Pretty much could have been Skye Anderson's best night out ever. She had spent it with Matthew Fletcher, her study partner but also one of the cutest guys she had ever met. He was also kind, sweet, knew what she liked, well it seemed he knew what girls liked in general. Obviously meant he had ex~peri~ence~.
That night she had worn a dark teal dress that had an inch and half elastic band around the bottom so it clung to her mid-thigh, not flowing around like other dresses. Not to seem too slutty on their first date she put black knee length tights underneath it. On her feet were a black pair of heels, the heel been about an inch high. Something comfortable. To keep herself warm she wore a short sleeve black carigan. For jewelry she had several silver bangles, one gold plated chain on her left wrist. Around her neck was a single silver star necklace.
They had dined at a semi-flash restaurant, nothing over the top for their first date. Matthew had offered to pay, which she was glad about, she had no money on her.
Right now, they were wandering around the dining area, heading back to their dormitories due to the time and that they had school the following morning. "I had a really nice time with you tonight, Matt," She said as she walked with her arm linked with his. They had gotten close enough over the night to have a bit of affection here and there. Her dress was V-neck like her shirt from the other day, showing off plenty of cleavage.

At first, he had been nervous about the date, given the circumstances that Sven was not very happy about it and things just seemed really weird lately... But slowly, as the days passed, he had just taken everything in and focused on just being himself. He had to be himself... He was on T'zen Island, where he was Matthew Fletcher, a young male who needed an escape from the normal lifestyle.
He'd dressed in a black button-down shirt and nice dress pants, doing his best to dress up a little while not going overboard. Skye had dressed up quite a bit, but she had assured him that he looked just fine and the two had gone into the restaurant together. And being a proper gentleman, he had paid for their meal. The meal itself was pleasant, and the conversation between the two eleventh years was nice.
With the conclusion, Matthew walked next to the young lady, letting her take his arm with a small smile. Of course, what guy wouldn't want a nice, cute girl to hang off his arm, especially in the kind of dress she was wearing and the amount of cleavage she was showing... Which led Matthew to feel a little bad that she was trying to hard to impress him.
"I'm glad you had a good time, Kiwi." He replied, flashing her a sweet smile. He wanted to say more, but couldn't really think of anything to say. Maybe he'd just leave the conversation to her.

"Did you have a good time, too?" She asked, worried that maybe she was the only one having all the fun. She did kind of spring the idea on him, he probably found it hard to say no. Maybe he didn't like her..? She tried to suppress the frown that was about to pierce her lips and she simply kept walking beside him, her arm linked with his lightly.

The food had been delicious, the conversation had been very pleasant, and Matthew could easily say that this was one of his better dates. Of course, he and Sven had gone on a few, but they couldn't really act as if they were dating or anything... Couldn't ruin the reputation of the Student Council Vice President, and couldn't reveal the secret of Matthew.
But to feel so carefree and not worryig about whether or not someone saw them... Well, this date was nice. And Skye wasn't all that bad. The company was rather welcome.
"Of course I've had a good time." He replied, flashing her a sweet smile.

Skye practically melted at the sight of his sweet smile, nuzzling her head against his shoulder as they walked. He was so sweet, charming and cute~! She knew she had picked right with this guy, the other guys were so sleazy but she knew she had only wanted them for the attention. But.. Matthew was different, but she wanted him to notice her more.. to receive that attention.
"I'm glad~" She replied as they continued walking, "Anything else you want to do before we head back?" She asked, curious, they could go to the park.. maybe see a late movie... or if he simply wanted something from the grocery store.

The time had slipped by so easily. It was true that there was school the following day, so Matthew would probably want to get home soon so he could get to bed... But he had a feeling that he'd only be hit with depression when he finally returned.
Sven... He'd been upset lately, and those upset vibes were starting to upset Matthew even more so. He had already been depressed enough, but then having to feel depression fill the room and nearly suffocate him... Hell, it was just hard. Matthew loved Sven with all of his heart... But it was just suffocating.
"Nothing else I really need to get done. Plus... It is getting pretty late." The sun had already sunk beneath the horizon and the evening had progressed during the time they'd been in the restaurant.

