APPEARANCE DETAILS
Appearance: Stephan has a fairly feminine appearance… make that a completely feminine appearance. His hair hasn’t been cut in years, (It take a hell of a long time to grow back… besides, Stephanie would kill him) his nails get coated with lacquer that strengthens them (Which basically looks like clear nail polish. (He uses it because as a child one of his nails was torn off… it took a while to grow back. Now they are practically rock solid and disinclined to break) His body is quite thin, he has taken extra steps to ensure that his overactive pituitary doesn’t give him facial hair (in fact he had it removed with a laser the moment the technology became available) oversized breasts (Which he binds whenever practical) and legs like tree trunks. (Much of this consists of sessions with a former student of The T'zenshin Institute… Hormone manipulation is a wonderful thing… it was only two bad that it isn’t very effective on Stephan). He wears the girls uniform… despite the fact that he tries not to look like one. (This is because he is incredibly vain and whatever he does he does his best not to look like a cross dresser)
Clothing Style: Stephan usually wears fairly dark clothing, nothing in fashion and usually nothing that would stand out preferring to stay in the background, a century of practice doesn’t just go away because a group of people would probably be accepting.
His sister (Who was never actually named, but for simplicities sake adopted a form of her brothers.) on the other hand cultivates an entirely provocative and flashy appearance. Often bearing as much skin as possible. She likes to put their hair up and wear makeup. And she almost always wears a little pink, more because it bothers her brother. Stephanie likes control, and her wardrobe shows this. She almost never takes control while in the school uniform, partially because she views this as below her, and partially because she thinks its ugly and despises classes.
PERSONALLY
Over-all Personality: Stephan is a scholar at heart, by the time he was in grade 4 he was working on a thesis he knew he could never publish. And while admittedly… for a 60 some year old man, this would be no accomplishment. But, with the handicap of maturity and a relatively undeveloped brain, this was an accomplishment. Now he is a veritable genius. But as intelligent as he is… he isn’t smart. He is socially awkward, shy, fairly incompetent and completely at a loss with what to do with the opposite sex. (Whether the opposite sex is male or female is… undecided)
Stephanie however is entirely sure she likes men and knows exactly what to do with them. She attempts to pick up guys as often as possible… unfortunately for her, most guys she’s interested in don’t want anything to do with someone who is technically a male. She has none of Stephan’s intelligence, but she does have that little and all important character aspect for social interactions, a personality, or at least the willingness to talk to others. She will smile and flirt and gossip, all the while her little brother cowers in the back of his mind.

-cooking (most recently he experimented combining traditional Russian and traditional Zulu cooking… it didn’t work so well)
-complex foods (wedding cakes are fun… but only for their intricate designs… the actual creation of a cake is rather simplistic unless you take liberties to create something new…)

-Religion (He was raised Catholic… so obviously he doesn’t believe in a benevolent god… Being accused of being a demon didn’t help)

Sense of Humor: He barely has one. If someone else is laughing in a congenial manner he might attempt a smile… (all the while trying to work out how the chicken could consciously make the decision to cross the road… they aren’t the most intelligent creatures… and once past that, deeming an incredibly intelligent chicken with the ability to make that decision… why. After all a chicken with the thought patterns capable of recognising a road and the fact that being on the other side was more desirable, should be able to realise that a car could hit it. And being the size it was, a driver had little chance of seeing it. So in fact, did the chicken wait for someone else to cross with it? like boy scouts with old ladies. Which in fact he had never witness and was at a loss as to why people, himself included use it as such a popular reference… {The point has been made})

BACKGROUND
History: Since birth he had been small and rather delicate. And as he grew it was realised there was something fundamentally wrong with him. He didn’t seem to age. For the first 8 years of his life, he only grew one year. This quite disturbed his parents, an apparently noble family with a firm belief in outward appearance.
He was raised away from his family, for a while, oblivious to the identity of his parents. And then, when it became evident he wasn’t going to become normal, and acceptable. He was sent off, a 10 year old child in the body of a 1 year old. To say the least he led an odd childhood. Reading and writing when he looked as if he should be playing with blocks (Although, admittedly he still felt a strong draw towards playing with blocks until he was a 80 year old man… that looked like a 10 year old.)
And then puberty hit… and his previously irrelevant nature became all the more evident. He, who was evidently a he, developed breasts… small ones at first but obviously female secondary sex characteristics. His voice failed to drop and at the same time he developed facial hair (which he takes care to remove very thoroughly) and increased his muscle mass. And while normal people get to experience puberty relatively quickly… deal with the mood swings (the combination of both male and female hormones warring over his body seemed to compound upon these) and changes in their bodys in a matter of years. For Stephan it took decades, and in truth, still isn’t complete.
Quite aside from that, he has spent years traveling around the world… taking each grade 4 times. And believe that by the fourth year he got straight A+’s… even with the added difficulty of learning a new language every decade or so, sometimes less. Still, this year is his final year of grade 12, so admittedly he doesn’t put all that much effort into actually attending classes.
He spends much of his time focused on his own studies, entertainments and thinking about girls. Because although he would never actually approach one, teenage boys have certain urges and well… he is well acquainted with his right hand… (or his left, when you live over a hundred and see yourself living 5 times that in the future… you pick up useless skills like ambidexterity.)
Admittedly throughout this general introduction He has been referred to, as a he. But this is only because most of the time… this is how he identifies with himself. But he doesn’t always get a choice. Stephanie was probably his twin sister. And on occasion she makes herself known. She is an incredibly charming woman, and for all the courage and outgoing behaviour Stephan lacks… she has it. This means she succeeds where Stephan fails. Whether it is performing in the school play or achieving intimate relationships (Which she enjoys much more then him… she has the uncanny ability to convince men that she really is a woman… even with the extra plumbing. So she gets to enjoy herself… and Stephan gets to feel sore in the morning) Stephanie has no fear of consequences… possibly because Stephan is always the one who has to deal with them.
Secrets: Well he dosen’t exactly put around the fact that he is over 100, is a male, and has a girl living inside his head who occasionally comes out to take over his body and sleep with random strangers.(those make akward mornings… at least Stephanie never sleeps with anyone he knows)
Gift: Stephan, at conception, was a twin, but somewhere between then and being born, something went wrong. Though their predicament was unexplained, the pair are something like conjoined twins. Her body was melded with his and so… Stephanie was never born. But Stephan, was, with her inside his mind and body. So, on Febuary 29th 1876, a male child was born to two proud parents. After a year, they weren’t so proud. In fact, they were disgusted. Their child looked like he was barely a few months old… Their child was a runt. A year later, when he didn’t appear to be that much older, he was sent away.
For every birthday he experiences he only grows half a year, because after all, only half of the birthdays are his, the other half belong to his sister. And people kid about being born on a leap year and aging once every 4 years, but it’s not really something he can laugh at. Because for him, it’s not only true, but compounded apon. He ages ever so slowly, one human year of growth, over eight. Likewise his hair and nails grow at the same rate. Purely for survival, most of his body operates at human rates. His immune system is admittedly slow, but whether that is because of his extended life, or because of purely natural reasons is still up for debate.
