We'd like to thank all of the students who came to the Winter Dance, and supported our Student Council. We're glad to see such a high attendence and so many students having a good time, and look forward to the dances that will be occurring in the future.
However, we'd also like to apoligize to any students who had troubles during the dance. Due to unknown circumstances, a fair amount of alcohol was in the punch, resulting in mild intoxication amongst the students, though there were no injuries. Also, the blackout was due to an electrical fault, and we apoligize for the chaos that occurred while the lights were down; we'd also like to thank Nicollete de la Fontaine for helping the students inside the gym in the time it took to remedy the problem. The source of both of these incidents are being looked into.
