Haruka mustered up a small smile to try and give a message to the other girl that she would be fine. That was a lie, of course, but who could really read the hacker?

"It has been nice talking to you this evening, Faye." She spoke, her voice holding a genuine tone to tell the girl that she really meant it. She sat up and let her feet fall back to the floor. She noted the time to be about half an hour past midnight. Though the following day was Saturday, she was tired. She could see her roommate was also a bit tired, especially now that she was off her hyper-high.
She hesitantly rose her hand and reached over to gently touch Faye's shoulder. "Thank you..." She said softly before she stood up. "I hope you sleep well tonight. I will see you in the morning."
She walked toward her bedroom and lingered at the door for a moment, turning back and smiling a small smile.
"Goodnight."
She escaped into her room, letting the tears pool up and spill as she locked the door behind her.
No one, that's who.
