Teodora bit her lip, trying not to start laughing at the obvious signs of interest... Yeah, wolves... werewolves, to be precise, really did remind of a dog sometimes. Especially with the movements of their ears and tail.
As the laughter finally stopped threatening to burst out, the shape shifter spoke: "Wolf-swain." That's right. It perfectly fitted the impression of their first meeting. "That's my first impression," Teodora added, just to make sure Spike didn't misunderstand the way he got the nickname. It wasn't something she would use in public if she was one of those who care of what others think of her.

Spike leaned forward to intently pick up what the girl had to say; however, when she spoke, he leaned back, his face showing some confusion, tilting his head to the side. Wolf-swain? Swain sounded a bit familiar... now that he thought about it, maybe it was the last name of some kids he knew when he was younger... and by knew, he meant strictly know, not really know and become good friends and have sleepovers. Anything outside of school was rather limited for him, and still was today, just to be safe.
The werewolf's ears twitched slightly as he took another second to muse it over, before closing his eyes happily, smiling at the girl. "I like it; it has a nice ring to it," he said, not bothering to add that he had no idea if it meant something. She could probably guess though from his expression and tone; though he could be smart at times, there were many more times when he wasn't the brightest crayon in the box.

Teodora smiled widely, enjoying the show of the boy's ears. "I'm glad you like it," she added cheerfully, sitting down.
"Tell me something... Is it true that werewolves can't turn into their human when the full moon's out?" Tea asked, wanting to learn as much about the boy as she could. Talking about his specie should be a good start... Teodora hoped. Some people didn't like talking about it. Others didn't know enough about themselves to do so...
"And do you need help with maths?" Teodora finished her talking... Wait! Where did THAT come from? They had a nice talk, not connected to school and she somehow managed to say THAT. Gosh, she really was a lost case...

Spike, noticing that the girl had sat down, took a seat as well, pulling out a nearby chair and firmly placing his behind in it. He pushed on the ground to tilt the chair back a bit, feeling more comfortable with it at an angle than it being flat on the ground. He was enjoying this conversation, though only a bit of it had been flirting; but maybe this was the guidance he needed, to learn to take things slow.
At her question, the young man leaned back a bit more in his chair, scratching his head as he tried to think of any exceptions. "Not that I know of; it would take more willpower and strength than any sole person can muster," he said, musing aloud. "We're usually too focused on not going all feral to worry about that. Instincts are ridiculously strong during the full moon."
At her other question, the werewolf looked down, embarrassed. "Well... I guess... if you really want to," he said, before looking back up at her. "But shouldn't we find your bag first?"

As the werewolf mentioned Teodora's bag, the girl had a feeling that she went pale. Her bag... she managed to forget that she came here looking for the bag...
Shaking her head before her emotions switched on the transformation, the shape shifter smiled as if she's apologizing.
"I completely forgot about it..." she whispered, looking away from Wolf-Swain. Just few more minutes... Tea didn't want to go away from this boy yet... It was such a joy talking to him...
"I think it could wait for some time more... after all, I did most of these things when I was in grade 9," Tea added, watching Spike from the corners of her eyes.

Spike noticed that the girl seemed to pale at the mention of her bag; maybe she had completely forgotten about it. Well, shoot, he shouldn't have mentioned it then. He probably just made her feel bad... nice job, idiot.
Considering how she looked like she didn't want to go just yet, the werewolf sat back down in his chair, smiling a bit. "Well... maybe you could help me with this, and then we could look for your bag afterwards? Deal?" There; that should cheer her up, and he could spend more time with her. Everyone won.
Hearing her comment, the boy frowned and stared harder at the paper, glaring with his eyes as slits. "Thanks... maybe you can make this stupid thing make sense then," he said, sounding bitter, but mostly at the idiotic problems in front of him. Were they trick problems? Did they have no real answer?

"Lemme see what we have..." Teodora said, moving her chair closer to the werewolf and looking at the paper. Maybe she moved a bit too close... Her dog side was cautious, ready to start growling any second. Her human self, however, was at ease even this close to the other boy.
Somewhere between her voice seemed to be, as she spoke again, asking a question. "Which problems are the one you don't get?" They seemed familiar, all of them. It was so strange, doing things all over again. What is the thing they did today? For some reason, Tea's mind seemed not to work, as she couldn't remember today's class. But that could also be 'cause she almost fell asleep...

Spike didn't mind the girl being close; the teenage boy part of him was cheering about one being this close, and presenting lewd suggestions of where to take the situation, and the canine part enjoyed being with others, especially those similar to him, somewhat of a pack mentality. He was doing his best to ignore both of them, at least for now; this math homework had to be dealt with first.
"It's mainly this one," he said, moving the paper in between the two students, and pointing to the one that he had been working on. "I think if I can get it, I can do the rest, but I'm having troubles. See, I divide here by a, but then b ends up cancelling out, and I get 'a = a', which isn't helpful as an answer. What am I doing wrong?"
