Secrets Revealed {Maven}

[Faye]

He held her close to him, nothing about his feelings for her had changed even after she had revealed her deepest, darkest secret to him. He would keep it for as long as he lived, no one had to know that she was really a girl, he would never tell the Student Council anything of this. Ever. He wanted Katt to stay in his life...

"Of course I'll keep it, Katt," He replied, gently stroking her hair, tangling his fingers lightly in the locks. "Your secrets safe with me, you have nothing to worry about," He gave her a sweet smile, noticing that she looked so beautiful without her glasses on. Then again she did look like that with them on but there was just something about her not having them on. Out of the heat of the moment, he leaned down and gently kissed across both of her cheeks, as an attempt to kiss away her tears. Slowly he moved towards her soft lips, connecting his with hers.

Katherine buried her face in the man's shirt for a moment as he held her close, shutting her eyes at the feeling of his fingers through her hair. She listened to his words and she felt relief fall over herself. She relaxed in his hold and she let out a few silent sobs, as if she were letting out sighs of relief and trying to keep herself from crying again.

She opened her eyes when he pulled her back to look at her and though it was hard to see him, she was still able to gaze into his beautiful eyes. She could barely see his smile and it still took her breath away. But what caused her heart to stop was when she felt his warm lips gently brush over her cheeks. And she froze when she felt his lips press against hers.

However, her shock didn't last long, as more relief fell over her and her eyes slid shut. She stood on her tiptoes, tilting her head slightly in order to push her mouth back against his, kissing him with all she had. However, she wasn't able to kiss him for long, as her body felt heavy. She pulled her lips back and pressed her forehead against the taller male's chest, just below his shoulder. She wrapped her arms around his middle, keeping him close in fear of him leaving.

"Can we... go sit down or lay down...? I feel so worn out..."

His body relaxed a little more when he felt her kiss him back, feeling relieved that he hadn't done something wrong when he decided to kiss her. It just felt right, and it was something he could do to perhaps make her feel a little better than speaking. Once their kiss finished, he lightly kissed the top of her head and squeezed her gently as she wrapped her arms around his middle.

"Okay," He said in response to her question, he turned her around and slid his other arm under her knee, lifting her up off the ground. He walked into her room, where he pulled her blankets back as best he could while still holding her and placed her down onto the mattress. He knelt down on the floor and rested his arms on the bed, gazing at her, "I can stay here if you want, or I can leave you to sleep,"

Katherine let out a squeak as she felt herself picked up off the floor and she wrapped her arms around the male's neck, burying her face in his shoulder as he carried her. She didn't like being picked up, but she'd let it slide... She trusted Sven not to drop her. She let him carry her to her bedroom and lie her down on her bed, and she noted he hadn't left, to her relief. She rolled on her side so she was facing him and she reached her hand out, trying to find his (though it was still all a blur).

"Please stay... After everything that's happened, I don't quite feel much in the mood of being separated from you..." She said, her voice small. She felt stupid saying it, but it's exactly what she had thought.

Sven closed his eyes as a light smile played along his lips and he rose up from the bed, walking around to the other side, taking a seat on the soft mattress. He paused for a moment before he laid down, rolling on his side to curl his body around Katt's to show her that he wasn't going anywhere and that she was safe in his hold. "I'll be here when you wake up, you should sleep," He said softly in her ear, she had been through a lot that night and deserved time to sleep, to rest and relax her mind so she could think clearer in the morning.

Also, Sven wanted some sleep as well, he was feeling pretty exhausted after all the secret spilling and drama that went down at the park. It turned out alright, not as he planned but it still turned out alright for something that looked as if they were going to leave each other. He didn't want to leave her... he wanted to keep her safe and have her to hold in his arms... But what if he turned into a cat..?

Katherine felt safe in his hold and she trusted his word. Her eyes slid shut and she curled her back against him to bring herself closer to him. Soon, her mind began to drift into sleep mode, her mind blank of any dreams as she drifted off.

For that, she was glad.
