to get to them before the nurse turned up, she would ask questions and request to examine the 'injuries' he was bandaging up.
"I'm sure she won't be, she normally isn't too long when she knows she has others to tend to," He said as he opened the cabinet doors, now looking through the many supplies in there, venturing for the right type of bandage that he needed. He quickly glanced back at the boy, he looked very flustered and annoyed at something, he was curious to what it was but suppressed it, if he asked, he would only be as bad as the humans he hated asking questions about him.
Hopefully Will wouldn't turn up, he seemed to have a sixth sense for his whereabouts and most of the time it was rather annoying since he did like to have his own time alone with just Emilie, she only spoke when spoken to or she knew it was okay to. Seth didn't enjoy drawing attention to himself. "Ah-hah~" He pulled the bandages he wanted from the cabinet and set them on top of it, rolling up his sleeve but made sure the boy wouldn't have sight of the old bandages already on.

(I apologise for not making it apparent in his profile, but for anyone who is merely looking at his physical appearance, Stephan appears to be a boy)
Stephan noticed as the teacher rolled up his sleeves, ’When will people learn that a trained professional is better at fixing up their cuts than they are?’ If Stephanie had eyes, she would have rolled them, admittedly Stephan was being a bit of a hypocrite, not that he would say so as much to his sister. She sensed his stubborn and determined attitude… she decided to poke at him. ’Says the boy who just spent the last half hour trying to be anywhere but here?’ Previous to Stephan submitting and coming here, Stephanie had threatened to take over and force Stephan to watch while she sat with the nurse. If Stephan had to be here he defiantly wanted to be in control.
He shuddered and pulled his attention back into the room, ”That would be preferable to waiting… are you sure you want to do that by yourself? The nurse would probably do a much better job; medicine has made wonderful leaps in the past few years…” He stepped over closer to the teacher. ’oh and now your counselling someone else to see a doctor?’ The condescending disbelief was all the more clear when part of him felt it. ”Shut up!...” He had gotten fairly good at not talking out loud, but there were still those little slip ups when he was a little tense. ”Uhh… sorry… not talking to you…” He felt like an idiot, and he couldn’t even just slip off like usual, he was stuck in the room with this guy…

Seth's attention was caught by the remark said by the boy, he glanced back, "I'd rather not get her worried, besides, it's just redressing the injury," He turned back to his wound, carefully taking off the old bandages which revealed several bandages that stuck to his skin. He had forgotten those and knelt back down to retrieve new ones of those. He quickly found some and set them up on top of the cabinet.
He heard yet another comment about letting the nurse take care of it, he ignored it and went back to tending to his injury. He slowly took the bandage, feeling the stickiness pull at the hairs on his arm. Well, he'd have to do this quickly.
Something then caught his attention again, the abrupt command from the boy's mouth. Emilie turned as well, "Ah that's okay~" Seth let out a growl that came from deep in his throat, "Emilie, you know better than that," Too late now.

Stephan took a moment to be distracted by the… doll? On the teachers shoulder, that was something he hadn’t heard about. It… she… seemed animate, which, while being far from the strangest thing he had ever seen, it was certainly not something he had been expecting. But he didn’t have time to register or appreciate the fact before the professor growled at the doll. He wasn’t sure whether the annoyance was directed at himself or the creature sitting on the teachers shoulder, but it was best to be safe, he quickly stepped back from the pair. ”uihhh, I must apologies, for I meant not to interfere with the matters pertaining to your own health. It was rude of me to offer advice where it was not wanted.” he bowed his head a little, his voice came out a little stilted, much more formal.
Stephan bit his lip once more, he did not handle stress well, no matter how long he had to learn to cope with it. His sister was the one who would have been most useful in this situation. She was the more calm and forceful of the two, ’Calm down Steph, he’s not angry with you, he was just surprised, don’t over react, just breathe. He isn’t going to hurt you, he cant, he’s a teacher.’ She did what she could to calm him, focusing as much as she could on emitting calm, when you shared somones brain, it was difficult not to mirror their emotions… and he was getting to her. But, he did as he was told; Steph breathed and listened as she spoke. He stood still and let is posture droop back into the regular slouch of the day. But his teeth stayed firmly clamped on his lip.

Another teacher was watching over Seth's Mythology class, causing the hybrid to ditch class on the search for the man. He sniffed the air, trying to find the man's scent. He caught blood mixed with the wonderful scent of sweets. His ears twitched and he followed the scent until he came up to the nurse's office. He poked his head inside and spotted Seth standing at the cabinet, searching for bandages and a girl standing next to him.
Ch, who was this chick to say that Seth couldn't take care of his own injuries? The cat-boy found this to be the perfect opportunity to help out the man, since Seth couldn't really do it very well one handed.
And so he pounced, moving inside and running over to snuggle up to Seth's back, letting out a mewl as his tail twitched behind him, and his ears moving happily.

