Darkness had settled across the institute, which was natural, considering that it was late at night. The clocktower began to toll, the twelve ominous rings echoing into the night. The faculty had left campus to return to their homes, and all of the students were in their dorms, either staying up late to get in some last minute studying, or tucked in their beds, resting for the next day... though probably some were also partying the night away. Well... all of the good students, that is...
There were two small figures in the hallway, slinking outside of the Student Council office. The elder of the two (though no one could really tell, even if they could be seen) had decided to take this a step further this time, not only wearing a black blouse with black pants, black sneakers, and black gloves, but, after acquiring some material and a pattern from her theatre class, had cut out and was wearing over her eyes a black mask... though it wouldn't really help to conceal her identity.
She knelt by the door to the office, playing lightly with the doorknob to insure that it was, in fact, locked. Well, it would be when they left... just with a different lock. The girl glanced at her cohort, wondering if she was ready to go.

Night had taken over the island. Making people tired, or causing that party animal instinct to sink into people and just blast music all night so they could sleep through classes the next day.
But that wasn't what was happening for two eighth year students on this particular night. Oh no, they were dressed in complete black, black pants, black t-shirt, black converse, black gloves. Though, tonight, they had gone a bit of the weird side, having masks to help conceal their identities, much to their knowledge, they knew it wouldn't work all that well.
The younger of the twin (though not very.. noticeable unless their parents were concerned), wore a black masquerade mask that had silver glitter glued onto it but Cerys had scratched most of it off out of boredom so it was just a silver line now. It was resting on her nose, a simple white elastic band keeping it around her head. The girl nodded to her partner in crime (literally) and opened her mouth to speak, her voice a quiet whisper, "There isn't any security is there..?" Surely the school would have cameras set up in there. Or was her partner one step ahead?

The older girl covered one hand to stop from laughing, partially from the silly mask her associate had chosen (the remaining silver glitter reflected in the minimal light that entered the hallway), but mostly from the question that had been given. "There are cameras all of the school... however, the tapes come through the student council, and guess who gets them all before anyone else? Besides, I already set it up just to record what happened last night over the tapes for tonight."
She dug around in her pocket for a moment before pulling out a key. Slowly and carefully, she slid it into the lock, turning it as quietly as possible to open the door, and pulled the key out, leaving the door ajar as she put the key away. She looked at her partner-in-crime, nodding towards the lock. "So, are we ready?"

Cerys gently hit her sister on her arm.
"Don't laugh at me. I was meaning inside here, but you've explained it now," She wasn't a computer, gadget whiz like her sister. She had the upper hand when it came to climbing heights and running away from people.
She kept her eyes down the hall, making sure no one was coming down them and listened for any other noises that might not have come from one of them. Once the door was open, Cerys nodded to her sister, "Yeahp, let's get to work," She said, rubbing her hands together and stepped inside the Student Council office. Cerys didn't come in here as often as Rhiannon did and it was very well furnished...

Rhiannon did admit that she always felt a bit worthless once they actually got to where they were going; most of her side of the work was covering up on the security systems and such to make sure they weren't caught that way. Once they were in, it was mainly trust on her sister's abilities... so they did both do about the same amount of work overall, but she did less of it in a dangerous situation.
The girl snuck inside of the Student Council office, looking around; it looked about the same at night as it did in the day, considering that, while well furnished, most of the furnishings were dark in color. She closed the door most of the way behind her, before looking up at it. "Hmmm... how to put it up there and still be able to get out of it?" she wondered aloud.

Cerys took a moment to take a quick glance around the room, her eyes taking in the details of the dark coloured furniture and the many desks and stations for the different members of the Student Council.
"So which station is yours?" She asked, teasingly as she turned around to hear a question come from Rhiannon's mouth. That would be a bit of a problem... They'd probably have to find another way out.
"Well. If we hang it from the ceiling, just passed the beginning of the door, then it'll tip once the doors been pushed open. We might just have to climb out the window or something..." Unless Rhiannon thought of something, she was stumped for ideas.

Rhiannon glanced back over her shoulder at her sister, before pointing to one of the desk where there was a stack of files next to some CDs and tapes. "That one; since I'm reporter, I have to take all of the information of club activities right now and make out a schedule for games and such. It's a pain, but it's also fun to see what everyone else is doing."
After her sister's comment, the older girl nodded, closing the door completely and relocking it from the inside. "I should have guessed that we would be using the window, since we're going to jam up the lock anyway," she said with a small smile, quickly picking up some paper clips and shoving them into the lock until no more could fit it. "I'll ask one of those nice strong upperclassmen to open it, and then whamo!" She giggled, before grabbing a chair and dragging it over. "Care to add the finishing touches?"

The younger twin nodded, looking over at the desk that Rhiannon had pointed out to be hers. "Sounds much more interesting than the Student Freedom Force, all we do is sit around and talk about what we could do. And then those icky love birds, Rai and Haruka get all fluffy sometimes.." She whined, shuddering at the sights of their affection.
Cerys giggled as she watched her sister stuff paper clips into the lock until no more would go in, it'd be difficult to open now. The chair was brought over and Cerys nodded, stepping up on it, the office chair spinning a little it adjusted to her weight. She then hung the bucket of water from the ceiling, making sure it was in the right position for it to fall on whoever opened it's head.
She stepped down from the chair, "Right, now is everything back the way it was?" She asked as she put the chair back.

