Appearance:
Standing at a petite height of five feet and one inch, Cerys is a very thin girl, weighing in at about 101 pounds. Cerys’s body is very small and thin but her legs and arms have above average strength in them from her dancing. Her skin is a light creamy colour and her face is heart shaped but a little rounded at her jaw, clear of blemishes being only thirteen years old and not quite there with the puberty thing. She has A-Cup breasts and little to no waist.
Long blonde locks fall down just passed the small of back, they are often tied up in ponytails or pigtails on the sides of her head, and she always uses a light blue ribbon to tie her hair up. Two locks of her hair fall a bit longer than her bangs and frame her face as they just go passed her chin. Her bangs form a full fringe and hang just above her dark blue eyes that twinkle with excitement and mischief. With small, button nose and a smile always spread across her lips, Cerys seems like a cute innocent girl. Her and her sister are completely identical and have hardly any differences except the shape of her face, ribbon colour and Cerys is a bit more athletic.
Clothing Style:
Because of her liking towards dancing and other athletic activities, Cerys enjoys wearing free range types of clothing so she has a bit of freedom to move around. Normally she can be found wearing a dress that comes to about mid-thigh with some leggings underneath or even a pair of mini shorts (cargo or denim) and a tank top or even a random t-shirt she’s found in her collection of clothes. As for shoes she will opt for a pair of ballerina flats, sandals that have the straps wrap around the ankle or even a pair of low cut converse.
An example of a typical outfit for her would be a pair of light blue denim mini shorts that have ruffed edges, leaving her creamy skin toned legs exposed. On her feet would be a pair of tanned coloured sole sandals with white straps on them. With this she would wear a grey and black striped tank top. When it gets cold she will add a jacket or a longer pair of jeans to the outfit to keep warm but she’s used to cold weather.

PERSONALLY
Over-all Personality:
Cerys is a very fun loving girl who loves to dance but has that glint of mischievousness hidden in there. She’s kind and sweet, a bit childish and innocent (not to the point where she’s ignorant). Even with this kind and sweet exterior, on the inside, Cerys can be very mischievous, she enjoys swapping identities with her sister so they can trick people and get themselves out of trouble or just to do it for the fun of it. She has a real soft spot for animals and loves to help them out, she has a pet squirrel that she had to leave back home in Wales because the plane wouldn’t allow her to take it.
Although she still believes boys have cooties and are icky creatures, she'll do just about anything to finish a mission her and her sister have set up, even dating some to get it.
Dancing is a major part of Cerys’s life; she’s always practicing in the dance studios, and even in her dormitory room. Her iPod is her best friend aside from her sister as she always has her earphones in, stopping and starting the song to get the moves exactly right with the beat. She often goes into her own trance and world which is hard to distract her from.
Not only is dancing important to her, but so is her sister, Rhiannon Levenworth. They are identical twins and said to be very similar but they are quite different. However, Rhiannon is Cerys’s best friend, Cerys wouldn’t know what to do without her, they’re always there for each other and Cerys would jump through hoops, anything, for her sister. They do pretty much everything together, including stealing important and priceless artifacts from museums and other places, they are both very skilled and concealing their identity. Their signature is leaving behind a single black card at every raid. However, it’s mainly Cerys’s job to make sure those are left behind every time.
Normally, they tend to steal things they need or just something to piss people off. When they don’t need something they’ve stolen, it’s usually disposed of, or put somewhere to frame someone else.

