Lunch Between Siblings {ChrisBecca}

[Faye]

"Don't lie to me, Chris,"

She sounded a bit annoyed but mostly concerned. Her brother had troubles but when it was displayed in front of her like this, she only grew even more worried about him. What if it was the boy she was flirting with? It would be her fault then but.. she couldn't put her finger on the reason for why that would upset him.

"I can see your true feelings and it isn't nothing, please.." She reached across the table to hold his hand, his hand giant in comparison. "Tell me?"

[Nicolette]

Christopher felt his sister take his hand and he gently laced his fingers with hers. It was a completely innocent gesture, really, especially given their close relationship. He didn't mind holding her hand, because he loved his sister dearly, and in the not-creepy way.

"Nothing's wrong, Rebecca." He replied again, a small smile coming to his lips. "Just eat your meal. And if you're good, I'll take you out to a movie or something."

[Faye]

Rebecca felt his fingers lace with hers and she smiled, giving her brother's hand a gentle squeeze. Their hand-holding was harmless, they were close siblings and the affection they showed each other may have been different in other peoples' eyes but they didn't care. Rebecca loved Chris, dearly.

She puffed out her cheeks in a pout, "Fiiiine," She said, her tone sounding annoyed but it was real. She slowly let go of her hand to pick up her fork and continue eating her meal.

Christopher smiled that his sister let the subject drop and she was now eating her food. Eventually, he reached over with his fork and stole a bit of salad, bringing it to his mouth and taking a bite. He chewed and swallowed before shaking his head.

"You and your green food." He teased before taking another wing from his own plate, eating it before he took another long sip of his Mountain Dew... Hum, he was running low...

[Faye]

Rebecca was chewing away on a cherry tomato, letting the juice squirt out into her mouth, before she realised that her brother was stealing some of her salad. She stuck her tongue out, playfully swatting his hand. "Nothing wrong with it, better than your yellow food," She answered, smiling warmly as she ate more of her meal.

Eventually there was only the strips of chicken left and she ate them one by one, savouring their delicious taste.

Christopher's meal soon disappeared and he finished off his Mountain Dew. The young waiter had arrived back to bring their check and Christopher handed him the credit card. The card was charged and Christopher signed for it before he sat back. They'd leave after his sister had finished her meal.

"So, agreed to come back here for lunch in the future?"

[Faye]

Rebecca didn't protest when Chris paid for the meal, she knew the credit card was given to them both by their mother to use to get by at the island while they were away from home. So it was kind of like their mother was paying for their meal...

"Agreed~ this place it so nice and furnished, the service is lovely and so is the food so we'll definitely have to come back again," She said as she finished up her meal, the plate now empty minus a few small pieces of lettuce which Rebecca ignored.

"So did I behave well enough~? Will my lovely brother take me to the movies~?" She bat her eyes as she spoke, pretending to sound innocent and cute. Well, she normally was innocent and cute, but this was more on an extreme level.

Christopher laughed as he stood up from his chair and waited for Rebecca to stand before starting to walk for the exit. He sneered at the boy at the other table one final time before wrapping an arm around Rebecca's shoulders, holding her close to him as they walked.

"I suppose you've been good enough. So you choose, I'll pay, and I'll eat fatty popcorn and drink fatty soda while you swoon at whatever chick flick you picked." He winked down at her, teasing her.

[Faye]

The ninth year stood up from her chair, brushing herself off and straightening out her jacket slash dress thing that she wore that day. She then accompanied her brother to the exit, smiling as he brought an arm around her shoulders, she loved being close to him. She nuzzled his side.

At the table where the boy Rebecca silently flirted with sat, he took a glance up at the two leaving, his eyes widening at their positions, how close and affectionate they were. He felt confused about their little flirt moment then, before he then felt fear and turned away when he saw the look on the older man's face.

"Why don't you try drinking water and getting a healthy snack for a change~?" She asked, knowing the answer but just wanted to tease some more. "Oh I want to see that absolutely romantic movie that has just come out~" She swooned at the idea, twirling around in a circle before going back to being close to Chris.

Christopher rolled his eyes at the first comment, deciding not to grace the girl with a response to the comment. However, at her second comment, he couldn't help but let out a chuckle. He would definitely need fatty popcorn and caffinated drinks to keep him from going insane during a silly little girly flick. But if it would please his sister, he would suffer through it.

"Alright, alright." He said, slinging his arm around her shoulders, pulling her next to him. "Geez, you act like you've had twice the caffine I've had, despite almost never drinking any. How girls do that, I'll NEVER know."

[Faye]

Rebecca let out a content sigh as he pulled her closer to him again, snuggling against his hold. She loved being so close to him, being able to express her love for her brother~

And not in that yucky creepy way either.

They were siblings, there were boundaries.

"I just get a little overly excited sometimes.." She said, her eyes avoiding Christophers as they walked. "Oh, but we can go see something we both want to see if you want, Christie~ I don't want you to be bored~~" She chirped.

[Nicolette]

Christopher pulled his sister over and hugged her to his side, shaking his head. They hardly got to spend time together since the school year nearly ate up all of their time. If she wanted to see a chickflick, he'd just have to bear through it. Plus, the only other movie he was interested in was pretty violent, and he didn't need his sister watching it.

"Shut it. We're seeing your girlie movie."
