Shasura Dmitriy looked down at his watch to see the time. He constantly kept track of the time during his daily activities. He liked to accomplish things on time or ahead of schedule. Sometimes he even challenged himself to finish something fast enough to spare himself up to 30 minutes of free time in between his scheduled life. He thought to himself out loud.
"I need to find out some things about the Student Council that I can't find online or on a clipboard somewhere. The only information I can find out about them is that they help set up classes for students, take care of discipline issues, and make things safe. I don't know why there is an opposing organization against them. They seem to be an organized club. Students fending for themselves seems chaotic and no doubt there would be problems recording everything that happened."
He saw some other people look at him funny as he stood at the entrance of the Student Council office. He returned their glance with an elegant bow and then entered the office. He began to search for someone to assist him.

It was the Monday after the school dance. It was needless to say that the President of the Student Council was not in the best of moods, though she did well to hide her frustration. She sat at her desk near the back of the large room, her fingers resting on the keys of her computer keyboard and her eyes gazing weakly at the screen. She looked so tired...
The dance had been a disaster. The Student Freedom Force had sabotaged the dance and caused the power to go out. How they did it, the girl was still unsure of... But this was only the beginning. It was bound to get much worse throughout the school year.
She sat back in her chair for a moment, bringing her hands up to play with some hair that fell down her chest. She braided it slowly, her eyes scanning over the article the school newspaper was planning to place on their front page. She didn't have much control over what they printed (only if it broke a school rule), but they did let her read it in advance.
A small sigh escaped her pink lips.

Shasura expected to see a team of people in the office, but didn't really see anyone. He guessed that most of the members were busy somewhere else. He looked around to see someone sitting near a desk in the back of the room. He gracefully walked to the person with a look of curiosity on his face. It was someone who didn't look too happy. In fact...she didn't seem fit to work at all. He didn't really want to approach someone that didn't seem to want company, but he was in the Student Council office. He was supposed to get help there.
He stopped 3 feet away from the woman's desk and announced his presence. "Excuse me madam...but I must request some assistance from you."
He then bowed courteously to her.

Nicolette De la Fontaine jumped a little when she heard a voice. She hadn't even heard the boy come into the Council room! She immediately stood from her seat and moved around her desk to stand in front of it, bowing a little herself (though not too much since it wasn't a custom for her).
"Ah, I apologize for not seeing you come in." She quickly said before looking at the boy's face, giving him her complete attention. "How can I be of assistance to you, Monsieur?"

Shasura watched as the woman quickly got up from her seat and bowed awkwardly at him. He thought that it wasn't elegant at all and that it needed work. When she spoke to him, he could hear the formality of her words and quickly responded in a manner that he felt necessary. "Ah yes. I am Shasura Dmitriy and I'm here to inquire about this organization. You see...I'm a bit confused on why there is a Student Freedom Force if this organization is supposed to be handling student affairs. I've done research on both sides, but I'm lost on the matter of what this organization has done to create the S.F.F. Is the S.F.F. a sort of revolutionary group that the Student Council accidentally started somehow?"
His attentive eyes locked onto the girl's eyes. He liked the colors of them.

[Nicolette has given me permission to join :]]
Oh god, oh god, oh god, why did he have to choose to go to the Student Council now? It sounded like a fine and dandy choice at the time but as Sven Carlisle, Student Council Vice-President got down the hall, he remembered what happened on the night of the school dance, he had heard that it was sabotaged by the Student Freedom Force and he wasn't there to help Nicolette out. He felt terrible about it, but it wasn't entirely his fault, he had sculled back quite a few of the spiked drinks, what the S.F.F put in there must have been pretty damned strong to make him drunk like that.
He tore himself away from the thoughts of that night, it was a stupid night all the way up to the end. He had nearly choked Matthew out of blind rage and that was all because of that stupid alcohol that was in the punch. He still apologised to Matthew every day for that incident. He shook his head and continued on down the hall, constantly thinking about turning back and trying again later when he had more confidence. But he figured it would turn out the exact same if he did turn back. At least this way it was over and done with.
He swallowed the lump in his throat and opened the Student Council door, which revealed Nicolette plus one other. A new student? Or someone he just hadn't seen before? Sven adjusted his blazer and glanced down at the boy who had just finished speaking about the S.F.F., he had entered the room at the right time to catch him asking about the S.F.F. "The Student Freedom Force is a rival group, they started up not long after the Council was made, I believe, they reckon that we are all equal at this school and no one should be above them," He stated, before walking further into the room, his voice was calm and superior sounding, "However, order needs to be in the school, right Nicolette? If we weren't here things wouldn't get done, eventually they would get lazy and not want to repair important appliances, but it isn't like we don't get other students opinions on what they want," Wow, he hadn't spoken that much in a long time.

