Nicolette's eyes widened slightly at the suggestion, her expression innocent and genuinely curious to it. However, the expression smoothed into her usual calm and she gave him a small smile as she folded her hands on her lap, sitting up straight against the couch as her eyes watched her guest.

"That is a very kind offer. I will consider it, if I do not decide to stay here for the break. Which, I should really speak to Henri about..." She looked down in thought for a moment before she shook her head, letting the thoughts slip away as she looked back up.

"Ah... I hope I am not keeping you from your homework or anything..." She hesitated in her speaking. While she didn't want him to leave quite yet, considering their conversation was going rather well and there seemed to be a sort of... warm air that kept her from thinking of their rivalry... Yet, she didn't want to be keeping him from more important things he might have been doing.

Kyerin kept his smile on his face at the older girl's sudden expression change, and nodded in response to her reply. Like he had mentioned, he wasn't sure what he'd be doing over the break. If she did say they would like to come, then he would head home. If not... well, summer wasn't too far away, and he would be home all month for that, so maybe he would pass on heading back for now.

At her open ended question, the boy smiled, and shook his head in response to what she had left up. "No, I'm all caught up for my classes at the moment," he said, before realizing what else she might be referencing to. "But if I'm keeping you from something important, I can make my departure; I mainly wanted to wish you a happy birthday, Miss Nicolette."
