Appearance: Rhiannon mirrors the appearance of her twin, Cerys, in almost every manner, allowing them to easily pretend to be the other. She stands at 5'1" tall, and has blond hair that falls just past the small of her back, which is usually put up in a ponytail or a french braid, held together by a single red ribbon. Her dark blue eyes usually shimmer with humor and mischeviousness, like she knows something that no one else does. Her fair skin is also soft and blemish free.
However, Rhia can be noted to be slightly different from her sister, if a person pays close attention. Her jaw is more square than Cerys, drawing more focus to her mouth and facial features due to the stern difference. Her petite body doesn't have too much muscle on it from a deficiency of sports, making her seem small, but her movements are usually large, due to her acting practice.
Clothing Style: Outside of her school uniform, Rhia most commonly wears dresses and skirts, free flowing clothes, mainly since her sister does. To be honest, she's comfortable and enjoys wearing any sort of clothes, having gotten used to them all from various costumes in theatre.

Over-all Personality: Rhiannon is very outgoing and forward, almost on the border of being aggressive. She's quite personal, even when first meeting someone, to the extent that she can make someone feel comfortable even after talking for a few minutes, and learn a lot about them in that time. Basically, a stranger is just a person she hasn't met. She makes sure to be on her best behavior and always acts polite to others, making her very easy to like.
However, this is mainly a facade for being out in public; true, it isn't a complete lie, but it does hide some facts. She enjoys trickery and deceit, mainly those done in a fun manner; she's picked up most of her skills and tastes from her years in the theatre. She does enjoy having fun at other people's expense, and usually works to push it, to see where the line is... though if she goes over, that's fine, just as long as it doesn't happen so much that people catch onto her. She usually convinces Cerys to join her in such activities.

BACKGROUND
History: Rhiannon Levenworth was born as the elder of identical twins from the couple Gawain and Madeline Levenworth; a few minutes after her birth, her younger sister, Cerys, was born, leaving the couple with two lovely girls, which was a surprise, considering that Madeline was expecting only a single daughter. However, even from birth, the two girls were inseperable, spending every waking and sleeping moment together, and even getting into trouble from a young age, though it was minor things that were expected of babies.
Despite their physical similarities, Rhiannon and Cerys developed their own personalities. While her sister was more athletic and energetic, Rhiannon was quieter and more calculating... though not by much. Both girls were full of energy, and were mischevious, ending up pulling pranks together, and suffering a minor punishment together, though it was nothing too serious. They were just having a good time, and no one was getting hurt. Besides, it was cute to see them working together like that.
Their mischevious behavior, unperturbed, begun something not as cute. At the age of five, both of the girls were in school, and in the same classroom. Their teacher was a nice woman, though she wasn't the brightest bulb, and had a beautiful golden watch, intricate designs engraved on it. Both of the girls wanted it, so they decided to take it. One day, while the teacher wasn't looking, they struck, unseen by the others as the watch made its way into Cerys's bag. The woman didn't stand a chance, not suspecting that a student had stolen it, and spent the rest of the day fretting and looking through her desk again and again, never catching the criminals.
After that day, the twins realized that they could take what they wanted without getting caught, if they were sneaky enough. Rhiannon, still not as outgoing, mainly followed her sister's lead, acting as a lookout for the acrobatic twin. As their age grew, so did their thefts, the value of the items growing more and more with each move. Of course, no one expected two young girls to be the culprits, so they easily got away with it, never even considering being caught. It was a fun time to be in Wales for them.
However, around the age of eight, their parents decided to move over to New York City in America to visit family, and eventually live there. The girls didn't mind too much about the move, considering that their best friends were each other, and they didn't have many others to keep things secret. Still, they could only take a few of their trophies, leaving the rest behind as to not arouse suspicion when they traveled. It ended up better for them, considering that there were more expensive, neater stuff to take in their new home.
At one point, the family went to a flea market, and the twins ran off to look at things. There was nothing too amusing, until they came across an old gypsy lady, who was old and wrinkly and just scary to look at. Rhiannon was creeped out, and kept her distance, while Cerys went up and looked at a card on the table. Rhiannon didn't see what it was, but heard the crazy old woman laugh and felt a weird tingle. The woman babbled something, which the younger twin had to repeat later, after the gypsy vanished. Apparently it was something about gambit... and after some trial and error, they discovered that by holding hands and saying "gambit", they could make something happen... though they couldn't control it, making it completely useless unless they were really bored.
After a year, their boredom caught back up with them, leading the twins to steal again, this time from a big time museum. It was trickier than their previous ventures, but they still snuck in, took a sacred artifact, and left, leaving only a black playing card in its location. They didn't get caught, and people went into an uproar about it, so they got attention as well. They decided to keep at it, going into various places and seeing how much they could get away with.
However, one typical jewelry store raid created a twist. A bored security guard came upon them, though it took him a moment to realize what exactly they were doing. He paniced, trying to figure out what to do, when Cerys looked into his eyes, and then they both fainted. Rhiannon took her sister out of the store and helped her back home to ask about it, only to learn that somehow, she had wiped the man's memory. It was really cool... but Rhiannon got really jealous; why could her sister do that, and not her?
Rhiannon decided that she needed to up her skills, considering that her sister was a dancer, very athletic, and could now mess with people's memories. She began to take drama and theatre classes, becoming more open and social thanks to them. However, she didn't think that was enough, causing her to browse the internet in search for an idea. However, as she was doing it, a new thought came across her mind. Doing a bit of research, and then testing it out on a site, she found that she could hack quite decently, and began to work on her computer skills, mainly in terms of making security and breaking it. Her sister didn't mind, considering that it helped them in stealing things with better security.
Thanks to this development, their thievery was big-time news, with police scouring the area for the culprit with their only clue, a black card with the word "Ghost" scrawled on it. The police had no luck, the media had a field day with each new crime, and the twins just sat at home innocently doing their homework or their extracirricular activities. No one could catch them now.
However, their parents were worried about the amount of attention their girls were paying to this criminal, and found out about a school far away, T'zenshin Institute, which was for gifted students, and certainly their girls were gifted. Therefore, the two were sent as eighth years, being thirteen years old, to get away from this crazy criminal, and to develop their education. However, they had a new idea here: it was an obvious delicate power balance between the Student Council and the Student Freedom Force... so what if both were destroyed? Rhiannon applied to join the Student Council, mainly to eliminate them from the inside out, but also to help keep the destruction of both even, so the two groups wouldn't take their fun.
Secrets: Rhiannon, in conjungtion with her twin, Cerys, is the international thief Ghost. They also keep their gambit ability a secret.
Gift: Rhiannon is a very proficient hacker, having worked in her bored spare time on it mainly to broaden her horizens. Her original training was on webpages, but practice and some learning about networks has broadened her horizons to taking on other systems head on, and usually winning. She also has set up a strong firewall and protective system on her own computer to keep other people out, since she knows what they can do.
With her twin sister, Cerys, they have a special power. When they say the word ‘gambit’ together, something happens. It’s random and both of them have no idea what will happen. The range of what could happen is vast, lightning could strike somewhere, they could gain super human strength or nothing could happen at all.