Nicolette could see the silent judging look in the younger male's eyes and she suddenly felt as if she had been insulted. That look in his eyes made her feel as if she had done something wrong... She really hadn't expected anyone to show up, so she already felt bad for the delayed greeting. She swallowed hard and listened to the boy's question. She pressed her lips together as she tried to formulate an answer in her mind.
However, someone else beat her to it.
The older girl glanced over at the male who had just walked in and she felt her chest clench uncomfortably. Oh, now her companion shows up, only after all the damage has been done. She leaned her bottom lightly against the edge of her desk as she listened to Sven's explanation and she suddenly felt a pang in her chest, even stronger than earlier.
He knew more than she did...
Of course he did... He had been with the Student Council for four years. She didn't know the details, but he had been representative of his class from eighth to eleventh grade, at least, while Nicolette had only watched the Student Council from afar and then took over in the end. How she won the election, she would never know... But she felt she wasn't good enough. Sven would have deserved it more than she...
She pressed her lips together as she stood straight, her eyes tearing away from to Sven to look at the other male student.
"The Student Freedom Force wants to destroy the Student Council because of the fact that we possess power over other students." She spoke softly, sure that Sven had already covered this in his speech, but she couldn't let him show her up. "However, I believe that if there was a problem with the Student Council keeping order, then the Headmaster would have said something by now. Decades have gone with the Student Council remaining in power and the faculty only performing their given duties and only stepping in when legalities come into play. The Student Freedom Force has no right trying to take away the order that the Student Council has set to protect the students."

Shasura remained silent and attentive as the two people talked to him. He listened and formulated other questions that arose whenever they referenced to the power that they had that the other students did not have. He never really had the question that was in his head answered from their explanations however. There must be something that caused the other organization to form. He thought that there must be an event that happened that made someone mistrust the Student Council if a rival group formed right after this one. He hadn't been in too much thought before he began to talk about his thoughts out loud by accident.
With his hand placed under his chin in thought he said, "What power do you have that you could use to make me have a harder time at this institute? What power do you have that the Student Freedom Force doesn't have?"
He began to formulate other ideas of why the rival group formed. Apparently, the rival group did things that upset the Student Council.

Sven felt guilt pour over him as he saw Nicolette's expression, it was masked with seriousness because of the guest in their office but her eyes told a totally different story, he knew he would probably be lectured after whoever this person was leaves.
His red eyes averted briefly back over to the boy, he looked to be a tenth grader, very formal looking, sophisticated and serious about what he was inquiring here. Something he liked about people, he liked to see people take the Student Council seriously, to understand what they were here for and not take it for granted or just assume things. He also liked to see people coming in and having the confidence to ask questions if they needed to.
"I'm not all that sure, I guess they just aren't happy with the general idea, I haven't been here long enough to be able to tell you what really happened," He sighed a bit, "Well obviously we have the power to say what happens and doesn't happen, even in some of the surveys if something isn't going to work out then we won't do it even if it did get the most votes etc..." The Student Freedom Force probably want it for themselves...

"The Student Council works much like the school staff at other high schools work. We have access to personell files in the computer databases via passcodes that were given to us personally by the Headmaster. We are able to leave certain classes in order to take care of matters that are in need around the school, such as checking the lights on the stage before an assembly."
Nicolette tried to keep the urge to play with her hair at bay. She had to look professional.. She had to seem better than Sven at the moment. She couldn't get that odd, jealous feeling to go away...
"We have more freedom than the rest of the school, which brings a sort of irony to the name 'Student Freedom Force'." She moved around her desk and kneeled down to a drawer. She opened it and pulled out a book, which was titled 'T'zenshin's Beginning'. She opened it up and skimmed it for a moment before setting it on her desk, looking back at the younger male, though she was addressing both as she spoke since it seemed that Sven's knowledge was lacking as well.
"In the beginning, when the school was first formed, there was no order. While there was a set faculty, they were unable to bring order to the students of the T'zenshin Institute. Student Councils were common throughout many high schools in the world, so, naturally, T'zenshin also had one.
"When it became to be too much for the Headmaster to handle, the President of the Student Council came to his aide, telling him that he could help him with whatever he needed. From then on, the Student Council worked closely with the Headmaster of T'zenshin until the fifth year of T'zenshin's life. From there, the Headmaster came up with an idea.
"He placed the Student Council in charge of the school. They took over a majority of his duties. Many students had already looked up to the Student Council, so it was an easy transition... But there were students that were unhappy with the fact that students, like themselves, were running the school and felt like they had more privilages simply because of the fact that they were voted into these positions.
"I believe this is around the time that the Student Freedom Force was formed. They wanted to take the freedom of the Student Council and make them all equal, even at the cost of chaos."
She walked around her desk and leaned back against it again, looking at the younger male with a small smile.
"Did that answer your question at all...?"

