Recently on TV I've seen more and more cartoons I've watched as a little kid... Those I've watched about 12 years ago and barely remember, bit love as if I watched it yesterday. Watching Paramount's "Somewhere In Dreamland", I started talking with my brother about various cartoons we watched as kids. I barely remember any of them and I wouldn't even know their names if it wasn't for my older bro. Somewhere In The Dreamland Princess Starla And The Jewel Riders Mado King Granzort Those are just some of the cartoons I remembered... So, are there some cartoons you've watched as kid and love to this day, even though you can't even remember them well?

Wow, lemme think... I grew up on old school Saturday morning cartoons like Swatkats, W.I.L.D.C.A.T.S., Thundercats (sure were a lot of cats on), X-men, The Tick, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the like that was mostly on Fox. I do remember that, not me personally, but my sis would watch Jem and that ilk. There were also some live action shows that we'd watch, like The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. or Legends of the Hidden Temple (though I guess that was more weekdays). Man... those were the days... Though I would say that probably the most pivotal cartoon for me was Digimon; it introduced me to anime.
Man, now I feel all nostalgic... I'm gonna have to surf youtube now.

Hmm...I was on Nickelodeon for quite some time when I was a child. Also Disney. Let me see...I liked shows like: Alvin and the Chipmunks The Angry Beavers CatDog As Told By Ginger Doug Rocket Power Rugrats Rocko's Modern Life Loony Toons Tiny Toon Adventures Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Thundercats X-men Gumbi Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog The Mask: Animated Series Sailor Moon... Tom and Jerry Captain Planet Scooby Doo, Where are you! Maybe more...but I can't think of them.
Eventually, I started to like shows like Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblade, and other anime. I didn't know that they were Japanese animations at the time however. I think I started to learn what an anime was when I started to watch Adult Swim...secretly because some of the 'cartoons' had curse words in them. South Park had too many for me to even secretly watch.

I guess what introduced me to anime is Granzort, but at that time I had no idea what it was... To be precise, I don't even remember the story, just few scenes that left huge impression on 3-5 year-old child. I remember some black-haired boy summoning a big "robot" (granzort) by making a hexagram with something circular. Then, I remember dancing carrots on the end... Gosh, people making that anime were obsessed with rabbits and carrots!
Next anime I remember is "Triton of the Sea" which had a lot of water in it, a group of dolphins and one short-haired blond mermaid...
After that, there was no animes I remember until Digimons arrived to Balkan...
At that time, even though I didn't know that word 'anime' existed, I knew that digimons were drawn in Japan... Gosh, my favorite digital monster was that cat-like monster that becomes Angewomon or something... I don't remember the names...
