Cerys kept her masquerade mask on, as she had no where to put it because it was made of a unbendable material. Okay, it was bendable but it would eventually snap, so. "Oh I should!" She felt better now, oh her sister always made her feel better about everything. She gave her a gentle hug.
"Haha, sleeping in sounds nice," Cerys caught sight of the older twin yawning and couldn't help but yawn herself, and stretch a little. "Definitely going to sleep well tonight~".

Rhiannon shook a bit when her sister hugged her, considering that she was quite tired from all of this activity. She should get as much sleep as she could right now, before seeing the results of their labor in the morning. It had felt like a long time since she had woken up this morning... it would be nice to go back to her comfy bed...
--------------------------------------------------------
The incessant beeping woke up the girl, though she glared at the clock, wishing that she didn't have to get up. However, remembering that she could see someone completely doused in water was just enough to cause her to slid out from under the covers instead of hiding under a blanket. She crawled over to her closet, withdrawing a nice navy blue blouse, a matching skirt, and her converses. Her red ribbon was acquired last, tying up her hair, preparing her enough to leave the room.
It took her around ten minutes to reach the door to the Student Council office, and no one else was in site. She sighed happily, pulling out her key and making sure that the lock wouldn't open, before replacing it with her cell phone in her hand. Now, who to call... oh, yes, the vice-president Sven. She had gotten all of the other numbers recently, so now would be the time to use them... and he was a nice strong man to help little ole her... if he would pick up her call.

They had basically gone straight to bed when they had returned home and Cerys fell straight asleep, wondering off to dream land where she completely ignored the beeping sound coming from her sister's bedroom. She continued snoozing, not having to get up anytime soon. ~*~*~*~ Sven, Student Council Vice-President, a nice strong looking man of the twelfth grade was sleeping soundly next to his girlfriend who was a man to the public (not that he cared), his body wrapped around hers in a tight embrace that was comforting and had let him sleep easily. Though he was awoken but his cellphone ringing. He groggily picked it up from the night stand and looked at the caller ID. It was Rhiannon, the Student Council reporter. Being the Council, he took it as important. He pressed talk on the phone, lifting the device to his ear, "Hello?" He said as he slowly got out of bed, now that he was awake, he may as well get up.

Rhiannon took the chance while the phone was ringing to lightly slap herself in an attempt to wake up more. Hopefully she could sound like a convincing damsel in distress... ha, what a joke! Of course she could! She was in theatre, and had been doing things like this for several years, so unless he could somehow detect lies over the phone, she should be safe.
When the male voice answered the phone, the younger girl took in a breath before going into it. "Sven-senpai, it's Rhia... I was wondering if you could help me. I wanted to get into the office early to finish up the schedule, but the door is locked and it's not taking my key. Can you help me open it pleeeeaaassseee?" He shouldn't be able to resist that, or sniff out her participation in the plot.

Sven quietly got up out of the bed, careful not to wake his girlfriend and opened the door to go to the bathroom so he could wake himself up.
His eyes widened a little as Rhiannon said her key wasn't unlocking the door, it was weird and he automatically suspected the Student Freedom Force if there was something wrong with it. "Just give me a few minutes, I'll be down shortly," He hung up his phone and washed his face in the bathroom, dabbing the towel across his skin before returning to his room to change into the school uniform.
He slipped on the black pants and white button up shirt, the tie perfectly placed around his neck, tucked under the shirt's collar. Grabbing his bag for school that day and making sure it had all his books and stationery, he got his cellphone, wallet and iPod and went for the door. He locked it behind him and pushed open the double doors to the stair well, his footsteps echoing as he stepped down them.

Rhiannon couldn't help smiling as the boy agreed to meet her there, and then hung up. Yes, everything was going according to plan! She really wished she could take pictures or film it as he opened the door... but then he would be onto her. Cerys would just have to live with the story that she would hear later today after the fun had occurred.
However, there was one boring flaw in this plan: she had to wait for Sven to show up. The younger girl got bored really easily, and began to content herself with counting the ceiling tiles in the hallway. Yes, she was really that bored, but what else could she do? She had no good games on her phone, she didn't want to bother anyone else via calling them, and if she wasn't here when he showed up, then she would miss the fun as well. Hopefully he would get there soon.

Sven stuffed his hands in his pockets as he reached the bottom of the stairs, withdrawing one to push the door open that lead into the lobby of the boys' dormitories. He waved at the receptionist who was surprised to see someone up so early, but they knew who he was and assumed he had Council duties to attend to.
Which he did. In a sense..
It took him a further ten minutes to get from the lobby to the front gates of the school and another few minutes to get to the actual Student Council office. He saw Rhiannon waiting there, looking bored. "Well, I'm here now, what's wrong with the door?" He asked, looking at it.

Rhiannon started when a voice spoke up; she had been lost in counting the tiles (she was up to 127, though she wasn't sure if she accidentally counted a few multiple times), and no one else had been around before now. However, now that the older boy was here, the real fun could begin! And then some work... but then sleep!
The girl blinked, smiling before remembering some custom and bowing to him. "Well, it's locked, which it should be..." she started, reaching over and twisting the door knob, only getting it barely anywhere before it resisted her movements. "But when I tried to unlock it..." The reporter withdrew her key, and began to insert it into the lock; it only went in halfway before she couldn't force it any further. She looked back up at Sven, giving him a small pathetic smile. "So, will you help me, Sven-senpai?"

A yawn escaped the Vice-President's lips as he inspecting the doorknob, it was locked and peering inside the door's window, there was nothing disrupted, exactly how it was left last night. It was so weird that the door wasn't unlocking.
He watched her press her key inside, it stopping half way before forcing it any further would probably break the key and cause more trouble. "I'll see what I can do.." He said, his voice showing clear signs of his tiredness. He wrapped his hand around the door knob, twisting it, it wouldn't go very far so that was out of the question. He then grabbed his own key and knelt down on the ground to peer inside the keyhole. It looked like something had been stuffed inside of it.
Something metal and forced in there so much that they would be very difficult to get out. "It looks like something's been forced inside the key hole.." He said to the younger girl as he put his key inside, wiggling it about to see if whatever was in there would move. He heard something fall to the ground on the other side and his key could move fully into the hole.
He twisted the key, the doorknob following and he pushed the door open.
Just enough for the bucket to tip completely over. He felt a freezing sensation fall over his head. The water splashed everywhere, completely drenching his hair and his white dress up shirt. He froze, dropping his key to the floor in shock.
As much as it was refreshing, he couldn't help but feel anger over power the shock. His eyes narrowed and he flicked water out of his face so he could see clearly. "Well. That's done it. I'm going home." He said flatly, the frustration and annoyance obvious in his voice. He turned and went down the hall, water dripping behind him leaving small puddles as he walked.

Rhiannon had taken a step back when the older boy stepped up to the door, watching carefully at his work. She had expected him to try the doorknob for a bit, give up, and then kick the door down, which would have been a lot more fun and destructive. However, when he forced his key to fully get in, she made a mental note to try to work in more paperclips if they did it again; it wasn't as fun. But here came the fun part...
And it was done in a flash. She gasped appropriately, covering her mouth with one hand as she watched the boy carefully... and then... he disappointed her. Sure, the shock and then anger on his face had been nice, but then he just walked off, leaving water all down the hallway. Lame. She would tell her sister about it... later. For now, she wanted to get some of this work done, clean up the mess, and then go to bed. They would have to work harder next time.