Shasura continued to listen and think on what the members of the Student Council were telling him. He noted that the girl grabbed a book before reading to him perhaps the contents of it. He began to think about a good source to go to in order to solve the problem. Once the girl was finished, he immediatly answered her again. "That answered one of my questions. It surely did. Perhaps the headmaster would know the event described in the book. Did he look at that source you're holding? Also...does the headmaster or Student Council grant club privileges? If it's the Student Council, couldn't you disband the Student Freedom Force if they disturb Student Council activities? Couldn't you even bring it to the headmaster's attention that they disturb your activities?"
He seemed to be asking quite a few questions. He glanced at his watch really fast and then focused his attention on the lady again. She seemed to be giving him the most information at the moment. The fact that she had a book to help her was also a reason she had his attention. One last question that he was keeping on reserve echoed in the back of his head. 'Does the Student Council have a rival group because they are short-handed?'

Sven nodded in agreement to what Nicolette had spoken, even though she was reading from a book it made sense, the Student Freedom Force were just a bunch of power hungry idiots, really, they should just suck it up and try find something good about it or maybe putting in a note to help the school function better in their favour. Ugh, things were just so annoying and frustrating when it came to their stupid issues. Sven tried to calm himself down by breathing more evenly and taking a seat at one of the desks in the room.
"Well, we could but then we would have to give information about who the SFF actually are to be completely honest..." He swallowed and looked directly at the boy, "We have no idea who they are," It was a complete mystery to him, they were always so secretive, he was pretty sure Nicolette knew something, though, she would have to, she was the President and everything. But even so, he just had a feeling that she did know. "I'm sure the Headmaster would love to get rid of this annoyance and disruption but we can't if we don't know who to target." He had basically repeated himself but... Oh well. "Do you have any ideas as to how we could find out... Mr.. uh... what is your name?" He felt embarrassed that he had to ask but he couldn't find any way to cover it up once he said 'Mr'.

It was true.
Student Council knew very little about the Student Freedom Force's members. They organized their elections in secret and as long as their leader was known, then their numbers could grow and no one would know any different. It was rather frustrating. She brought a hand up to gently rub at her temple for a moment before she turned to the younger male.
She was, as well, curious as to who this student was. However, she frowned a little as she realized she had forgotten something.
"Ah, please forgive us for not introducing ourselves beforehand... I am sure you know at least something of us, but it would be rude not to introduce ourselves. I am Nicolette De la Fontaine."
It was a formality she had grown up with.

Shasura was a little confused about the fact that the rivals of the Student Council remained a secret from them. It was inexcusable in his opinion to not know who to fight. There must have been some kind of evidence. He was interrupted in his thoughts when the older student asked him what his name was. He felt a little insulted but refused to show any anger on his face. His face was as calm and gentle as it had been when he walked in. He turned to the person he knew was Sven and said, "Ah...forgive me. Since you answered my question when you came in, I just assumed you heard it. As Nicolette De la Fontaine all ready knows, I am Shasura Dmitriy. It's a pleasure to meet the both of you."
He turned to meet the eyes of Nicolette De la Fontaine and smiled as charmingly as he could. He had been waiting for both of them to tell him their names maybe before his first question had been answered. But it never got done. He'd said his name a while ago and to have them suddenly come out and ask his name made him feel badly. Regardless of this, he still felt that he'd still support them over the Student Freedom Force.
"I believe that the Student Council is in need of some information then. Have you tried to get a snitch in the SFF that's willing to rat some of the members out? You must know someone in that organization."
He was thinking of the best possible actions that could be taken in order to reveal the SFF members. That would be the first step to getting rid of them.

Sven felt sorry for Nicolette, she looked so tired and stressed out and he had only made things worse for her on the night of the dance, he should have been there, he should of been there to help her out and talk some sense into those panicking students and try to find a light switch somewhere or round up all the fire users and other people with illuminating powers. He frowned briefly before introductions were beginning to fold out. Once they both said theirs he felt it was needed that he too introduced himself.
"I'm Sven Carlisle, Vice-President, if you didn't know that already," He said simply, he felt proud to wear the name of the Vice-President, really.
He thought for a moment, what if they got Shasura to snoop around the school to find out about the Student Freedom Force or something? be an undercover spy like in the television shows! But... How could they trust him? He would have to talk with Nicolette about it after, for now he thought he would remain silent and let Nicolette answer in her own words to see her opinion.