Rhiannon gagged a bit at her sister's description of their activities; she had considered trying to get into the SFF and having her sister in the Student Council instead, but when the Student Council was looking for someone good with computers, she couldn't pass that up. Besides, even if she got the less mischevious group, it seemed that she had lucked out with members.
"Lucky lucky you," she remarked as Cerys set up the water bucket above the door. "No one's that bad... that Miles guy mainly keeps to himself, and Sven seems to stare off into space a lot. Nicolette works hard, but she's been distracted lately... I think it may have to do with what we did." Or maybe... she had someone she liked? It was still spring, which is the season of love...
Rhiannon looked around the office, smiling a bit; it had only taken some paper clips at her desk, and filling up a bucket of water beforehand, but they had done it, and hadn't touched anything besides the chair. "Exactly!" she said, clapping her hands together before looking at the window. "I'll make sure to be back here early tomorrow so I can see it happen. But we should go now."

Cerys listened to Rhiannon talk about the members, "Wow, they sound lovely and fantastic.." She said, sarcasm dripping from her voice. They actually sounded as boring as the Student Freedom Force people did, maybe it was just because nothing was happening around the school? "Has Nicolette said anything about her room to any of you?" She asked her sister as she picked a window to open.
She lifted the window up, taking a look outside, they were lucky it was only a two story building that they were in. Although it was quite a way down, they were also lucky enough to be near the piping again. A plastic pipe ran along just beneath the window, Cerys stepped outside, her feet sinking a little as the plastic felt the weight.
"It's stable and should hold us, but just be careful." About five or so metres away was a ladder, probably there as emergency thing since it went all the way to the top and was beside most of the windows.

Rhiannon walked over to the window, nodding slightly. "Yes, she told us all about it, even had a bunch of pictures of what happened to her room. She said that she wasn't sure if it was the SFF or not, but to watch ourselves since they may try to get to us too." She giggled a bit, placing her hands behind her head. "We should thank her later; it's going to be more fun now since they'll be waiting. Has the SFF said anything about my remodeling of their files?"
The older twin looked out the window, gulping slightly as she peered down at the drop. The pipe would be trustworthy; it should be able to handle more weight than just two small girls on it. However... She waved her sister over to the side farther away from the ladder, before slowly and steadily stepping out. "If you could close the window... I'm not that crazy," she remarked, her fingers grabbing whatever sort of grip she could find on the wall as she began to slowly sidle down the pipe towards the ladder.

Hahaha!
They'd get a shock though. They wouldn't know what to expect to happen. Especially the poor person to force that door open tomorrow morning. Cerys laughed.
"Haruka was going on about her files being tampered with but I think there's more to it, but Kyerin and Haruka always speak in stupid Japanese so I can't understand them," She replied, holding onto the wall like spiderman would have in the movies.
Sighing, Cerys reached up and pulled the window down, hearing the locks latch onto it as it fell back down. "There," She took Rhiannon's hand to give her some support, slowly moving across the pipe towards the ladder. The ladder may have been far away but it took forever to get there.
Cerys gingerly lifted her foot from the pipe and set it down on the metal of the ladder, her free hand gripping the side of it. She waited for her sister to be closer to the ladder before she moved her entire body onto the ladder to begin climing down.

Rhiannon giggled, removing one hand from the wall to cover her mouth so she wouldn't laugh too loudly, though she did lean forward to make sure she wouldn't fall off from it. "Maybe you should have signed up for the Japanese class instead; a fair number of the big players in the SFF are Japanese, from what you told me," she replied, looking at her sister. "I guess I'm lucky at the diversity in the Student Council so they're forced to speak English."
Cerys did help balance her, but it wasn't until both of her feet were on the ladder and her hands gripped the metal that the older twin could relax. This was something she could trust; it didn't bend under her weight, and she could actually hold onto it. It let her take it slowly without threatening to drop her off. Sure, it took her longer to get down, but she wasn't holding her breath the entire time during the descent.

"Probably should have, but it wasn't my fault I didn't know they would be rude and speak in Japanese so much," She answered, jumping off the ladder onto the grass, dodging the shrubs planted around the outside of the building. It was like a mini garden out here, it looked very beautiful under the moon light, the dull light making the white and pink flowers stand out over the darker coloured ones.
Cerys watched her sister decend down the ladder, making sure she was okay, "Well I guess we head back to the dormitory now and just wait for the morning," She couldn't wait to hear from Rhiannon how it went.

Rhiannon breathed slowly for a moment to recover from being up there, before removing her cloth mask and sliding it into her pocket. "You could try speaking loudly in Welsh the next time they do that. Even if it's just to yourself, it might make them realize what meanies they are. Either that or poke them." It was rude of them to do that... if only someone else in there could speak a foreign language with Cerys...
The older twin nodded, patting Cerys affectionately on the head. "I'll have to set my alarm to make sure I get their first, but I'll try to make it quiet. You should sleep in..." The girl stopped talking to yawn, stretching her arms over her head, before rubbing her eyes. She needed her beauty sleep; most likely after getting up and watching the incident, she would work a bit before going back to bed and taking a nap. If she didn't get enough hours, it was disastrous.
