Klaus Leighton, as usual, was spending most of his day doing work. He had received an e-mail earlier from his siblings, and wrote back a lengthy response as he wrote about how school was treating him and what he did, though he left out some of the finer details like how he went out on a "date" with his teacher and even kissed him. Everything else, though, he told them. He wished them well, and cheered them on, hoping that they weren't keeping anything from him and that they were honestly doing well.
After that, the eleventh year decided to work on homework that he had to do. He did do a good chunk of it last night after he came back to distract himself from what he did last night.
Christopher Parker...his teacher...Klaus couldn't believe that he actually kissed him. Something had to have possessed him to make him do that, even if the kiss was nice and he wouldn't mind doing it again - hell, he kind of wanted to see him again. Klaus had his number in his cellphone, which was next to him, so he could call him up and ask if he wanted to spend some time with his student...but Klaus had no idea how he'd react, especially after what he did last night.
But still Klaus sat there, working on some Pre-Calculus homework, wishing that he had the guts to actually ask his teacher if he wanted to hang out again.

The man had returned home from his date the previous night and sat himself in front of his television, focusing on nothing but the video game in front of him for a long while, until he died during a boss fight six times in a row and threw his controller down on the couch with a glare. It had been three in the morning, then, and the man had downed an energy drink before his last fight, so he was stuck waiting for the crash to hit...
And with nothing to distract him, he sat back and shut his eyes, letting out a sigh as he thought of the events of earlier. Klaus Leighton... Didn't act at all like a student. If he wasn't careful, the man could likely confuse himself and actually think that Klaus was just a normal inhabitant of the island, and not a student in his Government class...
But they were friends, right? And nothing said that a teacher and student couldn't be friends. Countless students considered many teachers to be their friends, and the teacher had read his handbook three times the other night to make sure that there wasn't a rule against it. Plus, it wasn't like he was fucking Klaus... They were just friends... Playing a dangerous game of 'Who Can Be The Better Flirt'...
He brought his hand up to run through his hair, letting out another sigh as he opened his dark blue eyes to stare up at the dark ceiling. What would Rebecca think of this? She was roughly two years younger than Klaus, which really made it awkward to think that he might actually like the student more than he should.
He shouldn't be thinking about how wonderful Klaus's smile looked, how melodic his laugh came out to be, how warm his hand felt, how soft his lips were... No... He shouldn't be thinking of those at all... But he did. He sinfully thought of those amazing things, which led him to let out a frustrated sigh and force himself off his couch to shut off his game system.
He made his way to his bathroom, slammed the door shut behind him, and turned on his shower. He stripped of his clothing, carefully removing his pants and boxers, and stepped into the water. And he shut his eyes tight, grit his teeth, and did what any other man with fantasies did...
He was in bed by five, curled up in a ball as he tried to think of video games, history, his parents, his sister... Anything but those forbidden thoughts...
---
Morning came... Along with Rebecca Parker, banging on his apartment door. A groan escaped his parted lips as he forced himself up from the bed. He grabbed a random pair of pants from the floor and pulled them on, running his fingers through his hair as he left his bedroom.
Rebecca was dressed adorable as always in the latest fashion. The man couldn't possibly figure out what the girl needed to go shopping for, but decided not to question her, lest she either go on a long list of items or worse... drag him along. But hey, it wasn't technically his money. Of course, it was the money that he often used when he was out (because one could not turn down free money from mother dearest), but he had about one hundred dollars on his card (ninety of which would be used to pay the cheap rent on his apartment... he loved the teacher discount) and about ten dollars in cash, which left him pretty low on money without the card from mother.
"Call Mother and let her know you'll be taking the card today and thank her for letting you use it." The brother reminded his sister, who smiled and gave her brother a nod. As she leaned up to kiss his cheek, she glanced into his apartment and gave an unfeminine snort as she commented on how trashed his place looked. He rolled his eyes, kissed her cheek in return, and shoved her out of the apartment.
As he looked back, he gave a deep sigh and walked into the depths of the living room, deciding he might as well straighten up a bit, considering he was still thoroughly pissed off at his game and didn't quite feel like playing it until he cooled down.
It was about one o'clock in the afternoon by the time he had the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all cleaned up. His closet was still pretty messy, but he had the door shut to it so he didn't even have to look at it. He raised an eyebrow at the clean rooms and sighed as he plopped down on his couch, staring at his silent cell phone on the table.
He hadn't done that much cleaning in a long time...
Christopher Parker picked up his television remote, flipped on the television, and proceeded to channel surf for something to watch for the next little while. His anger at his game was starting to calm, but he wanted to wait just a little longer before picking up the controller again.

