Appearance:
Standing at a bubbly five feet and two inches, Rebecca has a lot of growing to do if she wants to measure up to her elder brother. Her body is slender, having slight curves in her waist, the very beginning of puberty for her. Her legs are thin and sterdy, because of her like to dance, she has developed a nice figure around it. Her upper body strength isn't as good but it shows. Her face is heart shaped, clean of blemishes at present since she is still fairly young. She has lush pink lips from the lipgloss she constantly applies to them and she sports a cute button nose.
Her skin complexion of a light creamy colour brings out the beautiful hazel colour in her eyes that twinkle with energy.Unlike her brother, Chris, Rebecca inherited the blonde hair from her mother instead of black. Her strawberry blonde hair falls down to the small of her back but is usually worn up in a single ponytail of sorts or two pigtails at the sides of her head. Since she enjoys fashion very much she goes crazy with hairstyles, having a different one almost every day of the week.
Clothing Style:
Rebecca enjoys and loves fashion a lot and goes to great lengths to make sure she has fashionable clothing. Her wardrobe ranges from dresses through to sweats and t-shirts. But she is usually seen wearing cute outfits consisting of dresses, sandals or knee length jeans with a dress-like shirt to go with it.
An example of an outfit she could wear would be a sleeveless, purple and black tartan patterned dress that comes down just passed her bottom but is flimsy enough to look a little bit longer. Underneath she would wear a simple pair of black leggings which finish at the knee.
On her feet a pair of very dark blue, pretty muich black sandals, the strap wrapping around her ankle, the piece that goes between her toes and connects to the strap that goes around her ankle, having three circular shapes on it that look like very flat stones. Accessories are important in an outfit in her eyes, so with this she would wear black bangles around her left wrist, a silver one around her right wrist and a black beaded necklace around her neck. Despite school rules she does wear nail polish with these, having purple with this outfit to match the tartan dress.
Considering she enjoys fashion, she wears more than just those sorts of things daily. Another example would be a pair of faded silver colour jeans which cling tightly to her nicely shaped legs. Around her waist being a simple black belt that looks woven to help hold them up. With this she would wear a simple, plain white tank top that also clings to her form. Around her neck to complete it would be a black scarf, the end dangling over her chest. On her head, a black headband with a small bow on it. Around her right wrist a thick black plastic bracelet and on the other wrist a cute, white watch with silver coloured metal around the clock part.

PERSONALLY
Over-all Personality:
Just by looking at her you can see that she's a very happy, bubbly young girl who just loves to have fun and enjoys fashion. Which is completely true. She loves to talk, always talking to people, even in class which results in a few detentions but she never seems to learn that it's got to stop or she'll get more. She is very health conscious and pretty much everything she consumes has got some healthy part to it. Her meals usually consist of salads, fruit and low-fat yogurt or ice-cream.
Innocence comes into play with her a lot, she hasn't been exposed to much without Chris being there or really anyone to show her the ropes so she tends to get laughed at or something when a joke doesn't quite get through to her. It's not that she's slow, she's just ignorant when it comes to things like this. She is also slightly religious but not by much, she is enough to know a few verses from the bible, pray from time to time etc. She doesn't force it onto people and is very accepting of people's opinions and beliefs.
Fashion is a huge part of her life, it's made its little place in her heart and she enjoys shopping all the time. Even if she has no money she still likes to window shop. Along with fashion, she also likes to make herself look good, mainly her hair and make-up (though most people would disagree with using make-up so early but it's just her). She wears a different outfit everyday when she's not in her school uniform and the same goes for her hair, she loves variety and just loves to show off all the things she has.
Christopher Parker is her older brother, and he means a lot to her in many ways. She doesn't believe that anyone is good enough for her brother and gets very jealous when Chris is with people that aren't her. She uses him to lean on and let's him do the same, they text all the time to keep in contact since she misses her Christie.

BACKGROUND
History:
Walter Parker was an archeologist, who had married his wife Elizabeth very quickly and had given birth to Rebecca's elder brother nine years prior to Rebecca's time to enter the world. The family was in Rome, Italy at the time of Rebecca's birth and she was welcomed with warm loving arms, the couple very pleased with the second addition to their family, happy that they got one of each.
However, Rebecca sucked up a lot of Elizabeth's time and she mostly looked after Rebecca, forgetting to spend time with her son, Christopher. Due to this, Chris developed a resentment for his younger sister and excluded himself from the family. Rebecca was still very young and didn't know any better than to cry and scream for what she wanted until she learned right from wrong.
