Kyerin walked past the boy, gesturing for him to follow him, going into a small side room. It was set as the office for the tennis club, complete with a filing cabinent and a desk. He sat behind the desk, reaching into one drawer and pulling out a form. Taking a pen from the desk, he clicked the point out, and began to write on it, filling out various parts.
After a minute, the young man spun the paper around so that it was facing the boy now, and placed the pen on top of it. "Alright, then, I just need you to fill out the rest. Name, room number, grade level, the rest of the blanks, and then a signature on the next page. And that will do it for the paperwork."

Henri took the pen and the paperwork and looked it over carefully before he started to fill in the appropriate blanks. Everything was simple and straight to the point and it didn't take him long to fill out. He turned the page and read the smaller print before he placed the pen to the paper and signed with his full name.
He glanced up at Kyerin.
"Ah... By the way, my name is Henri D...Verity." He had given up on trying to use his full last name. He'd spent so much time with his mother that he'd grown used to using her last name. Of course, he wrote both last names on the paper work, considering it was his official name and such.
He wondered if Nicolette had ever used their mother's name anymore....

Kyerin nodded at the boy's comment, a bit confused as to why he would mention such a thing; it was all on the paper that was just returned to him. Still, maybe it was a different name than what he had written down, which would explain it. The young man scanned over the paperwork, making sure that everything was properly filled out, leaving the name for last. Well, that was the explanation; it was only part of the name. And easier to say than Henri De la Fontaine Verity...
De la Fontaine?
Forcing himself to not reveal the shock, not only at the boy's name, but at his own stupidity, Kyerin glanced up at him for a brief moment. Yes, now the pieces were falling into place; he had similar facial features to her, which was why he had seemed familiar. Verity, though... did the girl use it when she introduced herself? He remembered it being part of her name now, but was it because she had told him so, or because of the sneaking he had done? No matter... so, this was Henri, her brother. He would have to be taken care of.
"It's nice to meet you, Henri De la Fontaine Verity," he said, before looking up and smiling. "My apologies, Henri Verity; that last name isn't as easy to say altogether, and it does come with some ties, so if you don't wish to be refered in such a way, we will respect that. It can't be easy being the younger brother of the Student Council president." The eleventh year took the moment to put the paperwork into the proper file in the cabinent, closing it shut. Maybe this would give some insight on the relationship between brother and sister, at least from his side.

Yes, the name did hold some ties... But it's not why he didn't want to go by it. He loved his mother, though he felt like he was often ignored around his father. The name 'De la Fontaine' was his father's, and he felt that his name sounded natural as 'Henri Verity'.
He loved his sister, too, so he didn't mind that she was the Student Council President. Sure, she was always busy, but nothing had changed about her. She was still kind, gentle, and a little shy around others. The same Nicolette he'd grown up with.
"Ah..." He gave a slight shrug. "It is nothing really... Not many people make the connection. We have some similiarities, but our differences are enough to make it so people don't quite see us as siblings, despite having the same parents and such." Another shrug came as he leaned himself gently against the frame of the door behind him.

Kyerin nodded, though he was a bit disappointed that he didn't pick up much from the comments given. The information he got from the boy's mind didn't help much either, though he did pick up some connection and love to his sister. No matter; considering that he had just joined the tennis club, there would be a lot more time to learn about him.
The older boy nodded, pulling open the drawer of the desk, and removing a ring of keys. After cycling through them, he grabbed one, and slid it off, before tossing it over to Henri. "That's the key to your locker here, where you can leave your gear and clothes. Do you have a racket of your own?" Some students didn't, like he didn't his first year in the club, but that was fine, cause part of their funding went to acquiring equipment.

Henri thanked the older man for the key as he reached forward to take it. He looked it over, noting the number on the key before he turned his attention back to Kyerin, hearing a question being asked.
"Ah... Not with me right now... But I can call up my mother later and ask her to mail my racket to the school. That might take a week or so, but I can have it soon."

Kyerin nodded, pulling out another key before shutting the drawer on the desk and rising to his feet. It was only a couple steps from the desk to a locked door, which the key unlocked. Opening it and flipping on the light switch revealed a storage room for their equipment, mainly balls and raquets, though there were also some extra nets and brooms for when the courts got wet.
The young man gestured for Henri to join him, and gestured towards the inside of the room. "Feel free to pick one that you'd like to borrow until then."
