"Um..."
Sven didn't know what to say.
At all.
How could he reveal his secret now when he had sworn to never let anyone know?
But his roommate just saw him naked behind their couch!
A deep red graced Sven's cheeks which was odd but added a cuter feature to him. He pulled out one of the chairs from the dining room table and sat down on it. He was definitely going to need a coffee after he finished explaining this. "Okay... I can't hide it from you now..." No matter what he tried to come up with, nothing was good enough for Matthew to buy. He could only say the truth, and it was annoying and frustrating. But, he had to keep calm... or he'd be a cat again.
"I turn into a cat when I get frustrated... and when I turn back I'm naked..." He said, not telling the entire truth. There, that was good enough.

Matt felt his stomach drop a little when Sven spoke of needing to tell him. He swallowed hard and leaned his lower back against the back of the couch, his eyes locked on the male in front of him as he spoke. His eyes gradually widened when he took in the information and realized something.
"So... The cat I brought back to the dorm was you?" He asked, piecing the information together.
His head hurt now. He took the glasses off and brought a hand up to rub at his temple. He needed a cigarette and he needed one bad. He eventually slipped his glasses back on and looked at the male again.

Sven nodded. "Yeah... I was hoping you would take me inside and I could eventually hide out in my room until I changed back but I didn't realise the hour had gone by so quickly..." He continued explaining, if Matthew wasn't going to ask anymore questions he wasn't about to jump into detail about being a crow, either. At least now they had some understanding.
He was still embarrassed, though. The red colour in his cheeks hadn't left his face, yet, it still radiated off him, it was like a tomato, almost.
"I.. I am sorry, though, I really didn't mean for that to happen" He apologised, feeling horrible that Matthew had to witness that.

Really and truly, Sven had been the first man that Matt had seen naked. Even when he'd been with Nickolaus, the least he had seen a man in was his boxers; he had never seen a naked man. It was quite embarrassing and he knew the image would never leave his mind. He was quite glad he wasn't biologically male or the whole situation would have been odd because boys weren't supposed to have those sorts of thoughts about other boys.
"Eh, nothing I haven't seen before." He lied with a chuckle before he walked over to the door to his bedroom. He pushed the door open and went straight to his desk. He didn't care at this point; he needed a smoke. He opened the drawer and pulled out a box of cigarettes and a lighter.
He walked into the living room area and walked to the window near the television, opening it up. They weren't high up, which comforted him. He took a cigarette from the pack and placed it between his lips, taking the lighter and lighting it as he inhaled. The cigarette lit and he put the lighter down on the window sill as he took the cigarette from his lips, holding it delicately between his index and middle finger as he blew the smoke out the window.
He had a window in his room, but the windows for the bedrooms were odd and placed higher up on the walls. He found it to be too difficult to smoke without having to stand on his bed, which was weird. He turned his attention to the other occupant of the room. He wrinkled his nose a little, realizing he'd forgotten one thing.
"You have anything I can use for an ash tray?"

Sven blinked, that was odd... it wasn't every day that he heard that a guy had seen another guy naked before. Oh well, was probably by accident or at his other school, maybe he went to a boarding school and they all had to shower in one big building place... Was a possibility. Sven sat on the chair he had pulled out and sighed deeply as Matthew exited the room into his own bedroom.
But what he returned with and started doing shocked him. Sven tilted his head a bit to the side, that was odd, he had never seen Matthew smoke before. Not that he minded but... in the dormitory..? Wasn't smoking against the rules? He wasn't going to tell Nicolette or anything...
"Um, yeah I think so..." He said, trailing off as he rose up from the chair to get a small cup which he handed to Matthew to use an ash tray. He would just have to clean it later, he guessed. "I didn't know you smoked..." He said, sounding a little off.

Matt took a drag of his cigarette and blew it out slowly as he reached for the cup he was handed. He tapped the stick and let the ashes fall into the cup before setting the cup next to the lighter on the window sill. He turned to the other male when he heard the change in his voice. He frowned, tapping his cigarette into the cup again.
"Does it bother you that I do it...?" The idol asked, his tone gentle and careful. He would wait until he got a response from his room mate before he would take another drag.

The smell wasn't exactly inviting but he didn't mind that he was smoking, at least he was blowing most of it outside but when he pulled it back in to tap the ashes off the end, the smell lingered its way across the room and caressed Sven's nose, not that he liked it. He found his coffee addiction slightly more tame than that, however... he did have a stronger chance of getting caffeine poisoning which was far worse than slowly dying of smoke intake.
He swallowed a bit, "No, no, of course not, I'm just glad you're blowing it outside..." He was the Student Council Vice-President, he had to set a good example for people and he just... well, he didn't want it to hurt his reputation, but Matthew could do it like this if he needed to, he wasn't going to stop him. He knew what an addiction was like.
In a few minutes, he would make himself a coffee... He decided.