BACKGROUND
History:
June 12, 1999, Madeline Levenworth went into labour and was sent to the nearest Welsh hospital where they lived. It was a painful and stressful process but she soon gave birth to her first child, Rhiannon Levenworth, however, to her amazement she gave birth to a second child a few minutes later who was Rhiannon’s twin. She named her Cerys. The two twins, even when they were babies were practically inseparable. They did everything together, slithered along the floor, getting into mischief and all sorts of trouble that normal babies did because of their high curiosity levels.
Though they were inseparable, Cerys and Rhiannon had their own personalities. Cerys was very athletic from a young age and loved to dance around the living room to whatever music video was playing on the television. Playing air guitar while her sister only watched and laughed, Rhiannon was the more preserved one of the twins but it was only a little since they both enjoyed getting into trouble and doing things they shouldn’t and blamed it on the fact that they knew no better.
Just before their sixth birthday, they had begun school already and were doing well in it, and were in the same class. Their teacher was a woman, a very kind and friendly woman but she sported a gold pocket watch with beautiful designs engraved on the outside. Cerys and Rhiannon eyed it for weeks before they decided that it was going to be theirs. When the teacher wasn’t looking, they rose from their seats and nabbed it from her desk; Cerys stuffed it in her bag which hung on one of the hooks in the classroom. No other student saw the act and the twins sat back down, continuing with their work, feeling more than pleased with themselves. As their teacher frantically looked around for it, she didn’t suspect the children since she had specifically told them that her desk was out of bounds unless bringing work up for marking while she was there.
After that day, the two girls found that they could steal anything if they were ninja enough. Cerys acted like a bit of a ring leader at the beginning but Rhiannon slowly started to be like Cerys the more they stole things and no one seemed to notice until they started getting things that were a little more valuable. Yet no one suspected the two five year olds. They grew pleased with this and as they got older they stole more things, hiding it in their room but they didn’t steal enough for it to look obvious. They only ever took things that they thought were valuable and worth stealing in the first place.
However, they had to leave most of it behind when their parents decided to take them over to New York City in America to visit family, with the possibility of living over there. They left most of it behind in the house and took only a few things that their parents wouldn’t get too suspicious over. The girls were around eight years old by the time that their parents decided it was time to move completely over to New York City. They didn’t mind too much since they didn’t have many friends in Wales, just the two of them since they were twins and twins normally only had themselves for company.
Over in New York, they discovered that there were even more places for them to steal from, higher up and more valuable things that worth big money if they sold it at a black market. Not that they knew what one of those was. A few days after they moved in at their home over in America, their parents took them to a flea market to see what they could find there. Their parents liked old nick knack things, like ornaments, statues of dragons and things like that, the twins merely looked around until they came across an old gypsy lady who was quite horrifying in terms of her physical appearance. A giant lurker sat on the tip of her nose, her skin was wrinkled and old and her eyes were black and mischievous. However, the girls were drawn in with the cards laid out on the table; Cerys walked up to one of them, looking at the picture on them. It was like a gamble kind of card, a game of chance. The gypsy gasped but then her wrinkled old lips curled into an ugly smirk. Then something pinged and Cerys and Rhiannon felt different but nothing seemed different. The gypsy then spoke, ‘When together, the word gambit triggers a gambled occurrence’ the woman then disappeared in a puff of smoke.
It took the twins some time before they figured out that when they were together, and said the word ‘gambit’ something random happened. They found it completely useless to them since they couldn’t decide what happened when they did it so not much was done about it unless they wanted to test it out to see if something would happen to someone they disliked. Like a paint bucket falling on them, slime, slipping over or even a brick hitting them on the head. However, none of those happened, mostly just little things like giving them food, drinks, banana peels…
At the age of nine, the two then saw fit that it was time to make their first move on one of the museums near their home in New York. Using their known knowledge of sneaking inside, they slipped through the alarm systems that were set up at night and grabbed a sacred artifact from its stand and slipped back out the way they came. They left no trace of them being there, the only thing they left behind was a black playing card to mark who it was. They wanted to see how far things could go, how quickly they could get in and out and who they could bypass without being seen.
After stealing from jewellery stores, other museums and sometimes the bank, they came to a time where it was the time they got seen. They were inside a massive jewellery store and were about to leave with the jewels they had gotten and were just putting down their card. Then a guard came in and shone his flashlight into their eyes and down their bodies. He froze up and hesitated before he realised what they were doing. He yelled for them to stop and out of sheer impulse, Cerys looked into the man’s eyes and without knowing it, she went into his memories and erased the memory he had of seeing them that night. The man passed out from the infiltration and Cerys felt mentally drained but they managed to escape.
Rhiannon and Cerys were confused with what happened but were glad that they made it out without getting caught. Cerys had discovered her second ability, she could erase memories from people’s minds but it seemed very, very limited. Rhiannon grew a little jealous of the fact that Cerys had another power when she didn’t so she studied hacking computers and security systems. Cerys didn’t mind, it would prove useful for when they wanted to infiltrate areas with very high powered security.
Their thieving was all over the news, police had no leads, all they had was the simple black card left at every crime scene with ‘Ghost’ written on the back with cut out magazine letters. Cerys and Rhiannon sat at the dining table, eating their normal breakfast before school and watched the television, feeling relieved that police had nothing to go on but that card that they left behind. There was no speak of what the unconscious man saw that night, all he remembered was blurred up now. Cerys sighed in relief that her power had worked but she wasn’t sure how often she was going to be able to pull that off.
A few more years passed and their stealing spree continued and police were beginning to get frustrated with having no leads, no trace of anyone being there besides the black card left behind every time. At least they knew who it was who as doing it but they knew nothing more. Their parents had read about a school called the T’zenshin Institute for gifted people and they knew their kids were gifted academically so they decided to send them there, however their main reason was because they didn’t approve of their children being around such a bad influence and they didn’t have the money to move all of their stuff back to Wales again, besides this they enjoyed living in New York, family was there but their children’s safety came first. So Cerys and Rhiannon were flown off to the T’zenshin island were they were enrolled as eighth graders being thirteen at the time.
They are now students of the T’zenshin Institute body, you may want to keep your belongings under lock and key. But will that even keep them safe?

~With her twin sister, Rhiannon, they have a special power. When they say the word ‘gambit’ together, something happens. It’s random and both of them have no idea what will happen. The range of what could happen is vast, lightning could strike somewhere, they could gain super human strength or nothing could happen at all.
Cerys has a second ability which is actually on the school's database. It's a mental gift. She has the ability to penetrate someone's memories and erase them. However, it is very underdeveloped and she has a lot of trouble doing more than one memory per person, let alone more than one person a day. It leaves her mentally drained and she is in need for rest soon after. This is mainly used for when they steal stuff and the odd person manages to see them.
