Alice had placed her hands behind her back, smiling slightly. "I accept your offer, Sanya. I ... am really not going anywhere, so I shall let you chose the destination."
Alice was a bit taken a back as she heard what Sanya had to say next. She wasn't apologizing for those idiots, she was apologizing to her... she didn't need to deal with things like that? Well... perhaps not... but she did. Maybe it was because she had done so many bad things that she was treated so rudely. Maybe it was just because she was a vampire. Alice never... really cared to find out. Maybe... Maybe at the Institute ...it was the perfect time to find out.
"Thank you.. Sanya .. I never.. thought of it that way. "

Sanya couldn't help smiling, both at the thank you she received, and the acceptance of the offer; things were going quite well, despite how things started out. Maybe she could be friends with this girl... whatever she was. Normal people didn't smell blood, and she had called herself not human... whatever! It didn't really matter to her; she was too excited about meeting her first friend here at school!
The girl let the pottery wheel come to a halt, revealing a still mushy vase-shape blob of clay, carefully picking it up and placing it in a large kiln that was located in the back of the room. She took the time to wash her hands, removing the wet clay that had stuck to them before drying them clean. A person with a keen eye would note that the clay and her skin had a very similar color... almost identical.
Sanya walked over to Alice, about to say something before she paniced for a moment, quickly retreating to where she had been working to retrieve her bangles. She calmed down after she put them back on, glad that she hadn't forgotten them as she turned to the other girl, smiling. "Shall we be off then?"

Alice, though she tried not to come off as weird or strange, was watching Sanya as she moved and washed her hands. One thing she noted, since she did pay very close attention to detail. When not killing she usually did just sit there and watch others. Her skin.. was the same color as the clay. Interesting....
She blinked as Sanya seemed to panic for forgetting something, walking over and grabbing her bangles. A small smile came to Alice's face as the girl picked up the bangles, it seeming like they gave her confidence and comfort to have them. Without them, this girl seemed to well.. panic!
"Indeed. Where would you like to go, Ms. Sanya?"

Sanya smiled and shook her head lightly, causing her whole body to move with the motion, resulting in a soft jangling of the bangles around her wrist. "Nope, don't look at me; I'm the one who was intruding on your wanderings around the school. Besides, I don't know of many places besides here, my classrooms, and the dorms, so you should probably lead."
That was the one nice thing about being a golem: she could never lie. It was nice for her cause she didn't have to worry about trying to impress people, since there was nothing she could really hide, and it was nice for others cause they could always believe in what she said. She was really hoping to see more of the school, but didn't really have the time, and this would be the perfect chance to.

"To be honest... Its my first time around the school. I tend to wander to explore the different places. Since you'd like to accompany me, you can't... blame me if we get lost, okay?" Alice smiled, closing her eyes and a light laugh passing her lips. Alice felt a bit more at ease with Sanya, she did not know why. It just... it seemed like this girl would tell her anything and be honest. It was strange. This was the second person she had met that seemed so.. friendly.
"If we do get lost, though, I'm sure we can find a way out. So.. What sort of things do you like to do, Sanya? Besides pottery.. I've never really tried pottery myself." Alice hadn't had a lot of time for many hobbies. As she spoke, she began to walk from the art room, walking at a pace that was comfortable for both her and Sanya. She had her hands behind her back, holding her arm lightly by her wrist. This was the reason she came to the institute. To get to know other creatures and humans. Hopefully her... being human class would start soon...

Sanya couldn't help smiling and lightly giggling at the girl's comment, partially covering her mouth with one hand. Despite the initial being creepy, Alice was really opening up to be a nice girl; it didn't make much sense to her why people would think she's a monster. Unless... she acted differently around those people calling her a monster. So it was the people making her be a monster... maybe. This was all speculation, and waaaay too confusing. It wasn't something she should really think about.
She matched the girl's pace, trying to make her steps as light as possible, though there wasn't much sound on the floor; many people gave her strange looks when she walked around with heavy footfalls. At the question, however, she rested her finger on her lips, musing at it. "Pottery is just one thing; I can also do a bit of metal smithing and jewelcutting... though I'm better with clay than I am with expensive metals." She giggled slightly, placing her hands behind her back as she stared off at the ceiling. "My father's an artisan, so I picked up some of his skills... though I'm not as good as him."
Her gaze descended on the other girl, her wistful tone blending into an inquisitory one. "What do you do for fun? You like art? If you want, I could teach you how to make pots; it's not that hard."

What did she do for fun? Oh her heart seemed to flutter at the thought of the things, closing her eyes and smiling. Oh, how she loved to play her cello... she missed it oh so much. She had hardly played her cello, and truth be told, it had not been tuned in quite some time. She loved all sorts of music, no matter what kind it was, and she used to try to play each on her cello. She slowly opened her eyes, looking to Sanya out of the corner of her eye with the smile still upon her lips.
"I like to play my cello. I mainly have.. interests in music because of my cello but.. I think it would be interesting to learn to make pottery ... If you'd like to teach me, that is." It would be interesting to learn pottery. She was trying to learn new things and expand her horizons, after all.