Klaus spent so much time working and working, but it was taking him longer than normal to finish up the work that was due the earliest. Damn his stupid, stupid thoughts! He shouldn't be thinking of his teacher this much, hell, before that day where he got caught listening to music, Klaus was almost a no-name besides the fact that he was on the Student Council and he didn't bother with anyone in this school at all.
How funny that the first person he actually spends time with isn't a fellow student.
Looking back at his phone, Klaus took in a deep, deep breath. Should he? Ah hell, what was he so nervous about, Christopher would either say yes or no and really, it didn't matter if he didn't want to spend time with him.
So, Klaus picked up his cellphone and created a new message, this time to Christopher, and typed in, Hey, if you don't have anything better to do wanna spend some time together? Klaus took in a deep breath and pressed send, putting the phone back at his side as he awaited a response (that was hopefully fast).

Nothing was on television. Which sucked.
So he got up from the couch and walked to his kitchen counter, picking up his lighter, his pack of cigarettes, and his ash tray. He took the three items back to his coffee table and set them down. He took out a cigarette and put it between his lips, bringing his lighter up to light the end of it. He inhaled and tossed the lighter back down on the table before he took his cigarette from his mouth and blew the smoke out.
He flipped to the proper channel on his television and picked up his game controller from the edge of the coffee table, pressing a button on it to turn on his game system. He sat back, cigarette in mouth and controller in hand, and waited for his game to start up.
Healing items, check. Proper armour, check. Magic Spell on Quick cast, Check. He sat forward and moved his character away from the save point and to the proper area that would trigger the cut scene. At that moment, his cell phone buzzed on his table. He raised an eyebrow and took his cigarette from his mouth, blowing out the smoke before he picked up his phone.
'Klaus Leighton'
He snorted and brought his cigarette to his lips, holding it there while he opened up his phone to show the keyboard and read the message. Wanna spend time together? He sat back against the couch, the controller on his lap, and thought for a moment. Of course he wanted to hang out with the kid, but what would they do?
And so, he typed in his response, 'What you got in mind?'

Klaus fumbled for his phone when it vibrated, hastily opening it up and reading the message. Argh, he didn't have anything in mind! All he knew was that he wanted to be closer to Christopher, not like he'd actually tell the teacher that. Klaus already pushed it a bit too far last night.
I don't really have anything in mind...you have any ideas? He typed in, laughing nervously to himself. Why was he kind of nervous about this? It wasn't like Christopher was some girl he thought was really cute and that he wanted to date, no, Christopher was a handsome man who he wanted to kiss and -
...Klaus needed to stop his brain from thinking such stupid things. He didn't want that at all! The closest they could be was...friends?

The fight began and he jammed his thumbs into his buttons, inhaling and exhaling smoke as he did so. He'd occasionally lean forward to drop some ashes into his ash tray. His health would start to deplete and he would cast a healing spell. The enemy would throw a harsh combo attack, he would run back to heal himself and prepare to unleash his own combo.
His phone vibrated on his lap and caused him to jump a little as he jammed his thumb down on the start button, pausing the game. He set the controller on the coffee table and picked his phone back up, using his other hand to take his cigarette from his mouth. He flipped open the keyboard and read the words before letting out a smoke-filled sigh.
Well... I'm short on money right now, so aside from inviting you over to my boring apartment, I don't really have any suggestions on location... So either my place or wait for me to get my credit card back.
He sent the message and dropped his phone back into his lap, taking another long drag of his cigarette before dropping what was left of the cancer stick into his ash tray and blowing out. He grabbed his controller and took a deep breath before getting right back into the fight.

Klaus pretty much forgot about his Pre-Calculus homework, now really just interested in how Christopher was going to reply. 'Kinda like a lovesick fanboy,' Klaus thought to himself, laughing under his breath at the thought. He wasn't lovesick, but he was certainly reminding himself a bit of a fanboy.
When Klaus got his reply, he could feel his breath catch in his throat and his face burn a bit. Did he really suggest that...? The boy's mind wandered into places where it probably shouldn't...because inside closed doors, the whispers of onlookers and the social taboos didn't really matter, because no one would know what went on inside.
But like that would happen, Klaus was just drowning himself in a fantasy.
"Um...." Klaus bit his lip as he thought of a reply that didn't sound so happy to accept the offer, and he typed in the only thing that came to mind. Are you seriously suggesting that I come over to your apartment? Ahhh, how text could leave the emotions ambiguous...Klaus loved that so much.

"Just fucking die already, you piece of fucking shit!" Christopher yelled at his television screen as he jammed his thumbs against the buttons of his controller. "NO! You do NOT stun me! Don't make me kick your fucking... NO! NO!!!!"
He let out a feminine shriek as he pressed the button to make his character roll out of the way of the attack. He mashed the buttons again and soon, all was quiet...
"Hehehe...Hehehehehe....HEHEHEHE....HAHAHAHA! I SO KICKED YOUR ASS!!!!!" He cried triumphantly as he jumped up from the couch and pointed at his screen. His phone fell from his pocket and landed on his foot, causing him to cry out in pain for a moment and fall back on the couch, quickly pressing the pause button so he didn't miss the following cut scene.
He picked up the offending object and noticed he had a text reply from Klaus. He'd nearly forgotten about the boy! He opened the message and blinked for a moment before exiting and going to his sent box to read the reply he'd given.
....Oh.....
He reopened Klaus's response and opened his keyboard, typing in his response. 'Uhh... Should I take that as a no...?'
It was worth a shot. He hadn't realized he'd asked the question, but when he did... He did kind of want Klaus to come to his place, so the two could have some one-on-one time without others looking in on their moments. But if Klaus didn't want to, there was always the park or just wandering the town.

