APPEARANCE DETAILS
Appearance: She is even shorter than her cousin Spike, being at the height of 5'1''. She has light brown waist long hair that is layered. One layer reaches her chin, the other to her mid back, the rest to her waist. Her eyes are a light brown which sometimes turn a light shade of gray. Her expression is often serious and/or intense or warm and somewhat seductive.
She can also transform half way, but unlike her cousin, she prefers her full human form much more that her werewolf form. Infact, she hates the fact that she is a werewolf, though she would never admit that she feels so, feeling that that is being Unloyal to her family...and mainly Spike, who seems to be so preoccupied with their race.
She often tries to avoid backless clothing and things that expose her stomach, due to scars she had gained in her childhood from a werewolf hunter that are across her back and stomach and on the underside of her breasts (they stayed there after they developed and are now streched out a lot).
Clothing Style: She often wears clingy clothes that hugs and exaggerates her feminine form. She really looks toward the more seductive side when she choses her clothing. For winter apparel she might wear something like a turtle neck-mini dress that clings to her feminine form. During the summer she might wear something more loose and light, like shorts or mini skirts along with low cut tanktops. In short, something suggestive.
Special Accessories: A charm bracelet she received as a child that has a charm in the shape of a wolf.
PERSONALLY
Over-all Personality: Fleur is very blunt, unsparing of others feelings. She often criticizes others, often harshly. She's very impatient with others and really just impatient in general. She's a bit jaded and overall unfeeling to everyone. There is a soft and gentle side to her, but it often is buried and covered up by a more high-handed and haughty side of herself, often used when she is on the defense. Though she doesn't often voice this side of herself, being very shy and anti-social.
The only exception is her second cousin, Spike. Around him she is more open and kinder. Almost the polar opposite of how she is away from him. She often lets her feelings get the best of her around him and will often flirt, him not exactly understanding. She then takes her frustrations out by flirting with others, trying to make him jealous. She's actually very seductive in general when she feels like it.
She often takes the role of an older sister around Spike, though that's really that last thing she would consider herself to him. She does often try to be with other men, but she doesn't try this often, being too preoccupied with Spike to really want to be with anyone else. Though she does still try once and a while, when she's really frustrated.

BACKGROUND
History: Fleur lost her birth parents when she was 6 years old. A werewolf hunter had tracked down her family and happened across her when he broke into the house. He tried to captured her and in her struggle she received slashes across her back and stomach. Her parents came into the room before she could be killed and managed to kill the hunter.
They had to hide her away to save her from the hunters that they knew were coming. They placed Fleur into a secret compartment and she was forced to watch the the hunters murder her parents brutally from a secret compartment under the floor boards. She traveled from orphanage to orphanage for a year or so, being abused in foster homes and such.
Her distant relatives- the Irving's- took her in eventually, rather out of pity and partly because they knew she was a werewolf. She had a hard time adjusting, seeing as she only knew French and they only knew English. She learned in due time, though even now she still has a thick French accent.
She resented them at first. They were werewolves. They were what her parents were. They were going to leave her alone soon. Would she have to watch these people die too? She became cold, resenting everyone around her. She hated others and felt they weren't worth her time if they were going to die too.
But even through her dark thoughts, she found comfort in being with her second cousin, Maxwell Irving. She found herself caring for him like an older sister, even though she didn't want to be close. Often she would be the one to console him in anything. If he had any problems she would be there, she would be his comfort. She would even sing him to sleep, singing her songs in French, since she still didn't speak English well at the time and couldn't translate the songs.
She resented him too, for making her feel affection for him, afraid that if something happened, she wouldn't be able to at least save him, just like she couldn't save her parents. She was terrified of the idea of him being gone, more than anyone else. So even as she acted as an older sister...she acted like a child too, always trying to be by his side.
As time passed they became close, being best friends. But..she began to feel something toward Max. She decided that it must be a sisterly feeling...but it became more and more persistent over time. She still resented him, but that feeling faded too, and she became determined to reveal how she felt for him.
Her new parents had heard of the T'zenshin Institute and decided to send her, feeling that it might be a good thing for their children to feel more accepted. So she started to go to the institute and as much as she liked it she detested staying away from Spike for so long.
As soon as Max joined the Tzenshin Institute she resolved herself to tell him how she felt.
But it all changed when he decided to repopulate the werewolf population by being with several women. She felt angry and jealous, since he wanted to take the most healthy girls to make them mothers. She had been left very weak from the loss blood from the hunters attack and had developed a serious condition of asthma. She felt that the odds were stacked against her.
It hurt her, that with his determination, he would never see how much she loved him. She began to rebel and sneak out of the house as he tried to woo multiple women.
She's kept her feelings to herself but she hasn't given up. She's just waiting for him to wise up and realize for himself.
Secrets: She is a werewolf, though she doesn't try to hide it intentionally. As with other werewolf's, she can be killed with silver bullets and etc. A more deeper secret of hers is her hatred of werewolves, blaming them for her misfortunes and losing her parents and-most of all- making Spike more obsessed with chasing other women instead of settling for one woman...preferably herself.
Gift: She can transform into a werewolf during the full moon. She can also transform halfway when she pleases, but unlike Spike, she prefers her human form, since she despises all werewolves (except for her family...namly Spike)