"Don't apologise,"
Seth kept his eyes on the bandages he was pulling off, taking a deep breath before he yanked the bandage off his skin, the hairs on his arm ripping along with the movement. He bit his lip and pressed on with the other ones. "I appreciate the concern," He added, trying to distract himself as he pulled off yet another. There were a few since the word was cut along his entire forearm.
Then a presence entered the room, followed by a mewl. The hairs on the back of Seth's neck rose up and he noticed it was Will. Will had followed him into the nurse's office. He really did have a sixth sense for his whereabouts! ARGH. "Will! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in class?"

The response was reassuring; he was glad that the man didn’t appear to be too angry at him. At least he appeared to be polite enough to thank him for his concern. Still, the doll intrigued Stephan, despite the fact that he still felt like he wanted to run away.
Stephan saw the boy come in and noted the offensive look he had given him, ’possessive much?’ His sister focused on the boy as he made his way over to the teacher and pressed himself up against the man, ’just a little' He replied as he watched with a slight air of disbelief. 'I’m not sure whether it’s cute or pathetic...' She said referring to the cat-boy. A little of her condescending attitude slipped out, as Stephan subconsciously straightened his back and smirked ever so slightly.

William winced a little as he was scolded, but swung around the teacher in order to gingerly take his arm, looking over the bandages that had been taken off. "You need to be a little more careful with yourself..." His tone was gentle as he started to work his fingers slowly and carefully to take the bandages off, as to not disturb the forming scars.
He ignored the girl who gave him the odd look, opting for just paying attention to the man in front of him.
~*~
She'd been called to the Physical Gifts' Class in order to take care of an injury a student had obtained. She had done her job, but it had taken quite a bit of time. She started to work her way back to the nurse's office, a little slowly since she was feeling a little weary from the effort she had put into healing the kid.
She was dressed in her white doctor's coat with a tight, white tank top and a black mini skirt with ankle boots. When she opened the door to her office and rose an eyebrow.
"I didn't think I had been gone that long." The woman commented with a small smile. "I apologize for my absense.... Ah? Mr. Bezarius?" She blinked at the sight of the mythology and journalism teacher. She had briefly met him at a teacher meeting a while back.

Seth's eyes softened as Will gingerly took his arm and carefully took the remaining on the bandages off, it didn't seem to hurt as much as it did when he was doing it. "A-ah... thanks.." He said, quietly and hesitantly. He still wasn't sure of his true feelings for Will, it was either love him or hate him. Most of the time it was a bit of both. Like now.
Then the door opened again, it was the nurse this time, Brittany Hale, or Ms. Hale by the students. He took a quick glance at her attire and rose an eyebrow, she dressed rather skimpily for a person of her position but he shrugged it off and turned back to Will. However he had to turn back when he was addressed by her, he turned his head.
"Hm, yes, sorry, I just needed to redress something, that's all," He flashed her a pretend smile and went back to making sure Will redressed his injuries properly.

’I think I’m going to be sick Stephan…’ She watched the teacher allow the student to redress his arm. Frankly Stephan agreed, but for entirely different reasons, the nurse had just walked in. He backed as far away from her as possible, putting off actually greeting her. ’For gods sake Stephan! Just tell her you need some help! At this rate you’re going to end up in a coma again!’ The only reason he had woken up before was because of a friend… in fact, he wasn’t quite sure what a doctor could do. ’I know!... I know, I just… don’t like doctors.’ Stephanie made a mental sigh I know, but we have to get this over with, just think of it, after we stop growing we wont have these problems anymore. She very determinedly didn’t think about the fact that that was quite probably a lie… so did he.
”Uhh, excuse me ma’am, I need… uh, help His voice was almost soft enough to go unnoticed. And no mental prodding cajoling or threatening of his sisters was about to make Stephan pipe up. He was going through enough.

Brittany turned her attention to the person who piped up softly. She moved over to where her desk was and motioned for Stephan to come over to her desk so she could assist the student.
"How can I help you?"
Willliam glanced over at the teacher and blinked a little before shrugging and turning his attention back to Seth's arm. He had finally gotten all the bandages off the man's arm. He kept the sleeve rolled up he took some anti-bacteria spray that had been pulled out. He read the label and saw that it would benefit them, in order to keep Seth's arm from becoming infected.
"This'll hurt a little, but I promise it'll be over soon." He brought Seth's arm up and gently pressed his lips to the harsh word, shutting his eyes for a moment before he moved the arm back down and held the spray steady. He then started to spray the arm, his other hand holding tight to the uninjured part of Seth's arm to make sure he wouldn't jerk his arm away.

This was what Seth feared. The pain that wasn't being inflicted by himself. When he did it, it didn't matter, it was for a cause, something to remind him of the memories back in Wonderland but now... Will was going to spray some stupid liquid on his skin and apparently it was going to hurt.
And it did. It stung like shit.
Seth's arm jerked a little but stayed relatively in the same place since Will was hanging on tight to it. He bit his lip, suppressing a squeal of pain. Why did it have to hurt so much? What on Earth was he putting on him that he thought would be so helpful for him? He felt a burning sensation all over his arm, obviously because there was a lot of bacteria growing on it.