Matt kept his eyes on Sven for a few more seconds before he turned, leaning forward toward the window, leaning a little bit out as he took a drag of his cigarette and blew it out. He knew it was bad for his lungs, but he didn't care... It's not like he needed them to do anything anymore. He could feel the tears try to fill his green eyes, but he blinked them away, bringing a hand beneath his glasses to rub at his eyes.
Damn...
He could smell the faint scent of coffee and figured his room mate was making yet another pot of coffee. He glanced back casually over his shoulder to make sure, keeping his cigarette hanging out the window between his fingers.

The jug was making light heating noises as the water bubbled and heated up from it, Sven reached into one of the cupboards and grabbed a green coloured mug to have his coffee in. He opened the coffee jar and placed two teaspoons of coffee into the cup along with three teaspoons of sugar to sweeten it up. Perfect. Now for milk... The mug was filled about a quarter the way up before he poured the freshly heated water in, stirring it gently.
"Would you like one, Matt?" He asked, to be polite.

Matt considered it. He would need to be up late in order to work on the homework that had piled up, so he decided it wouldn't hurt to have a few cups. His cigarette was near finished, so he took one more drag of it and blew it out before stubbing the end of the cigarette inside the cup and disposing of the item in the nearby wastebasket (where his bloody tissues still sat). He dumped the ashes into the wastebasket as well, tapping it against the side of the basket in order to get a majority of the ash out before he walked to the sink and washed the cup, placing it aside to put it in the diswasher later.
He pulled a mug from the cabinet and walked over, though he rose his eyes to look at Sven, silently asking if he would fill it. He quickly averted his eyes back down to his cup, pushing up his glasses and letting his bangs hide his eyes when he realized there was the color difference. He doubted Sven would notice the different, but he still had to be careful...

After placing the the teaspoon down on the bench, Sven brought the green coloured mug to his lips, tasting the lovely coffee, testing it to see if it was just right. It was, kind of but there wasn't much he was going to be able to do about it. He took a long gulp of it, half the liquid nearly gone down, he needed to go out and buy a bigger cup or something... These just weren't lasting long enough.
Sven nodded, smiling as Matthew silently asked for him to fill it. "How many coffee and how many sugar?" He asked, looking down at Matthew. However, he noticed something... Something different about Matthew's appearance. It was only minor, though, but it stuck out brightly, as if it were screaming 'I'm here! I'm here!' to him.
Ah his eye colour!
Wasn't it brown before?
Hmm...
"Aren't your eyes brown or am I going colour blind..?"

"Ah, three coffee, four sugar." Matt replied softly, his mind wandering for a moment as he watched the older male put his coffee together. It was rather nice to be so close to the man he had had a crush on for about a month now. At first, the crush was more based off his resemblance to Nickolaus. Nick had been tall and had a more calm, collected expression compared to Katherine's short stature and happy smiles.
After the course of the month, Matt had learned more of Sven's quirks and began to piece the differences between Sven and Nick. There weren't many, but Matt would definitely put the coffee in the differences. Nick hated coffee.
Matt froze at the comment Sven had made. He refused to look up, instead focusing on the coffee that was being prepared. He swallowed hard, trying to force himself to think of something to say. He couldn't just ignore the question...
"W-what are you talking about? Of course my eyes are brown." He said shakily, pushing his glasses up again and brushing his bangs over his eyes as he reached for the coffee that Sven had finished brewing.

Must be staying up late... Sven loved coffee to bits but he didn't like it too strong. He placed the coffee together and poured the milk and water in, mixing it around and around until the coffee was dissolved into the liquid, creating a nice hot cup of coffee. He pushed it towards Matthew so he could take it and return to whatever he was going to do after he finished his smoke.
Sven still felt weird about that, really...
Eh..? Sven blinked and felt confusion fall over him as Matthew hesitated and spoke very shakily, had he said something wrong? Or was he trying to hide something...? He hadn't picked up on the frantic covering up of his eyes, though. "Are you alright?" He asked, his eyes softening.

Matt quickly brought the liquid to his lips, shutting his eyes as he blew it a few times and prayed it wouldn't completely destroy his mouth as he took a large gulp of it. It was warm, but thankfully the milk had cooled it down to the point it didn't burn his mouth. He moved past Sven over to the couch and set his cup on the coffee table, plopping back on the couch and situating himself with his work again.
"Lots of homework... Must get it done..." He said, trying to get Sven off his tail about his eye color. He should have ordered the new set of contacts sooner... Hell, he should have gotten two new sets rather than just one. He cursed himself mentally and gripped his pen tightly in his left hand. His usually neat handwriting was getting a little sloppy as his mind travelled and his grip on his pen was too rough for him to write neatly.

Eh... Matthew was definitely seeming off now, he normally wasn't so uptight and shaky like that. But, he wasn't going to pry, he would leave the boy to do his homework in peace.
Speaking of which... He should be doing his, as well. He escaped into his room to grab his laptop, much easier than using a stupid desktop, and portable. He positioned it on the dining room table and switched it on, pushing his wireless internet card into the correct slot. The computer's fan made a light noise as it started to warm up the computer to get it going.
Sven sat down, wondering what to start on first... His article was nearly done, he should start on that..
He didn't like the silence... He had to break it. "You like Journalism?" He asked, randomly.