Klaus bit his lip, and tried to think another response that...didn't seem too eager. Damn his hormones for making him have fantasies about people he thought were handsome or beautiful or even just cute!
Give me your Apartment number and the floor and I'll be right there, mijin liefje, Klaus laughed to himself for using that term, oh man he was so teasing Christopher with using Dutch. Ahaha, if Christopher actually looked up the terms he was using he wondered what type of reaction he'd get. Haha..."My Sweetheart". Heh.

Christopher sat back comfortably on the couch and watched the cutscene unfold in front of him. It was relatively short and his character learned a new ability at the end of it. He moved his character back to the save point and saved before he got up from the couch. He picked up his ashtray, cigarettes, and lighter and took them back to the kitchen, along with his phone. He lit up a victory cigarette just as his phone vibrated again.
He opened the phone and opened the text. At the words, his eyes widened and he dropped his cigarette on the counter. Was he serious? Oh, who cared?! Klaus was asking for his apartment number, so he wasn't about to leave the boy hanging. He retrieved his cigarette and placed it between his lips before bringing his thumbs to his keyboard.
'Eighth floor, Apartment 804. About how long will it take for you to make it over?
He still needed to get dressed.

Klaus still had his phone open so that he would be able to reply right away, and he had to stop and think at the question. Hmm...eh, he needed to put away his homework...and he would have to put on his jacket and hat...besides that, he was already dressed (Klaus liked to be completely clothed in his dorm...considering that he was forced to share it with someone) and ready to go.
Probably not too long, though I do have to find the room. I'll see you soon? He sent the message, and started to put his homework away.

Christopher walked back toward his bedroom with his cigarette, heading over to his closet and opening it up. When he moved past the mess, he was able to see the clothes hanging up. He grabbed a pair of jeans and a black t-shirt that read 'GAMER' in white. He laughed at his choice of shirt and shook his head as he walked back into the room and shut his closet behind him.
His cell phone went off in his pocket by then and he pulled it out, responding simply, 'See you then.'
He walked over to his dresser and grabbed a fresh pair of boxers and stripped himself of his clothes. He threw his old boxers into his clothes hamper and tossed his pair of pants back over to his dresser. He pulled on the new boxers, jeans, and t-shirt before walking over to put the pj pants properly into the dresser. He then picked up his hamper and walked over to his closet, shoving it in. He didn't need Klaus seeing his dirty laundry, just in case (for some reason) the boy ended up in his room.
He walked back into the living room, his cigarette hanging from his lips as he sat on the couch and opened his cell phone back up, going over the conversation again. He then frowned a little at the Dutch name he'd been called. He had to wonder if he was being insulted... But the way that Klaus had said the other word the previous night... He doubted it was an insult. He locked the text, keeping in mind to call his mother later and ask her about it.
He took another drag of the cigarette and shut his eyes, slowly blowing the smoke out. Oh, how he enjoyed a good cigarette. A good, well-deserved cigarette made of pure victory and win.

After Klaus put all of his things away, he looked around for his jacket and hat, and put them over his shirt, and then reaching for his hat. He was dressed almost the same as yesterday, sans the vest which he didn't feel like putting on and the bag, which he guessed that he wouldn't need so he just put his phone into one of his jacket's pockets.
Klaus was out the door pretty fast, and he was kind of rushing to get to the apartment. Why? Probably just because he liked Christopher, as a friend, he reminded himself.
Making his way to the Apartment Complex, Klaus took in a deep breath. Okay. He'd have to find the elevator...or stairs, but he kinda really didn't want to walk up to the eight floor. No. That wouldn't be fun, especially for someone as wimpy as himself. He did finally get to the elevator, and took it to the eighth floor where he knocked on Apartment 804.
Klaus straightened himself up, and tried not to show how excited he was. He didn't want to come across too happy, that just wasn't his style.

Christopher started back into his game, idly smoking his cigarette as he did so. Time didn't seem to go fast enough, because he was so anxious to hear the knock on his door. He finally found a save point and saved before turning off his game system.
As he got up from the couch, he heard the knock on his door and smiled widely. He blew out some smoke from his mouth and walked over to the door, holding his cigarette between his pointer and middle finger. He pulled the door open.
"Come on in." He said, moving to the side to let him in.

Klaus wrinkled his nose at the sight and smell of the cigarette, ew, Christopher actually smoked? Ew ew, okay, points taken from the invisible "How Much Klaus Likes Christopher" meter.
Shrugging that off, Klaus entered the apartment and sat down on the couch. He looked over at Christopher with a smirk, and was obviously already treating the apartment like home.
"Happy to see me? I do hope you weren't too sad after I left yesterday," Klaus said, a playful tone to his voice.
