Raizo is about 6 ft 2, slim but has a very strong athletic build,he has black medium length hair, but he has dyed it silver, it's straight, and has a tattoo of roots growing down from his neck all the way down to the knuckles on his left hand, most Italians have a very dark tan but since Raizo is more Japanese than Italian his skin is light and he doesn't have the slanted eyes like asians do,his eyes are red and his pupils aren't the same as other people, his pupils look like they're on fire from far away, but up close they look like shuriken with scythes for the blades

Raizo is a pretty happy go lucky guy to be around, he does a lot of things that a lot of people would have to be out of their minds to do, he's energetic and enigmatic when he's around his friends, he cracks jokes and almost never takes anything serious, he's also a pretty extreme dude, he loves to take risks, even if it costs him his health, I.E. he once hit a 30 ft high angle senton on a guy when he flipped off the raptors putting the guy through two tables in his old school for hitting his sister.
He's very protective of his siblings, thus earning him the nickname "the extreme enigma" because you never know what he'll do next, he's kinda shy with new people, especially girls because his old school was an all boys school, he was just used to it, so when he's talking to a girl, he talks way to low, when he's by himself he's quiet, and relaxed.

BACKGROUND
History:Raizo is the son of Minato and Tsubaki Ishida, and the younger brother of Ruka and Musubi Raizo has a strong relationship with his siblings, and is very protective of them, being the youngest of the three Ruka and Musubi always thought they would have to protect him.
They soon found out he could stand on his own feet, the reason he's so protective of them is because of what happened to his sister one day, she had tried to defend this girl from being picked on by a two guys.
And one of the guys hit punched her in the face at his old school
when Raizo and Ruka saw this, they jumped the two guys and Raizo knocked one of the guys out and hit a 20 ft high angle senton on a guy when he flipped off the raptors putting the guy through two tables, not one of his best ideas.
Raizo was born with a deformity that even doctors couldn't explain
it was a deformity of the eyes, it showed when he turned two, and slowly developed over time, by then his eyes were fully red and his pupils morphed a strange shape, it looked like a shuriken with scythes.
But his problem didn't stop him from leading a normal life,
when Raizo was nine. He and his brother joined a clan called the Hardy boyz "hence where HB comes from" Ezio was the one to make the logo, and as it is, it stuck and they've been using the logo ever since, Raizo also wears a necklace that have those same initials.
He developed an interest in skateboarding aged 10 and got his first skateboard, at age 11. He had his first competition when he was in eighth grade, and found out about free running in the a year later
Raizo also played baseball as a child, but had to stop after he crashed during a skateboard competition slamming his arm on a rail, injuring it. He also played football during high school as a fullback and linebacker. He briefly competed in amateur skateboarding in high school.
He had to stop playing sports in high school, after he was ordered to pick between Professional Skating and playing sports, and he chose skating. Raizo's favorite subjects in school was art, which he did for extra credit.
he developed his power soon after his twelfth birthday, after almost being ran over by a drunk driver, the driver tried to stop but couldn't, and at the last moment Raizo closed his eyes and disappeared into thin air, into his room, Raizo couldn't explain it, but that's not all he could do.
a month passed when he found out he could stop time, not for everyone in the whole world, just for everyone in a 10 mile radius
he found this out during his thirteenth birthday when his sister decided to throw him a surprise birthday party, when they all jumped out he held up his hands and his pupil began to spin, the next thing he knew everyone in the house was frozen and everyone in it.
Raizo was still new to his powers and didn't know how to keep them in check, he would sometimes have surges, and his powers would activate by themselves, and he would teleport to strange places, or freeze everyone at the most inconvenient of times
At age 14, Raizo taught himself how to play guitar,his love for guitar came about just before his sixth birthday, a week before Christmas he saw his favorite band play on television, and asked his mother for a guitar,it took him twelve years to play the classical as well as he did, and since electric is basically the same thing, he took right to it, he also knows how to play bass
Raizo then heard about T'zenshin through a pamphlet his mother brought home one day and wanted him to join after she heard about the classes that could help him control his powers, this is actually his firs year at T'zenshin, in the tenth grade, so he doesn't know much about the school

although he has limits, for instance his teleportation power is activated when he thinks about where he wants to go, but he can only teleport to places he's been to, as for his time powers he can only use them for 20 seconds, if he goes beyond that he could go blind, as they're activated when he closes his left eye