As Rebecca grew older, she noticed the resentment Chris held for her was slowly disappearing (this was because his father had spoken to him about it, saying that Rebecca will need a good role-model to look up to and show her the ropes). Even at a young age, this pleased the girl and she clung dearly to her older brother, going to him for anything she knew her parents probably wouldn't quite understand. At age 3, they were back in England while their father travelled to Egypt on an exbidition. Settled in, Chris started middle school while Rebecca still had to wait. She missed her brother while he was gone and would wait for him at the door when it was time for him to come home.
From the beginning of school Rebecca was a very popular girl, she had many friends, but only a few staying with her throughout the entire school years. However, she gained many throughout the terms and then lost them only to gain new ones. This was easily brushed off and she knew that people changed all the time. Also from the beginning was that Rebecca was very into fashion, she would always get her mother to by her the best looking clothes that she could find but this didn't always mean designer labels, if it was fashionable, she wore it whatever the price or label on it. Even in elementary school she loved to dance just as much as she loved fashion, she joined every dance production, all the clubs and everything she could get her hands on, she just loved to move to music.
Not much happened until she was eleven, she was riding her bike to school one beautiful morning, the sun was just peaking out from behind the grey clouds, casting a very elegant golden ray across the city. She enjoyed riding her bike, the wind tangling her growing blonde hair. That of course, until she found herself smeared over the tarsealed road. Her bike was in pieces and the driver of what looked to be a dark green car stared in horror. She had been hit by a car while she was crossing the road on her bike.
Rebecca didn't remember much from the time she had rode off the pavement to when she woke up in the hospital. What she did remember was very hazy and she just remembered commotion and lots of people standing around her. When she awoke in the hospital she noticed people were looking very pink around the outside of them. Like they were emitting glowing pink dust or something. She blinked groggily to see if it was just her mind playing tricks but it didn't cease, it was like an aura or something.
Even though Chris wasn't in England at the time, Rebecca received several phone calls from him, and they talked for hours just so Chris knew she was alright and recovering well from her accident. Rebecca didn't receive many injuries but they were very serious, the accident had broken her left wrist in two places, her shoulder dislocated and had cracked her right knee cap. She was in hospital for weeks, unable to function properly without assistance due to the heavy cast going all the way up her thigh. However she was kept together by the constant phone calls from her brother, he couldn't make it to England to see her but he made up for it by calling her every day to see how she was and if she was recovering alright. It was the highlight of her day.
From then on, Chris and Rebecca's relationship grew stronger and they kept in contact almost every day, Chris told her everything he discovered, how he was doing teaching and getting his degrees. Rebecca didn't understand a lot of it but she just liked to know that he was doing well.
The accident seemed to trigger something in her mind, though, she kept seeing colours around people's bodies and looked up on the internet what they might mean. Soon she discovered a small list of colours of 'auras' that people have and what they mean. She mermerized the list and discovered that it was showing her how someone was feeling at the time. She now knew why all the doctor's and nurses were pink, because they were friendly, caring and sympathetic of people.
At the time, she believed that's all that could happen but she soon found out that she had a very close connection to the spiritual world, able to see ghosts. She knew they were ghosts once she told her mother about it and her mother couldn't see them, brushing it off as nonsense but Rebecca did a bit of research into the people she was seeing and found that they were dead. It frightened her but she knew they were harmless.
The only person that knows about both parts of her psychic abilities is Chris, because she loves him dearly and believes that he'll always understand her. Which he did, he didn't judge her or think that she was lying. She missed him greatly while he was over at college, and relied heavily on his phone calls even though she had so many friends.
When Rebecca was around the age of fourteen, she found that her brother was teaching at an international school for the gifted in the middle of the pacific ocean. It was called 'The T'zenshin Institute' he taught history there. Over much contemplation, Rebecca's mother Elizabeth decided that it would be a great choice if Rebecca was sent there to be with her brother and also because of her 'gift' to see ghosts.
So, Rebecca is starting as a nineth grade student at the T'zenshin Institute, she plans to makes loads of friends and hang around with her brother.
She knows it'll be great.
Secrets:
Generally, she keeps her aura and ghost seeing ability on a low profile. She'd hate to see what happens when people find out she knows how they feel just by looking at a silly colour around them.
Gift:
She has a very special psychic ability which she gained when she had her accident. She has the ability to see people's aura's, the colour being a sign of the emotions that the person is feeling. Most people's aura's are so mixed in with everyone else's she has a hard time getting a good read on people but when they're alone it's very easy. Along with this comes the ability to see what's not really there, she can see ghosts who haven't crossed the bridge yet (other's that have passed on she can not see). Her connection to the spiritual world has brought her to have more insight to her religion.
