Rebecca stared in awe. Musicians for parents? Oh that sounded kind of cool. Music inspired people were always very creative and calm kinds of people, but of course, Rebecca only saw the good parts of having musicians as parents. "Sounds reasonable," She replied, noticing that he probably didn't have much else to say about the issue. Or didn't want to.
Again, she stared in awe. The viola for six years? Rebecca 'ooo'd' again, her eyes twinkling with amazement. She never expected to have such a conversation with the boy she despised so much back at her brother's apartment. "You're so talented~ I've been dancing since like third grade but instruments seem so..." She couldn't find the words to finish the sentence.

"Instruments are something that're...they're not really that much of a challenge to learn, really. Getting things perfect with them is a challenge, though," Klaus said with a sleepish smile, thinking of how he was when he started out. He was always trying to go ahead and ended up messing up more than he could count. Almost all of his mistakes were downright embarrassing!
Trying to get the topic off of himself, Klaus decided to ask about her own hobby as he started to put everything back in its case, closing it and everything so that nothing fell and got damaged. "Oh? That's a pretty long time. What type of dance do you normally do?" There. Harmless enough.

"Perfecting anything is a challenge! Even people that are naturals at a particular thing would take awhile to get it completely right, everyone makes mistakes and you learn from them~" There, that was her little piece of advice for the day.
Rebecca blinked at his question about her dancing, she hummed, she wasn't all that sure. It wasn't like there was a specific kind of dancing that she did. She simply let out a nervous giggle, opening her mouth to speak, "I do all sorts of dancing, jazz is really fun, though! I can sort of.. break dance but I don't like to, it can get really sore, hahahaa~"

"Hm...yeah, guess you're right," he said replied to her first comment, musing over it a bit. It was how he got so good at all of his musical endeavors, lots of hard practice for hours at a single time.
"Really? So no particular specialty? Though I bet you're good, you do look like a good dancer," he said as he turned to face her. Klaus didn't really know the tell-tale signs of a dancer, but she just kind of looked like one. Or well, someone athletic. Yeah. That.

"Weeeeell~ I don't really have a speciality I like to keep myself well rounded but I think I would be better at ballet since it requires a bit more flexibility than the others, I've found," She made a small hum at the end of her sentence as she thought about how she could try and demonstrate her skills without shifting rooms.
Of course she came up with nothing. There were no bars around the walls at the right level, no mirrors, just windows, blinds and all sorts of delicate looking instruments. Most of which, just looked like pieces of wood yet people seemed to have such a passion for the beautiful melodies they could make. "I'd show you a few things if.. I could." She took out her lip gloss from her pocket, unscrewing the cap and brought the brush to her lips, carefully placing it on as if she were pro. Actually, she is pro.

Well, okay. Apparently she was flexible. Not like he really needed to know that, but it was something dancer's needed to have to be good, at least as far as he knew. Klaus didn't really dance at all, nor did he even try.
"Well if you want we can go to the dance room so you can show me some things," he said as his hand hovered over the now locked case of his violin. He did remember that that was why she was here, wasn't it? Something for her dance class.

Rebecca blinked at his suggestion. Was he actually proposing that they go over to the dance room for her to show off? Well that seemed like a lot of fun but completely weird! Klaus seemed awfully awkward around her and Rebecca held a dislike towards him for hanging around her brother but it could just be harmless! They were teacher and student, he could have been around there for whatever school related reason!
Standing up, the younger of the two clapped her hands together, her eyes closing happily as she smiled a bright smile. "C'mon then~ I'll be happy to show you some stuff~ maybe you could help me with some music to go in my assignment? Though you don't have to, that's kind of rude to ask that of you right away... eh, I'm sorry! But, yeah, think on it?" Her rambling would have stopped sooner but she had to clear things up for Klaus, before he grew annoyed.
She picked up her things and began to lead Klaus from the music room down the hall to the dance studio.

"I'd be fine with helping you with music," he said simply, giving her a small smile as he started to pick up his things and shove the folder of violin sheet music (he had separate folders for all his music, so he had at least three that he always carried with him for the violin, viola, and singing) back into his bag, slung it over his shoulder, and he closed the case that held his lovely violin before picking it up. Had to make make sure he brought his violin with him, who knows what would happen if he just left it here.
And so he followed Rebecca to the dance studio and on the way he felt like he should say something but he was coming up blank. He didn't know her well, and sure he had an initial dislike for her but she really wasn't too bad as long as he didn't think of Christopher while around her. Maybe it was his mixed feelings on her that made him awkward around her....eh, who knew? It's not like it mattered, they probably wouldn't talk or see each other than much anyway.

As she led him down the hall towards the music hall, Rebecca spun around so she was walking backwards very carefully as he replied to her rambling. She made a small, cute squealing noise of delight and clapped her hands together, "Really~? That's wonderful! Thank you so much, Klaus~" Her voice matched the same excitement as the tiny noise she made previously.
Inside the room, it was furnished completely different to the music hall. In the dance studio, it had one of the walls covered in mirrors to see your movements properly. Along another wall was railing for assistance in ballet and the others were bare. During class they usually sat on the floor when the teacher wanted to chat and discuss their action plans for the lesson. Other than that, the room had a radio and other things in the corner but the rest was empty space to allow undisturbed dancing.
"So um, what do you want me to show you~? Anything in particular that you like or would you like me to surprise you?" She asked, smiling brightly as she stopped moving as she reached the middle of the floor.

"...You're welcome," Klaus said in reply to her rather excited reply. It shouldn't come as a surprise to him how talkative and friendly Rebecca was, but he didn't really talk to people like this. It was certainly...interesting.
The dance studio was certainly different from the music hall where he normally spent all his time, in fact he couldn't remember when he was actually in this room before. However when he thought of it the bareness made sense...they needed a lot of room to move about or else it would be like a horror movie.
When she spoke, Kaus' eyes darted over to her again. He put down his bag and violin case, and laughed a tad nervously to himself before he spoke, "well, since I don't know much about dance just surprise me, kay?" The violinist smiled, stood up right, and waited for her.

Surprise him..?
Right, this was going to be a little more difficult than she thought. If he had given her something to work with it might have been easier but, no matter, she would figure it out. Taking a deep breath, she held up her index finger to indicate that she needed a few moments to think something through.
Swallowing, she thought of a song that had an easy, catchy beat that she could easily make up a routine. Without a word, only a smile spread across her shiny, pink lips she began moving across the floor. Elegant ballet movements, her body twisting in places no other person would normally do as she moved to the beat in her head.