"Yeaaaah... Stupid school," She muttered in reply as Matthew spoke. She hated how early she had to get up for school, she enjoyed her spring break where she could sleep in. But next break, she would be heading back to her home town in New Zealand to visit her family and friends, she was missing them. Plus, she had to tell her friends all about the fantastic, charming and cute guy she had met~
A small yawn escaped Skye's lips and she quickly brought her free hand to her mouth, blushing a little. "So.. what's it like living with the Vice President, hmm~?" She asked, to break any further awkward silences.

Matthew saw the yawn, but since the girl seemed to want to continue to talk, he wasn't going to be rude. The question, though, proved to be one that would test his ability as Matthew.
"Nothing too special, really. I mean, sure, he sometimes lives on his laptop with the work that he does for the Student Council, but he's rather ordinary most of the time."

Ordinary? Made her wonder how he was even elected Vice-President if he was just ordinary. Though he did look quite sexy in that formal attire, his hair, eyes, maybe the entire female part of the school voted for him because of that? Nah, he would have to have more positive attributes than that. "Must be hard being on there, with the Student Freedom Force and all.."
Looking around a little, Skye came up with another question to ask her date, "What are your views on the Council and the SFF?" She wasn't sure, really, she saw both sides of the story.

In all honesty, Matthew didn't have much of an opinion on the rivalry between the two organizations. He never quite understood it in the few months he'd been attending the school. It was his first year, after all... So maybe it was just something that had occurred back in the earlier days and had erupted from there.
She he shrugged. "I tend not to really get involved with any of that, so I honestly don't know. This is my first year at T'zenshin, so I never really understood any of it."

Well that she didn't know. Skye eyed him for a little, taking in his features and how graceful he looked in the face, so soft and delicate. He was either naturally like that or he took good care of his skin. She didn't mind which one it was.
As silence fell around their conversation, the noises that the heels on her shoes were making got more distinct and louder on the concrete. "I didn't know this was your first year here," She said, the surprised tone lingering in her voice, "But I can see where both sides are coming from, I just don't see why it's gotten so out of hand," That was her two cents, and she wasn't going to press the matter any further. SFF vs. the Council wasn't a very good topic to talk about on your first date.
They came to the dormitory lobbies, having to part ways here, she glanced over at him, wondering if he was going to offer to walk her to her dorm.

Matthew gave a small, distant smile at her first comment. He, him self, couldn't really believe that in the time that he'd come to T'zenshin, everything in his life felt like it had changed and he'd become a completely new person. It was crazy.
As they came to the junction that separated the dormitories, he turned to look at the girl before he nudged her in the direction of the girls' dormitory, continuing to walk with her. It was later in the evening, so it wouldn't be wise to let a girl walk back on her own. Some guys were douchebags.

As they began walking towards the girl dormitories, Skye realised that he was walking her back. A small smile spread across her lips and a light pink blush rose to her cheeks. He was such a gentleman and made her happy~ She definitely saw something happening later, maybe a relationship longer than two weeks~?
Ooh, exciting!
Uncomfortable with the silence and her uncontrolable need to talk, Skye racked her brain for something to talk about. "Do you like music?"

Matthew smiled at the question. Oh, if only she knew.
"I listened to a couple of popular bands back home in Germany and in America. I'd have to say, though, that German bands are better than the ones in America sometimes. Don't get me wrong, there are some good American bands, but they've gotten... well, rather crappy over the past few years."

German, eh?
Again, something new.
Everyone knew she was from New Zealand, she enjoyed her nickname being Kiwi, she felt different and special. "Yeah, they have, German bands sound interesting, any in particular that you'd suggest?" She asked curiously. She was all for foreign music, even if there was the language barrier.