Sanya couldn't help smiling at the girl's statement; she hadn't heard much music, but had enjoyed the sound of what little she had heard. It must be nice to be able to make such sweet music with your own two hands... she had never really tried, and she didn't have a lot of confidence in her abilities.
"Ooooh, neat! I'd like to hear you play sometime!" she said, beaming at Alice in awe. "I bet you're really good. And I'd love to teach you how to make pottery; I wouldn't have offered if I didn't want to." That seemed like a silly thing to be asked about; what kind of person would suggest something they didn't want to do?

Alice blinked and her walking had slowed slightly when Sanya said she would like to hear Alice's playing. She was a bit rusty, she had not played in a couple years now, though her skills were rather good. She would need to practice a bit before she played for Sanya.. that is.. if she did play for Sanya. She wasn't sure if she could play in front of anyone..
"O-oh well.. it.. might be a bit before I do... I haven't really played in front of anyone and... I haven't played in quite a long time. But perhaps in the meantime you could teach me how to do the pottery~ It sounds magnificent. " Perhaps that could be a repayment to Sanya, letting her listen to some of her music in repayment for teaching her some things about pottery.

Sanya nodded, slightly skipping in her steps. Things with Alice had really turned around since they first met; she was now more of a friend than a creepy stranger. "Of course! I'll be waiting for that concert, but in the meantime, and afterwards, I'm at your artistic disposal. They don't really have the materials for jewelry or other metal art, but I could help you with pottery and sculpting. I'm afraid my painting and drawing skills are subpar though."
The girl paused in midstep, looking around her; it had gotten quite dark since they had left, and she had absolutely no idea where they were. In fact... maybe it was the lack of visibility, but this didn't look like any part of the entire school. "Ummmm.... where are we?"

Alice only smiled when Sanya offered her artistic skills, keeping her hands behind her back. It made her feel like... she was getting closer to Sanya. Indeed, this was not an intentional thing she had for wandering the halls this night, but a good surprise nonetheless. It made her feel... happy.
When Sanya asked where the two had gotten, though, the girl stopped to look at her surroundings. Limited visibility might be a problem for Sanya, but it wasn't for Alice. She had spent most of her life in the dark. These surroundings... it was more of the electives corridor. Near the orchestra and choir room... if she remembered correctly. " I believe.. we're still in the elective corridors... If I'm not mistaken the orchestra room is up ahead, with the choir room just across from it. I explored earlier today."

Sanya looked around again with this new information, peering into the dark in an attempt to confirm it. Her eyes had adjusted more to the lack of light, allowing her to pick out a few details that backed up what Alice had said. Wow, that was amazing! Sure, it was just seeing in the dark... but being able to do that? That was a rare talent amongst humanoids, and even if the girl was some sort of human-esque creature that could see in the dark, it was still pretty unique.
"Wow, you're right!" the girl replied, gazing around the dark hallway before her eyes rested back on Alice. "That's awesome! I mean, I'm completely lost in the dark; we always made sure we had lamps and such back home, so my night vision is even pretty poor. But you to be able to pick that out... wow!" It may have seemed like she was laying on the compliments pretty hard, but she really was amazed; she prefered the beauty and wonder of the simple things, being more impressed with this than if, say, Alice could turn into a large dragon and take her on a trip around the world.

Alice had blinked as Sanya showered her with compliments, letting out a light laugh and closing her eyes. There was no need to compliment her such, it really was no big deal to be able to see in the dark. Being a vampire gave one enhances senses of sight, smell and taste... almost all the senses, really. "My family usually stays in the dark, so our eye sight adjust accordingly...most of the time."
So far it was incredibly easy to hide her secret from the students here at school. Her thirst was not getting to her, and her secret was not getting out. True, she had shown some elements of herself that might be suspected of her being different... Jumping down from the clock tower with Faye, smiling so much that her fangs might have shown, giving hints that she could smell blood... but no one had caught on, yet. Which she thought was a good thing. No one needed to know.

Having superhuman senses, being able to detect blood, lives in the darkness... if Sanya had thought about it at all, she probably could have added up those clues together, and made an intelligent guess about her being a vampire. However, Sanya being Sanya, she just smiled and nodded and accepted it as fact, not really thinking into the things behind it all. If she was told, then she would see it, but right now, she was pretty blind to it... not that it endangered her.
The girl nodded again, and continued to walk in the dark, having enough sight to not run into anything. "Any reason why you were wandering down here?" she asked, trying to spark some conversation. There was a slight lull after Alice's reply.

Alice shook her head slightly, looking around the two as she walked with Sanya. Her eye site had adjusted accordingly, and it was easy for her not to run into anything. Not that there was much to run into in the hallway. Why had she been wandering around? Hmm...
"To get used to my surroundings, really. I like to know where everything is. I tend to feel rather uncomfortable if I don't know where everything is in the place I'm staying."
She smiled slightly, being glad that she was almost done inspecting and observing the school. She would soon know where everything in the school was and be able to get around without worrying.
