Girl's Night {Faruka}

The couple had returned to T'zen Island near the end of the break and the girl had fully apologized many times to the leader of the SFF, who waved it off and told her it was fine.

Haruka Amagi focused on the work of the SFF for the remainder of the Spring Break, and a majority of their first week back to school. Of course, she always made time for Rai, pausing in her reports to share some lunch with him, or walking with him to their dormitories hand-in-hand.

However, she felt like something was missing... Of course, she had her usual work, and she had her darling boyfriend... But she felt like she wanted something more. And she came to realize it one evening while sitting in the living room of her dormitory, watching Faye come in after a long day and request dinner.

And so, that Friday, Haruka told Rai that she was going to try for a girl's night out. She didn't have very many friends, so Rai was more than supportive, even offering suggestions as to what the girls could do. Haruka finally decided on a movie. She sorta viewed Faye as a hopless romantic, so maybe a cute romance movie would put her in good spirits.

And so, the dark haired girl sat in the living room, waiting for Faye to return to the dormitory. It was late afternoon, only about half an hour after classes let out, but since classes ran til the late afternoon, it would be evening by the time the girls got ready and headed out to town.

She just hoped her roommate said yes.

It had honestly been just another boring day at school. Uneventful, just socialising with people she didn't really know but hung around them because she had nothing better to do. Quite often she wondered where her room mate hung out at lunch time but decided not to pursue it since Haruka never really enjoyed speaking for long periods of time. Like Faye did.

Dressed in perfect school uniform she walked into the West Tower's lobby, her footsteps echoing on the linoleum floor. Her purple locks bouncing as she took each step, she waved weakily to the receptionist as she walked passed. Now on carpetted floor, she pressed the up button on the lift which dinged as the doors slid open. She stepped inside and awaited to be taken to the fifth floor.

When the elevator dinged again, she stepped out onto the carpet and walked down the hall a few metres until she came across her dormitory. She went to unlock it but found that it was already unlocked so she assumed Haruka was home. "Haruka?" She called out, she knew how to pronounce Haruka's name correctly now and the r rolled nicely.

Haruka heard her roommate enter the dormitory and she turned to look at the door, gazing through her glasses at the purple haired girl. She gave a small smile and rose from the couch, looking a little nervous. The last female friend she had was Natasha, and Natasha was very similar to her, so they didn't have much trouble with communication. With Faye, Haruka was stepping out of her comfort bubble... but it wasn't entirely a bad thing. Just a new experience.

"Ah, yes, I'm here, Faye..." She said softly before moving to lean against the back of the couch. "How was your school day?"

[Faye]

A small smile slipped onto her lips as Haruka confirmed she was in there. It made her feel a little better actually, since the door was unlocked and everything. She stepped fully inside the dormitory and shut the door behind her. She sighed at Haruka's second set of words, "Same old, how about you?" She didn't seem very happy. Actually, she hadn't been happy for quite awhile.

A lot of it was due to Isley. Isley was someone she thought maybe she could have something special with... But he had feelings for another woman and he soon left the Island. Then there was Osaze, sexy, sexy Osaze who vanished too. She felt a little abandoned but she was getting over it, especially since she had Haruka, still!

Haruka could see that Faye wasn't doing to well and a small frown slid to her lips, though she quickly changed her expression to neutral in order to keep the girl from thinking something was wrong. She brought a hand up to brush some black bands across her forehead before she spoke again.

"Things have been... better." She offered a small smile before the nervousness came back. "Hey... are you... free tonight?"

[Faye]

A light smile slipped onto her lips, a true on as Haruka said she was feeling better about things. She draped her messenger like bag over one of the dining room chairs and sat down in one of them, her legs dangling, though they touched the ground, she swayed them back and forth, scraping along the carpet.

"Am I free?" She sounded a little confused and surprised at the same time. Why would Haruka want to know that..? Curiously, she asked, "I am, why's that?" Ever since Isley and Osaze left her she had all the free time in the world. Made her Teacher's happy since her grades were going up. When someone had too much time on their hands, they studied.

Haruka swallowed and she brought her hands up to nervously play with her hair, unsure of really how to ask Faye to spend the evening with her. She bit her lip lightly before letting out a sigh. It wasn't supposed to be this hard, considering they were friends who'd been living together for roughly four months.

"A-ah.. Well... If you have nothing to do tonight... I figured we could... like... have a girl's night out, or something..." She gave a small shrug, but peeked up at her roommate, nibbling her bottom lip gently.

[Faye]

Faye waited anxiously for Haruka to reply, she was rather curious as to what Haruka had in mind. Did she want to talk? Have dinner with her? Or watch television or a movie?

Then Haruka spoke. Faye gaped at her, stunned at the suggestion but soon a wide, happy smile slipped across her lips and she leaped up from where she sat, practically glomping Haruka. "I'd love to~! Lemme go get changeeeddd~~~" She said, the excitement beaming from every part of her as she let go of Haruka to escape into her room to find something to wear.

Now, what to wear, what to wear. Girl's night out weren't something she was completely used to so she wasn't sure... Oh well. She opted for a dress that came just a little passed her bottom, it having an elastic band around the end so it clung to her legs. The dress was white until just underneath her bust and the rest was a light grey colour. She threw a black belt just under her bust to cover the colour change and slipped on a pair of black sandals. She grabbed a necklace and a few thin bangles and put them on.

She then emerged from her room, in almost under five minutes (she is very good and co-ordinating her outfits for emergencies like this) and she looked to Haruka. "Where are we going~?"
