Nicolette gave a sad smile and nodded at his words, knowing that with the evening, it would be time for them to part. She had a speech she had to prepare and then give it in the morning, so she needed to be getting back to her dormitory.

The two walked together to the end of the park, but the girl knew that they would have to part. She turned to her rival-friend and smiled up at him.

"Thank you for talking with me and staying to watch the sunset. It really means a lot to me."

And then, she rose her hand to brush her bangs to the side and moved to stand on her tiptoes. She brought her lips to gently touch his cheek, a sign of friendship in France... But she knew it meant something more... And really, she didn't mind it. Kyerin.... was nice.

"I will see you around school." She spoke softly before turning and starting to walk back toward the school, a pink blush brushing over her cheeks.

It was too bad in his book that he met the girl at this point, when he was the leader of the SFF and she was the Student Council President; if they were on the same side, or even one of them was just a member as opposed to being leaders, they probably would be getting along a lot better now... maybe even more intimately. Still, she was a good friend, even if he was going to have to do things that would make her upset. Well, thinking about it long term, if he could avoid hurting her or making her too upset this year, then after she graduated, they would be able to be friends more easily.

The boy turned to face his friend/rival as she spoke, smiling slightly and nodding. He felt the same way, though he was pretty sure he was the one who should be more thankful about it, considering that he felt that he had done most of the talking, posing strange questions. Still, it helped him get past what he had been thinkng about. However... wait, was she leaning towards him? Was she going to...

At what seemed like the last second, the older girl's lips averted themself from his to lightly kiss his cheek, causing Kyerin to blush. "B-bye," he managed to say as she walked off, lightly placing one hand on his cheek where she had kissed. Sure, it was mainly a sign of friendship... but it implied more. But to him... if it was her, it was fine with him.
