APPEARANCE DETAILS
Appearance:
Standing in at 5'9" Juno is rather eye catching by appearance standards despite the fact she doesn't try to draw attention to herself. Rather ordinary looking at first glance with her slightly pale creamy skin colour and light brown eyes. With her normalish body and B-cup breasts, she could be lost in a crowd if not for her little additions. Her hair, normally a bronzy-brown colour is dyed to a vibrant aqua blue in a short style with a small fringe of bangs above her eyes. The blue hair colour matches her most off-setting addition, a white and blue painted bionic right arm, soft whirring coming from inside every time it moves, containing many little gadgets.
Clothing Style:
Outside of school (And sometimes within) Juno dresses rather haphazardly. Usually found in a pair of shorts and a bra when in her room, adding a white shirt (Usually unbuttoned) when venturing outside. Nearly all of Juno's clothes are modified for her arm, cut at the right sleeve to accommodate the bulky limb, exceptions of course to her white shirt and school clothes! For footwear Juno's either bare, in a pair of flip-flops/thongs or sandles.

PERSONALLY
Over-all Personality:
At one moment cold and calculating, the other warm and friendly, Juno is an odd person in a school for odd people. Almost tomboyish to people she knows and recluse and shy to others, Juno is either loud and boisterous or quiet and ignorable depending on the time and the place. With a little bit of goading she can become quite hot headed, and that arm of hers becomes an extension of her will... Medbay! Stat!
Usually though one could sit and really wonder how such a mild tempered person would need such a powerful arm with such wild and destructive (Not to mention law evading) items installed into it. Probably for the best she doesn't talk about her family, though she has been known to talk very nicely of them when in the right mood.

BACKGROUND
History:
Born the youngest child of the Vashire family in Paragon City, James went to the normal schools and from his peer's perspective, led a normal life.
In reality though, he was the youngest in a family of super villains. His mother was Cyberlasher, a feared cybernetic enhanced super villain that somehow always evaded capture. His father having been the doctor that had installed the upgrades. Love happens in weird ways one assumes considering they married and had children.
At the age of ten, James dropped out of school suddenly. His friends wondered for months where he'd gone to... Some say the Vahzilok got him, others said that creeps from the circle of thorns nabbed him... The truth was far simpler.
Days after his tenth birthday, operatives from Longbow infiltrated and attacked the Vashire home, a climatic battle ensured and unfortunately James was caught in the crossfire. His right arm removed with a blast of a shotgun, his older sister meeting somewhat of the same fate as rubble crushed her legs. Cyberlasher was NOT happy with heroes attacking her children... Not one bit. The Longbow operatives found this out the hard way as they met rather cold steel to various parts of their bodies.
Escaping to Cap Au Diable in the Rogue Islands, Dr Saurilian went to work on his children. Waking up James found himself with a bionic right arm, his sister Danni with bionic legs. Unfortunately for James, the only way for his body to accept the enhancements was through a hormonal treatment, considering his father had never experimented with the male body before. Choosing the name Juno for himself, James was removed from existence, Juno replacing him.
Not minding her new persona, Juno resumed schooling in Cap Au Diable until the new year when she was given the chance to move to the T'zenshin institute. Taking up the offer to partly escape her family, Juno relished in the idea of living away from the family of criminals and the islands of despair and little hope. What she found was of little comfort. There was no security net of her mother to scare anyone that said anything that upset her... It was truly frightening for her.
But she stayed and held firm, stubborn in her way as she motored through classes and learnt how to use her abilities for construction as well as destruction, a little problem with her family considering she once told them and they were hardly impressed. Going back each year stronger and stronger, Juno's made it to her fourth year without her secret being found out.
Without a track record of enemies or anything else, one can only hope it stays that way.

Comes from a family of Super villains, is actually male (Despite appearances thanks to hormone treatment to help with cybernetic acceptance by the body.)
Gift:
Super strength from bionic right arm, a few incorporated gadgets like a lockpick, a laser cutter, a plasma welding torch, a pop out vibration blade, a zero point frequency modulator (Silent glass breaker) and a miniature plasma cannon. (Note worthy since none of these things are really wanted. Just installed)
Minor resistance to mental abilities due to cybernetic additions to her brain (To enable link with bionic arm, also allows wireless internet connection). Downside is rather lateral thinking and large imagination.
