Imposed Meeting

Henri looked back at Sanya when she spoke and he gave her a weak, half smile, nodding in response to her.

"It was nothing... I could not just leave you back there in the dark..."

He turned to look back at his sister for a second longer before completely turning around and starting out into the cool night. The students were beginning to move off into random directions, heading out to the town and the dormitories. Going back to his room sounded nice at this point... He was worn out.

Sanya sighed again as the boy left her alone; it didn't seem like she had helped him feel better at all. Rather, it seemed more like she was a hindrance to him... probably with her helplessness, and her screwing up his last name. Was "De La" part of it? She was thinking that it was more like a middle name... maybe it wasn't... gah, she was so stupid!

She shook her head, and lightly slapped her face. She would have to apologize tomorrow for that! But for now... she would just go to bed, leaving the Student Council and what few faculty there was here to finish up this, sorting it all out. She would hear about it later, but she couldn't do anything now. That decided, with a curt nod and a small smile, she turned and left the gym, heading back to her room to sleep.
